This was our first stay at this condo and it was perfect! The communication was excellent, beautiful ocean and pool views right from the unit, very comfortably furnished and supplied, and clean! The unit was well stocked for bathrooms, cleaning, and kitchen needs and the owner had even left us a very thoughtful and tasty welcome basket with treats! Loved the easy access to the beach and pool and will definitely plan a return visit.

This condo was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, they even had sunscreen, shampoos and conditioner which was a surprise and we sure appreciated it. The place was well decorated with a beach theme and was very clean, felt freash. Lots of beach gear aswell and nice big beach towels to use. Now the location of this property had it all, as it was right by the pool, and ocean, than being on the ground floor was so nice to beable to just walk right out to the pool or ocean. The people staying/living there were all so friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, we went to the outlet mall a couple of times which was only 25mins away. We had the pool and beach almost all to ourselves during most of our stay, it was so peaceful and the weather was sunny and warm just perfect. We will hopefully be coming back to stay here again as we loved it so much! Oh and the ocean was great to play in as the bottom is all sandy, we had fun playing in the waves and collecting seashells as we walked the shoreline of the beach. We even got to see dolphins and we loved watching the pelican birds. Oh and the bakery right across the road had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had!

It was everything we had imagined and more.
The condo was super clean and the neighborhood was very friendly. We had everything we would want and more. The welcome basket was wonderful and we just really enjoyed ourselves immensely. I can’t wait to go and stay here again and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

Gir’ls trip!!
Two friends and I found this condo to be the best one we’ve stayed at! The ground level access and steps to the pool and beach were fantastic! The view from the patio is breath taking. The condo itself was squeaky clean and very well stocked. From books, to games, to beach towels and beach chairs, everything we could possibly need was there. We will stay again! 😃

Vacation 2020
LOVE! This condo is perfect! From the views to the comfortable beds. I sat at the dining table and watched dolphins while I drank my coffee 3 out of the 6 days. Being able to walk 10 yards to the beach or 10 ft to the pool was the best part. Easily accessible. Elena was very nice and even let us check in a day early with only a few hour notice. I had nothing bad to say about this unit. Other guests were asking how we found this unit and if they could have the information for their next visit! Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect location, fantastic views
This condo has amazing views and is conveniently located on the ground floor which makes access to the beach and pool easy. The beds are comfy and the unit provided everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The complex is small and quaint and the beach is never overcrowded. Highly recommend!!

A relaxing time with a perfect view!
We enjoyed the homey feeling due to the decor and proximity to the surf and sand! The guests that shared the complex were extremely friendly. The pool was warm and very inviting. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful View and Location
We had a great stay in #101 at Seacoast Condominiums. We were literally 6 steps to the pool and shuffleboard courts. Grill was right out the door as well as the steps down to the beach. The condo itself was a comfortable size for our group of 4. The condo was clean and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The mattresses were firm for our liking but that is subjective. We are already talking about coming back to Seacoast in December.

This condo was amazing! Communication was excellent starting with the ease of booking and communication with Elena. Beautiful ocean front views and easy beach access! Having chairs and an umbrella was fantastic! The overall cleanliness was impeccable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Oceanfront Condo with easy Beach and Pool Access
This place is a beautiful , clean, modern, comfortable, and roomy condo. Fully equipped for the family flying into Orlando Sanford just a 40 minute drive away. The owner thinks of every detail and is just a phone call away to handle any situation. We had left our laptop in the condo after turning in the keys. Not a problem! The owner gave us access and we were on our way to the airport in a matter of minutes.
We will definitely be returning to this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo! Oh and don’t worry about bringing the beach gear! The owner has beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs in a beach buggy ready for your enjoyment!

Awesome location - well equipped
My husband and I, along with my son, his wife and our two grandsons (4 & 2 year old) enjoyed a fabulous stay at this well-equipped oceanfront condo. The owner’s thought of everything, anticipating every need. In addition to a well-stocked kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, toys for the kids, books, games, and puzzles, extra pillows and blankets, comfy beds, toiletries, they also had everything you need for the beach, including a beach buggy, umbrellas, chairs, boogy boards and sand toys for the kids. The heated pool, kiddy pool and beach were just steps away from the patio. The market, beach store, liquor store, pizza shop and more were just right across the street from the complex. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought, care and attention to detail to provide their tenants with all the comforts of home for an enjoyable stay. Thank you Elena and Anthony for sharing your ‘slice of heaven’. This will go down as one of our favorite vacations and we look forward to staying at your condo again in the future. Thanks again!

This condo has all the amenities of home with a spectacular view. One of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had. I highly recommend renting this ciondi! Owner has great response time and is very helpful. Plan to come again. 😊�

One happy lady!
First off, as a woman alone, I felt perfectly safe and at home staying in this delightful condo. Besides the basics: clean, serene, well -stocked, comfortable and perfectly located, it held the most beautiful views of moonlit nights, breathtaking sunrises and pulsating beach life, without being too much pulse! I think the ocean views are possibly the most outstanding in all of New Smyrna Beach. My car was easily accessible, shopping nearby. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had above-and-beyond what was needed for a person who really wants to cook and I did, having stayed for two glorious months. Please consider the delicious cuisine at SoNapa Grille (across the street) and visit the new Florida Museum of Arts & Sciences about 20 minutes away in Daytona Beach. You won't regret either.

So many memories!
A quick Google search "family friendly beaches in Florida" lead us to New Smyrna Beach. We had so much fun exploring the area. We took in the lighthouse one day and ate at many great local restaurants and ice cream shops. We did a private dolphin tour and were blown away by the amount of dolphins we saw!
The view from this condo is amazing. We watched many sunrises and sunsets from the patio. The fact that it was on the first floor won us over. Our toddler could nap and I could still see my other boys jumping in the waves from the patio. It is very clean and had everything we needed to make our packing easy. The beds were amazing too. Getting a good night sleep is key for our family! This place will not disappoint. Thanks for all the memories!

It was a very clean condo. The views from the patio were amazing! My kids enjoyed the heated pool and the games that were available in the clubhouse.
