From Butchart To Beaches, Make Our Home Your Home Away From Home Year Round.
Notre maison est juste à l'extérieur de Victoria, idéalement situé entre Victoria et Sidney, et à proximité de l'aéroport international de Victoria, BC Ferries à Swartz Bay et Washington State Ferries à Anacortes, Washington. Nous sommes sur une péninsule qui est semi-rural, au milieu des terres agricoles, des petits villages, des plages et des montagnes. Nous sommes entourés de jardins fleuris luxuriants et les colibris presque toute l'année. Les fruits frais et les produits sont nombreux de nombreux jardins. Un niveau complet de notre maison plus une chambre en bas est inclus et comprend une chambre king, et 2 chambres queen, nouvelle salle de bains avec tous les articles de toilette fournis, cuisine / salle à manger équipée avec tout le matériel de cuisine pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson, cafetière et café, un grand salon / salle de télévision avec télévision par câble et WIFI. Un barbecue est disponible aussi bien.
Nouveaux courts de tennis avec lumières pour jouer le soir sont deux portes, plus aire de jeux et de la forêt des sentiers de randonnée sont juste en bas de la rue. Les arrêts de bus sont juste en face de la rue qui nous relient à tous Victoria et destinations de la région en quelques minutes, et une voiture est pas une véritable nécessité. Si vous conduisez, Butchart Gardens est à 5 minutes, l'aéroport et Sidney (avec Washington State Ferries à Anacortes Washington) 10 minutes, BC Ferries à Swartz Bay 15 minutes et Victoria 20 minutes du centre-ville. sentiers de montagne et les plages des deux côtés de la péninsule sont de 5 à 10 minutes. Great location for access to the Commonwealth Pool for the BC winter provincial swim meet. Frankie's home was a terrific base for the back & forth for the swim events. The kitchen had everything to make our meals prep very quick & easy. Thank you Frankie for your recommendations for groceries & bakeries.

An adorable home. Boys really like the character of it and one really enjoyed the piano, trying to learn. The home was very comfortable and homey, quite liked our stay.

We stayed 3 nights while sightseeing in and around Victoria. Very accommodating host to us and her gardens and plants are spectacular! Clean and roomy home with all the things you need while traveling. We all noticed how comfortable the beds are! Easy to get to with shops and coffee nearby. Lovely stay. Thanks Frankie!

Great space - indoor and out
Frankie's place is unlike most vacation rentals because it feels like home. Super comfortable, bright, spacious and lacks for nothing. The one item it lacked was on our doorstep immediately. The gardens are spectacular and it was great watching the wildlife from hummingbirds to salamanders. Definitely a return visit on the calendar.

Staying at this lodging felt much like staying at one’s aunt’s house. It is a little cluttered with personal photos, keepsakes, and sayings. But it is quite clean, comfortable, and spacious, with many towels and kitchen utensils. The common areas are comfortable with separate seating areas should people want to spread out.
The house is conveniently located: Butchart Gardens, a variety of parks with walking trails, Sidney, Victoria, the Airport, and ferries are all closely accessible by car.
Be aware, this lodging requires full payment in advance; the only VRBO reservation where I’ve encountered this thus far. We were disappointed that neither fire wood nor detergent were provided during our stay.

We came back to the same spot as last year. It us so cozy and welcoming. Well set up for younger children and walking distance to a great park and neat trails.
We were not disappointed at all. My grandson calls it my borrowed house.

Island Treasure
Frankie is a warm and welcoming woman who has a gorgeous home. Anything and everything that you need and want is available in her beautifully designed and decorated home, deck and garden. Everywhere you turn and look is another delightful sight! I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was. Celebrated my mom’s 80th in style and comfort. Frankie had great recommendations for day trips and activities and provided a beach blanket and water shoes to boot! We had so many choices about where to comfortably sit or lay and read for hours after our kayaking and hiking day! The amenities are all new and work well (small and large appliances). I wish I could post pictures of the soothing, spa like features of this incredible B&B on the peninsula. Be sure & look for the hummingbird nest adorning the window sill in the kitchen! 💜 We WILL be back! Our new beloved home away from home.

Our family of 6 stayed for a week. Lots of room for us to relax and spread out, indoors and outdoors. Frankie is a very warm, friendly and helpful host. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with a great park, playground and ravine just a short walk away. Easy location to drive to different destinations on the island. We would stay here again!
