This was a great house on a cul de sac within walking distance of several activities in Grand Rivers. Comfortable beds, nice large kitchen table for meals and games, well stocked kitchen, working gas grill, nice front porch, 2 areas to hang out- 1 for kids and 1 for adults. Todd was very easy to communicate with- thanks for everything!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It felt just like home. The bedroom with the crib room was a game changer for my son and wife since vacations are difficult with three children age 5, 2, and 4 months.

We stayed with a group of 12 with 6 kids and 6 adults. All the kids piled up in the kids room and they had a blast staying with their cousins. The cabin was spacious and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This place was PERFECT for our event! Close to the start and finish line (.5 miles) and a great "home base" for those of us not running the event. Soooo quiet and plenty of room for everyone!

This was the fourth time my group of friends has rented this property. It is always clean, comfortable and the host is fantastic. He has always been very accommodating to our group. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked great, hot water galore and the surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. This year we tried The Cabin pizza and oh my gosh, you should definitely eat there! It was fantastic.
The only ding on the property is that the pictures show a long, rectangle kitchen table which worked great for our group over the years. However, it has been replaced with a huge circle table. It is supposed to fit 10, and it will, but 2 of the chairs won't go up TO the table. They are kinda just stuck in randomly. There is no leaf for the table to make it more usable for our group - or any large group. The table is so big in circumference that when playing cards or games, the only person in our group who could reach the middle of the table was 6.2". Everyone else had to stand up every time they wanted to do something towards the middle of the table during our game time. There were 12 of us and we have all loved coming to this property for the past 3 years. So, it makes me sad that the group wants me to find a different place next year because of the inability of all of us to sit around a table and comfortable play games.
If the table is not a big deal to your group, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. You won't find a nicer place for the money, so you can quit looking & book it!

We loved this house. It was in a beautiful wooded setting, but just minutes from Grand Rivers. We enjoyed watching the deer while having our morning coffee on the front porch. The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week.

First time staying in the area but this quiet little town was just what we needed for a get-a-way. The accommodations met our specific needs for the children and adults. We brought and cooked most of our meals. Not very many dining choices close by and nothing available for someone with a gluten allergy. Overall positive experience and most of the family has voted to come back to same house again next year.

We stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday which also happened to fall on Memorial day weekend. We had a group of 10 friends and this house was the perfect size for all of us. It's a great location as well. We would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend

The house was just as pictured on VRBO, overall great place for all 5. Some beds a little uncomfortable, fans in bathrooms need cleaned and some cobwebs in the corners of high ceilings in room off living room. Thanks for letting us stay, would stay again. Indiana Family

We are a group of 5 friends over 60 who were looking for a clean, comfortable house in a quiet area. This house delivered on all of the above. We all said this house worked out better than any other we've stayed in. Exactly as pictured, we had plenty of room. Communication with the owner was great. He answered all our questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our rental. We rented the house with friends and we had kids of all ages with us. Three bathrooms was great, and plenty of beds for all. Do bring your own shampoo and bath soap. We wish had had time to walk and explore the area, as there’s a lovely little lake not far from the rental, with paved walkways around it.

I and 4 of my friends stayed at this property. It had everything we needed and some things we didn't even realize we may need. The house is clean, well appointed, open and airy with easy check in and out. Todd, the host, is awesome. He answered all questions quickly.(..in minutes ) and gave suggestions of things to do. You are close to Green Turtle Bay Marina and a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our multi-family vacation. The play room was great for the kids-overall the property is very kid friendly. The open floor plan allowed for everyone to be able to gather comfortably.

Great Lake getaway
Close to Grand Rivers. Communication with owner is very good and responds in timely manner. The only suggestion I have is to clean the front porch and clean out fire pit. Very nice house!

Loved the vacation house. Plenty of space for our family of 11. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, nice quiet area. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evening. Recommend Lakeside rentals for kayaking and Turtle Bay resort for boat rental. Thirsty Turtle great laid back restaurant on lake.
