La maison du lac est une maison de type pavillon rustique qui est parfaite pour les pêcheurs et les familles qui veulent profiter du lac Logan Martin. La maison a une grande véranda et une jetée. La maison est située à Lisa's Cove, près de Stemley Bridge, près de l'autoroute 34. Il est facile à trouver par l'eau et la terre. L'adresse est 160 lisas Cove Talladega Al 35160. La maison a cinq chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain, salon, cuisine, foyer, véranda et grand porche grillagé. Les lits se composent de deux lits king, un lit queen, 1 lit double et un ensemble de lits superposés avec un lit complet en bas et des lits jumeaux en haut ainsi qu'un lit gigogne dans le salon. Entièrement meublé avec climatisation centrale, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière micro-ondes, cafetière, ustensiles de cuisine, grill au charbon, télévision avec câble, lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo extérieure. Pour réduire les coûts, nous demandons aux clients d'apporter des draps et des serviettes.
Des bateaux pontons sont disponibles à la location au Poorhouse Mariana. N'utilisez pas la rampe de bateau de mes voisins et ne leur demandez pas. Nous n'avons pas de rampe de mise à l'eau. La marina de Poorhouse est à 3 km de la maison par la route et l'eau. Veuillez vous tenir à l'écart de l'herbe après de fortes pluies avec des voitures et des camions. Good for the price. We had from 6 to 12 family members there thru the week. The property fit our needs. We loved the view from the large screened area, were we ate every meal. We experienced three 100+ degree days and the porch was the place to be if not in or on the water. Gas and ice are less than a mile away. Pirate island was the highlight of our days with the grandchildren. The owner is very attentive.

Ron's a great host and we love staying at his lake home. It's a great getaway and perfect for enjoying the lake and the surrounding area. We'll be back!

We've stayed twice and enjoyed it both times . We especially love that there is a dock to fish from and the house can accommodate a large group.

We decided to stay at this property because it would accommodate our large group. Upon arrival it was as described, a rustic cabin. It checked the boxes for our large group but the kitchen is rather small to try and cook for everyone. The screened in porch area is large and was a lifesaver since that is where we spent most of the time there. The dock is simple but functioned well for us hanging out in the lake. If you are trying to accommodate a large group this place will do that but has some quirks. The description of the house is spot on, dont forget to bring the linens as they are not provided. Ron was very tentative to any and all our communications during our stay. Overall it was a good stay!

The property location is convenient and close to grocery stores for supplies and restaurants also. The screened in porch is an amazing feature!! Plenty of beds for even large families there were 7 of us and we slept comfortably. Lots of fish was caught from the pier at night after a day swimming and floating in the quiet slough. The host Ron Jones communicates promptly. My only suggestion would be in addition to your own linens carry your key cooking pots and pans……like everyone and everything else the ones provided have worn out over time. Quick trip to Walmart settled that issue and I have new cookware at home!! Win win for the team.

We didn't see on the listing that sheets and towels were not included; we showed up to a house with disgusting stained mattresses with no sheets. Very dirty upon arrival; floors, dishes, etc, were very lazily cleaned if at all. The layout of the house is very strange and not ideal. Shockingly small square footage for a 5 bedroom house.
On the plus side, the screened in porch is very large and very nice for hanging out, very nice backyard and very nice view.

Great place for a large group
Our kids and grandchildren loved the lake house.
When they were not swimming they were fishing or kayaking. I really enjoyed the view from the screened in porch every morning while drinking my coffee.
Ron is awesome to communicate with, his response is very quick.

Great Lakefront Property
Stayed for Spring 2022 Talladega race weekend. We had eight of us and more then enough room to spread out. Awesome porch for hanging out and easy access to the pier on the lake. Owner was great to communicate with. Neighbors were super nice to. Will stay again.

Relaxing at the lake
Second time staying at this property. It exactly meets my requirements. Location is perfect for my trip. Lots of room but cozy and friendly at the same time. We'll be back in the spring.

Pretty spot… needs some upkeep
Owner clearly tells you it’s a camp and not fussy so we expected that. They also accommodates setting up the line as a favor which was great. Communication was good and we had no issues. It is a camp and I’m not a fussy person, but it could use a deep clean and some updating to the kitchen items, check the light bulbs, etc. I don’t want to leave a negative impression but if you’re crazy about spic and span, this is not going to be your spot. If you’re good with a great view, the lake and not planning on cooking much, have a bunch of people that need beds, good to grill your meals, this checks all the boxes and you’ll be happy.

Let the Good Time's Roll
The property is older than expected, yet charming and for the price, we we're pleased overall. We're originally from St. Clair county and now reside in Tampa Bay, Florida, so the quiet of visiting was nostalgic. The home overall has amenities that will accommodate a large gathering. The pier was a highlight, and being now from a place where its' endless summer, we couldn't resist jumping off the pier and getting some swim time in. It's very deep off the end and I was surprised how good the water felt to be October this far North. The outdoor grill was nice but I did have to clean it of all the ashes which seemed like multiple cooks had taken place. The drive way is a little steep and has some potholes, but it didn't bother us because we drive Trucks and not a Prius. Overall, it was a good stay and I thank the owner. I've read some bad reviews about this property, but these people are probably a little too particular and seem a little self-entitled, so I wouldn't let negative reviews deter your decision to choose this property. The recreation room is screened in and great to hang out, watch TV, play music. The kitchen is very small, so I wouldn't want to cook a festive meal like Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner in it. Other than that, nice place. Thanks again, Ron!

Relaxing weekend at the lake
Great property for my group. Very relaxing atmosphere with lots of room for everyone. Close to restaurants and stores as well. Communication with the property owner was timely and accurate. Will be returning in the fall.

Clean but could have been better
If you're looking for a cheap very basic clean place to stay with a large group then this is for you. If you're looking to bring you're own towels and sheets of every kind, not take a hot shower but luke warm one at best, have a fridge that is cool not cold (we lost a pack of pork chops), heater that blows cold air when it's 50° outside, a room with a busted window that you had to put a garbage bag with tape over because the owner's reply was "I'll get that repaired. Hope you have nice weather" (it was in the 30s at night) then you'll certainly want to stay here. Upstairs bathroom though it states is a full bath, it is not. The shower is capped off. Only the toilet and sink work and it's inside of a bedroom. Bathrooms are odd for sure. One toilet and two showers in downstairs bathroom. The only upsides were early check in allowed, the lake view, my son catching fish off the dock and it being close to the off-road park we were visiting. For the price and our large group it worked out but I wouldn't visit again and no one staying was really impressed by the property.
