Liz was excellent with her communication with answering any questions I had before I arrived and after. Met Chad when we arrived at the property and he was a lot of help with giving us info and advice on the local waterways. Home was very well appointed with everything you needed for your stay!! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

We loved our stay at this well-appointed Palm City guest house. The space was in a fantastic location and had everything we needed. The hosts were lovely. We felt attended to as needed but left to have privacy. I am sure that we will stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous. The guest cottage is adorable and has everything we needed. Access to the dock was perfect to tie up our boat. Great location and views from the dock. While the house sits off the water it is a 1 minute walk down the path and you have access to the pool, dock and water. Chad and Liz were amazing hosts and took care of everything! I booked Blue Mind for Fathers Day weekend for my husband and my 96 year old father. It was just perfect. Exactly as described. We kept our boat docked on property and enjoyed relaxing on the sand bars. Unfortunately our dog got sick and our wonderful host recommended an excellent vet open on Fathers Day. I cant tell you how grateful we are to the host family. We will definitely return. Lisa

We rented the Blue Mind for our fishing trip. Coming from North Florida, almost Georgia, we made it down here and had a house booked and the owner of that property went crazy to say the least once we got to the home and left us with no place to stay while we were almost 5 hours from home. We found the Blue Mind while sitting in a restaurant parking lot trying to frantically look for a new place to stay during our trip. We originally planned to stay in Jupiter, but finding the Blue Mind was amazing! We booked our stay instantly and then got their contact info and they were so nice, they were able to accommodate us for the night of and we didn’t have to find a hotel for the night; which we are beyond grateful for. In the midst of being excited for our trip, we forgot about everything we needed for showering. Chad and Liz had both bathroom stocked with all the necessities and we didn’t have to make another trip to the store after our crazy start to the trip. We had an amazing stay at the Blue Mind and everything was beyond our expectations. From stocked bathrooms, a full kitchen with full access to all utilities we could have needed to avoid contact eating out, laundry room to be able to wash clothes as needed, beyond comfortable beds and bedding. The Blue Mind gave us an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return for another successful fishing trip!

This Vrbo two bedroom was the most beautiful remodeled guest home we’ve ever stayed at. The estate was beautiful with a view across the water to Stuart. Parking for the guest house was huge. We had our daughter’s ford 150 with us with no issues. Liz and Chad are wonderful people. Chad is spot on if you need anything. Our stay was great! For those wary of being in a “guest house”, I can assure you that the owners were only around when we needed them and gone when we did not. They gave great recommendations which just made our vacation awesome! We felt very safe and it was a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for parking with a truck and trailer. Boat ramp was only a short trip away and made life easy. Many sandbars and beaches to venture out to. Yes, the kitchen is small, but has everything you need and we never had any issues. Coffee pot does both drip and K-cups which was nice. We had a family of 4, plus grandparents visiting as well, and we made it work. Love the dock and fire pit at night! Lots of parks and places to go only minutes away. Also, go see Chris at Stuart Boathouse. We had so many great memories made here in Stuart. Definitely want to come back soon!

Our stay consisted of four nights for a wedding weekend getaway. We had an overall great time. Beautiful property and grounds with private pier looking out over the river. The location was perfect and only a short drive to downtown Stuart where there are lots of shops and yummy food. The "blue mind" has a perfect lay out for two couples/or family with lots of room to spread out. The hosts made fresh cookies and left a bottle of wine which made check in relaxing. The living room was a cozy place to relax and the showers where hot! A few things that could use improvement and worth noting for future renters. The listing specifically noted Luxury Bedding which was not the case. The bedding was thin and cheap; the bedding could definitely use a revamp especially if this is going to be part of the headline of the unit. The pool was beautiful although its centered for the main building/primary residence so not much privacy here. The private boat tours are discontinued for covid restriction which should be updated in the listing. Approximately one month prior to arrival I made an attempt to connect with the property owner in regards to a few planning questions. After three attempts and a phone call over that month I was forced to call VRBO to have them assist me in connecting with the home owner. This lead to unnecessary stress around preparing for our trip. The kayaks available to us were tucked away and needed a deep clean prior to use. The towels that were made available where simply not enough for two people for the four nights. I did not mind doing laundry, but needed to go to the local market to buy laundry soap prior to washing the towels, it would've been nice if there were a few laundry pods available in the event that laundry needed to be done. Attention to these things would make this VRBO experience 10/10. Otherwise we had a nice relaxing stay.

Had a wonderful stay. As advertised, clean, very nice neighborhood with plenty to do for all. Loved the pool and the dock! Hosts were very nice and helpful.

Access to the pool area & dock was great. Communication with the host was very easy. The location is perfect with close proximity to beaches & shopping and the neighborhood is very safe.

We spent the month of February at the "Blue Mind" to get away from the PA winter.. Wonderful responsive host who treated us as extended family. Neighborhood is lovely and safe. The guest cottage was fine, however, not quite enough storage/working space in the small kitchen for such an extended stay. My husband and I enjoy working on meal prep together so this was a bit difficult. For those choosing to eat out more often then it would not be an issue and we found many lovely restaurants per the Host recommendations. We can't say enough about Liz and Chad and their hospitality towards, us, our family that visited with us throughout the month and our 5 month old puppy! You can't go wrong staying here!

My husband and I traveled down to Florida for a late Christmas with his family. We were traveling with our 2 college age sons. We had a wonderful time and the home was a perfect getaway. We wouldn't use the pool. It does seem like it's more for the main house, but our stay was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Mind. The location is spectacular - the kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed spending time on the dock overlooking the water. Liz and Chad are thoughtful hosts; we had everything we needed for our visit.

Enjoyed our time here immensely. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. Perfect accommodations for the weekend, with nice amenities. The peivate pool is beautiful.

Great spot, relaxing atmosphere, handy to fun, food and shopping. Enjoyed our bikes, kayaking and general lounging. A nice much needed get away.

This guest house was just great! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Pool was super nice and view of river/inter costal was awesome. Chad and Liz were awesome host and look forward to coming back.

Our stay at the Blue Mind was perfect! Liz and Chad are amazing host. Responses to questions were answered quickly and provided the information needed to make decisions. The guest house was perfect for our family. We were welcomed with cookies and wine, which helped us relax after a stressful trip. The home was clean and spacious. The galley kitchen was well stocked and allowed for two people to prepare meals. We enjoyed having family dinners at the table. The pool allowed for a nice relaxing time. Liz and Chad were right, we had the best seats in the area for fireworks! We were able to enjoy over an hour of fireworks from the dock! We are so greateful to Liz and Chad for providing a place for our family!

This lovely rental was very spacious. My husband and I went went with our friends (another married couple) and we had more than enough room to spread out. We also had our small dog who loved going on walks around the beautiful community. The hosts were amazing! So accommodating!! They had everything you need to have an amazing time. The washer and dryer was an amazing perk as we were able to do a small load of wet clothes after a day at the beach. Plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

The property is very beautiful with a fantastic waterfront location. We were able to dock our boat on site. Chad and Liz are very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect, helpful, friendly hosts. Great location, especially for us, as we brought our family dog and a boat to enjoy the area. It was such a great, peaceful getaway.

As advertised Blue Mind guest house is perfect for 2 couples. Check in could not have gone more smoothly. House was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Upon arrival we explored the dock over the river. The perfect spot for an evening cocktail but do advise bug repellent as without a breeze there are a lot of annoying ‘no-see-em’ that do bite. Unfortunately we did not get out in the kayaks but water access looks so easy. Restaurant suggestions by owners Chad and Liz were spot on. And don’t miss a walk around the quaint historic downtown Stuart area. The beach at Santa Lucia couldn’t have been any better. Clean, easy access and almost private. Do bring your folding chairs and a cooler. And nicest thing of all was the thoughtful gesture on the part of Liz and Chad who left a small birthday cake, napkins, plates , candles and a bottle of wine as I had mentioned that our visit was to celebrate my birthday. I think it’s the first birthday cake I’ve had in the last 50 years. Such thoughtful hosts. So appreciated. Definitely consider Blue Mind for your next getaway

Our family enjoyed the guest house experience. It was clean, welcoming and convenient to nearby places. We would go back again.

We were very last minute. Chad and Liz were super friendly very accommodating. Had a great time on the kayaks and at the pool. Lots of sea life to view.

My husband, 23 year old son and I plus our Labrador Retriever spent a month in this cozy cottage. Liz and Chad are great hosts and so attentive to anything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and great for dog walks and jogs. My husband and son also golfed a few early mornings before starting work around the corner at Palm Cove. Speaking of telecommuting, the WiFi was excellent - two of us were telecommuting most days so that was a big plus. We loved the nearby beaches and restaurants and did use the kayaks to head to Stuart one morning. You can’t go wrong at this rental.

My wife and I stayed in Chad and Liz's guest house between Christmas and New Year's with our 2 20-something sons and had a great time. The guest house was clean and comfortable, and Chad and Liz went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed the area like a native. We had access to the water, and one son was able to enjoy the kayak several times. We also rented a pontoon boat for the day to explore the Intracoastal Waterway, and Chad was instrumental in making that excursion successful. I highly recommend their property, and their understated hospitality.

The Blue Mind was a comfy little guest house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We loved having bedrooms/bathrooms on either end of the house for maximum privacy. We especially enjoyed the dock and spent a few hours over our long weekend reading or fishing out there. Great views and heavenly breezes. Hosts were very friendly!

This comfortable and clean house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether you need to work or have come to relax. It is conveniently located to Stuart and the beach, 5 minutes from the best pizza in Florida, and in a nice neighborhood for dog walking. The best part was the great owners and sitting on their family pier to enjoy the peace of the river. We will be back soon!
