"Twin Rocks" chalet est une charmante retraite de 2 Bdrm / 1 Bath sur le lac Sebago avec une vue magnifique sur The White Mtns. Profitez de couchers de soleil à couper le souffle sur Jordan Bay depuis la sérénité de votre terrasse, plage, quai et foyer ... Ce chalet récemment rénové confortable, confortable et impeccablement propre est prêt pour que vous puissiez profiter, vous détendre et "créer des souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie" ... et "OUI", nous avons le câble et le Wifi ... Le salon et le porche de style chalet donnent sur le lac et sont climatisés pour les chaudes journées d'été. La salle de bain complète est de grande taille avec baignoire / douche. La cuisine a une table avec 4 chaises et est certainement entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine ... même une marmite à homard. Nous avons une belle salle à manger extérieure avec table et chaises, une grille au propane avec un brûleur latéral et un "million de dollars"

Our week at Sebago Lake couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to keep us and the kids (2&4) comfortable being away from home all week. Roxanne was an excellent host and always available for questions, recommendations, and even replaced a broken coffee maker (a true emergency) on the same day.
Less than 5 minutes to food, grocery stores, shopping; couldn’t recommend this property, or host enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is a great location with a great view of the lake and fantastic sunsets. The hosts were wonderful and made sure we were happy with everything. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed in it. The sunroom had a great view of the lake . We went kayaking and was able to use my new motorboat and use the dock and mooring. Overall, a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Twin Rocks. Roxanne was the most wonderful host!! She was so kind and even brought treats to our kids while we were relaxing by the lake. Our family of 4 stayed here for two weeks and it was perfect. We stay at rentals a lot, and this cottage was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The dock is perfect for swimming. the lake was high from the rains, and my teenage boys could almost touch bottom. There is a small beach. Fire pit watching the sun go down was a dream! Kitchen is extremely clean with more than enough room for my family. All rooms had air conditioning if needed. Great location - I felt like we missed a lot of the traffic since we were on the eastern side of Sebago. Owner was more than available if I needed anything. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer.

Super clean and cute cottage with beautiful water views from the master bedroom and the porch. Relax on the chairs provided on the deck under shady trees and enjoy the view and water. We visited Portland and did a Trolley tour, went horseback riding at Carousel Horse Farm, and played mini-golf at Steamboat Landing. There are food stores and restaurants not far away
I would suggest a railing on the walkways for safety.

Lovely location for anyone who enjoys being on the lake. Great beach access for little kiddos and those looking to swim, paddle board, fish, boat or just enjoy sitting and relaxing. Lots of comfy seating, inside and out. Comfortable beds and a great fire ring and sitting area . Responsive owner who works hard to ensure a great stay. Thank you Roxanne and Kelly! My mom and I stayed for a week in late August and we honestly don’t have anything bad to say about our experience. Roxanne was a kind and helpful host (she lives next door and while she gives you your privacy, she’s happy to help if you need her), the cottage was clean and cozy, and the views of the crystal clear lake were gorgeous. Good to know: The stairs down to the cottage are a bit steep (my mom has a bad knee so we just had to take them slowly) and if you love to swim like we do, you’ll definitely want to bring water shoes since the bottom of the lake is rocky. But overall, everything was pretty much perfect. We just left and miss the place already!

Extraordinary location, remote but within 2miles of grocery, restaurants and activities. Hosts were very gracious, cottage was very clean and well stocked for cooking, and had a selection of games & puzzles. The view both from the sunroom and the picture window in the master bedroom were amazing to see the sunsets everyday. Kids had a blast jumping off the dock and sitting around the firepit at night. I would definitely recommend this location for your vacation.

If you are looking to “get away from it all” and actually spend a vacation relaxing (bring a good book or two!), then Twin Rocks cottage is for you. What a beautiful, clean little updated throwback gem Roxanne and Kelly have here. Just a quick drive from Portland and a few minutes off the busier part of Standish (with shops, restaurants, etc.) - the real highlight is the lake - for boating, swimming, or just lounging on a tube enjoying the beautiful view of the sunset over the White Mountains. Twin Rocks cottage was the perfect reset for our family and the perfect place to “make memories.” Roxanne and Kelly were perfect, gracious hosts… Thank you both for your kind assistance when we needed it - and for sharing your beautiful property with us! Relaxing enjoyable vacation
Our stay at Twin Rocks was nothing but spectacular! From our amazing hostess and hubby to the spotless cottage(and I mean spotless), crystal clear water, perfect location. While at this gem of a cottage you feel like you are a million miles from civilization, but in fact you are only 1 minute away from the grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot and shops galore. Roxanne made our stay impeccable with excellent communication and was available at the drop of a hat. You rock Roxanne!! We throughly enjoyed ourselves here and you will too.

Perfect week at Twin Rocks
We had an amazing week at the lake. The cottage was immaculate and cozy. The lake was crystal clear, great for swimming and lounging. The beach area is a bit rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Roxanne was a perfect host, meeting us upon check-in and giving us the tour. She allowed us an earlier check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. Very convenient location with grocery stores, restaurants and movie theater just 5 minutes away. Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful family vacation spot
Twin Rocks was a wonderful spot for our vacation on Sebago Lake. The cabin is immaculately clean. The property is in a beautiful spot that feels secluded but is still 5 minutes from a grocery store. Our kids had a fabulous time jumping off the dock and playing on the little beach. Roxanne was a wonderful, attentive host. We can't wait to go back!

This cottage has a super convenient location that's really close to stores, restaurants and activities, but you feel like you're miles away from reality when you're there. The cottage is really cute, clean and well-maintained. Roxanne and Kelly are helpful, friendly and always available if you need them, but give you your space (they live next door).
The beach for swimming access is pretty rocky, so bring firm-soled water shoes and don't plan to relax on the sand, but there are plenty of areas to sit in the sun and the shade, and the water is crystal clear.

Cute cottage right on Sebago
From the moment we arrived at "Twin Rocks" cottage we were amazed by the stunning views! The cottage was filled with comfortable areas to relax, from the cute kitchen table perfect for a game of cards or a sit down meal, the main bedroom with a king size bed overlooking the lake to the inviting furniture in the livingroom and enclosed porch. We spent our time kayaking and exploring the Sebago area, this cottage was the perfect spot to come home to! Convenient, clean and super cute!

Relaxing!
What a great cottage! We stayed for a week and the place was spotless, relaxing, and on a quiet little cove of the lake. Roxanne was a great boat who was there for all of our needs. The property was set in the woods and was so fun to explore. We will definitely be back if we ever return to Sebago Lake.

Our 2-week stay was great. The cottage is meticulously clean, well-equipped and nicely furnished. Best of all, it is right on Lake Sebago, swimmable from the shore or dock, with several places to sit, read, and eat outdoors. We woke up looking out at the lake from bed, enjoyed the view even on a rainy day, and enjoyed all the places to hang out. The steep hill up to where you park is real, but manageable. Roxanne was welcoming and friendly. A terrific stay!

The cabin is just as described - clean, quiet, comfortable. Wonderful views of Sebago Lake from the bedroom and front room. The owners live next door and are friendly and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

A Perfect Summer Escape
From the moment we were welcomed to Twin Rocks to the time we closed the door to leave, we were so happy w the charming, well-appointed cottage, and its gorgeous lakefront setting. It is the perfect place to just RELAX, cook at home, get out on the water, enjoy the outdoor decks, and watch beautiful sunsets beside a cozy outdoor fire. It is also close to nearby towns, Portland, trails, a great seafood market/restaurant and many other restaurants and shopping.
The owner, Roxanne, is such a gracious, helpful host. We can’t wait to come back!

What a beautiful spot! The cottage is so charming - right on the lake with beautiful views from the master and great enclosed porch. Very private but also close to shopping and restaurants. Roxanne was great - gave us our privacy but also responded to texts immediately for anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay! It was right on the water while being less than 2 miles from stores restaurants etc, but you would never know it while at the house. Roxanne and Kelly were awesome! Accommodating, helpful and friendly!

Everything Was Perfect
Twin Rocks is a lovely cottage overlooking Jordan Bay with a view of Mount Washington. The property is very well equipped and only a short drive from any shopping you may need to do.The owner who is right next door respects your privacy, but is there is you need anything.

A wonderful cottage!
We had a great time at Twin Rocks Cottage.We just loved this cottage with it's charm and convenient location. Full kitchen stocked with lots of cooking pans, utensils, plate ware etc. The interior was cozy and clean. All furniture was in a very good shape, mattresses comfy and you can't bit gorgeous views from main bedroom and inclosed porch. The lake was so clear that you can see every rock on the bottom. The owner's house was next to our cottage, however we didn't even notice their presence. Roxanne is a gracious and very helpful hostess. Big shopping malls just 5 min drive. We would definitely return to the Twin Rocks Cottage.

Slice of heaven
My husband and I stayed in this quaint, lovely cabin on Sebago Lake the week of July 6-13, and had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The view from the sun porch picture window is breathtaking! We so enjoyed meeting the owner, Roxanne, and she made us feel right at home immediately, and had several great suggestions for things to do, as well as places nearby to eat. If you stay, you will find it difficult to leave, as it truly is the perfect location for a true Maine lake experience!

Charming cottage on a beautiful lake
The cottage is like a 'step back in time' it is so cosy and welcoming. Literally a few feet from the lake with its crystal clear water and peaceful surroundings it's an ideal place to relax and take it easy. There is everything you need, the kitchen is really well equipped and the whole place was immaculately clean. Roxanne made us SO welcome and couldn't do enough for us, she brought us over a warm rug for the sofa when the weather turned cold and was there when we needed her without being intrusive. Lots of good local shops and places to eat too and a great base to explore the surrounding area. We enjoyed Portland, a great place to wander around the little shops and fabulous restaurants and we also loved Freeport - a shoppers paradise!! All in all we had a great time and us two 'Brits' got to sample a bit of American life! Thank you Roxanne for looking after us so well and I do hope we meet again one day. A dream cottage with a paradise view!
Roxanne & Kelly made us feel immediately at home at Twin Rocks! This amazing, cozy cottage has breathtaking views of the lake and is so peaceful that you feel the stresses of the daily grind instantly disappear the minute you walk through the door. We enjoyed boating to Frye Island, swimming at the sandbar, taking sunset cruises and sitting around the campfire. My family and I had the best vacation at Twin Rocks! We feel privileged to have stayed in such a gorgeous place on the lake and we truly look forward to returning next year! Charming Lakeside Cottage
Roxanne and Kelly were very accommodating. Cottage was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. They also provided Roku TV, which was great. They provided a dock and mooring as well as inflatable floats and kayaks.

Wonderful Maine cottage. Expertly managed by Roxanne, she is very easy to deal with, and always available. Twin rocks is very well maintained and meticulously clean. We most enjoyed the beautiful fire pit area, and the lovely deck overlooking the lake.

Incredible location and awesome cottage.
One of the cleanest and most comfortable locations that my family and I have vacationed at in years. Cottage is situated in a great, quiet spot on Jordan Bay yet is still located near a marina, restaurants, Planet Fitness, and retail and grocery stores. Dock and mooring were perfect for our boat, and the views from the outside fire pit and cottage windows were awesome. Water was crystal clear and perfect. Great place to escape to on vacation, relax and enjoy with the family. Roxanne was very helpful, informative and accomodating..great host, no stories.....Will definitely be back again!
