We had a wonderful stay ! This lovely home is located in a nice friendly neighborhood . It’s spacious , comfortable, clean and well maintained. The backyard pool area is so nice and private. The house has everything you could possibly need - the best stocked rental home I've ever stayed in. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, close (20-25 minutes) to Mesa/Tempe and Scottsdale.

The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and exactly what we were looking for. The pool was perfect and the backyard / patio was a great place for the family to hangout all week. The neighborhood was a great location and had a lot of options for evening activities as well as shopping and dinner options. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! The owner was incredible and accommodating, she kept us up to date and checkin / Checkout was simple and easy. I would highly recommend this property!!! We loved it!

Our family was doing a staycation around Arizona. We booked this house and it was the best VRBO we have done! The house was stocked with everything that made it a home so there was no running to the store for things. The pool was refreshing and wonderful for summertime! The location was easily accessible to getting out for activities but was also in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful in helping make this a great week!

Avery clean and organized property. No issues with the house at all. also very Quiet and private. Great location with plenty of dining options close by. You will not find a better location. This was our second time back, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.. Its noteworthy to mention that this is a dark sky community, no light pollution. it make a difference.

This was a rest and relaxation getaway for us. We had a wonderful time at the property - it was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The patio / pool area was amazing and that is where we spent most of the time while at the house - we could not have asked for anything more!!! We came down for a wedding with friends then spent an extra few days as a family. This house was the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a ton). It was the perfect space for our group and had everything you need for kids. Having bedrooms on each side of the house was also amazing for our group. Gorgeous pool and the waterfall was a highlight. Highly recommend staying here!!

We spent a wonderful 8 days in this house. It has everything: space, amenities, a pool, a hot tub, peace and quiet, proximity to everything and a great host. What else could you ask for?
Everything was very well documented, organized and clean for the duration of our stay. Jill was wonderful to work with, thank you for our wonderful vacation! Even the weather was great and we had a mix of hot, warm and wet days. We will be visiting again for sure!

We would stay here again in a heart beat. One of the better equipped VRBO I've stay at. If what you need is available, use it. If not buy it and help build stock for the next family. Great layout with rooms at each wing of the house. They even had a baby crib. Outdoor area had plenty of space and shaded seating. Truly the best part of the property. Very private. $8 Uber to the casino. Low density/traffic town with sufficient amount of stores and restaurants. The home is a bit older, so If you are looking a fancy ultra modern house, this isn't it but your wallet will thank you.

June Get Away
Our stay here was fine. The property has clearly been enjoyed and well-vacationed in by many. Here are some pros and cons:
Pros: The inside was clean, the kitchen had every imaginable cooking item you might need. The owner responded to questions quickly. The location was pretty central to things in Fountain Hills and was quiet. We appreciated the opportunity for a late check out.
Cons: The outdoor seating options left a bit to be desired. All the plastic lounge chairs were broken and two of the three mesh lounge chairs were horribly stained. The small seating area was really not comfortable as the cushions had little padding. The misters were not working and the fan did little to provide any cooling. Inside, the living area was fine for four people but would not be adequate for more than that. While we only used three of the four bedrooms, if there were guests for the fourth they would have needed to share the bathroom with two of the other bedrooms. We had close encounters with bats, and a mouse decided to take a swim in the pool, but the owner assured us this is common in Arizona.
All in all, while it met our needs, a bit of updating and TLC could do wonders.

Great house for kids
We found the house to be very well stocked with kitchen supplies and dishes. Only suggestion would be a bigger knife so cutting a watermelon would be possible. House had everything we needed for our 2 year old granddaughter, crib, high chair and toys were all very much appreciated!! We did need to put cardboard up in the baby’s room to make it darker so she would sleep better but that was an easy fix. Pillows were nice, beds a little soft in most rooms but OK. Patio was great, shaded so it was comfortable all day. Hot tub was a great addition, many in our group enjoyed that each day. Pool was very nice with pretty water feature. We will stay there again with kids!! WiFi and cable were great. Communication with Jill was excellent!!

Excellent Family Gathering Space
Amazing property! This was the perfect spot to spend a week reconnecting with family and celebrating our son’s high school graduation. The house was fully stocked with not only the necessities, but also all those things you don’t realize you need until you need them (spices, plastic-ware, baggies, and more)! The pool and patio area were absolutely divine! You won’t be disappointed!

Second time still a charm
We tried this place a few months ago so we brought our kids and grandkids back to enjoy the property and area. Six adults and 2 infants. Good setup for the family. Noticed a few improvements the new owners have started. Also appreciated we asked for a second umbrella for extra shade. It was there upon arrival. Great quite area. Only problem was the 6:30 am wake up call by the landscapers but then again, the babies would get up at 7 anyways.

Awesome home!
We loved our stay here!! Very comfortable beds. Also had tons of extras to use! So convenient it had a crib right in our room. Also had a pack and play if more space was needed for littles. The master is HUGE! A Murphy bed would be an awesome addition to that room for more sleeping options. The pool was awesome & the backyard area was huge. Only thing I’d suggest to change would be new pillows. They were super thin and uncomfortable but the awesome mattresses made up for that! 😊 Jill was an awesome host & responded to all questions very quickly! Thanks again!

Amazing winter escape!
The house was perfect for our needs - had a spacious kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal at the house and a backyard oasis that made it hard to leave! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot to bring the family (multiple great golf courses nearby as well - Desert Canyon & WeKoPa were two my husband and father chose to disappear and play!)

We truly enjoyed our long weekend in the house! Everything was very clean and well organized. The pool was fantastic! The house layout was perfect, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We felt like we were alone in the country, yet we had access to restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend!
