Stayed for a week with my 3 daughters and our pup. The house was exactly as described, perfect for us! Everything we needed was there, Including stuff to take to the beach. Grocery and shopping was a short drive down the road. Beds were very comfortable and inviting after a long day at the beach. Accessing the house was easy, although I did struggle trying to lock the door when we would leave. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed when we took a break from the beach. One of the best rentals my family has ever used! Will absolutely be staying again with my family, and have told my friends to get ready for a girls trip!

We are Florida locals (about 1.5hrs from this rental) and booked this property for 4 nights to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. Our plan was to enjoy Madeira Beach, Johns Pass, fishing and lots of fun shopping and dining and we were not disappointed! The house is SO close to everything we wanted! Location is just perfect and the house was clean, spacious, great WIFI when we wanted to settle in and watch movies but the star of the property is the backyard. It was like a different world! So many different trees from mangos, banana, lychee fruit and many more surrounding the perfectly crystal clear pool and very large jacuzzi. Biggest of any rental we have stayed. Everything we needed was there in perfect working order and if that wasn't enough to love, Ramona was such a gracious and accommodating host! She responded quickly to my questions and made our stay so much more enjoyable with her wonderful personality and hospitality. I loved everything about this property and will definitely be booking here again!

Unique island of tropical fruit trees made this house seem isolated in the middle of a normal residential neighborhood. Spacious, very clean and well appointed. Perfect location for quick trips to the beach. Loved the place!

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted during our yearly Florida trip. The house was very clean and the back patio was a great place for us to hang out each evening. Ramona and Alfred are great hosts. They were very attentive to any issues and kept everything running smoothly for our stay.
We were 10 minutes from Redington beach and many other beaches in the area. Publix and a small mall were only one mile away and I even walked there one day. The Pinellas bike trail is close enough to bike to without having to bike on any main roads. There are also many parks close to the house. Boca Ceiga Millennium Park is only about a mile away and Lake Seminole park is a short drive away.
There are many restaurants in the area, and we went back to one of our favorites Seaweeds and also tried a couple new places like The Angry Pepper and DeRusso's. If you stay at this location and like to cook your own fresh fish Nachman's Seafood Market is a must stop.
We were able to enjoy star fruit from the many fruit trees in the yard. The other fruit was not quite ripe yet. We also enjoyed the hot tub almost every day. My husband thought this was one of the best hot tubs we have had in a rental. The pool was nice but due to the cooler weather we were only able to get into it a couple times.
We would recommend this property and would stay at this location again.

Ramona was great with communicating before the stay and throughout the stay. This place was very clean and a great place to relax and enjoy the hot tub and pool (we did not go in the pool because it was a little cold and rainy). I would definitely recommend this place to others. It was a very quiet neighborhood in a nice location. I think my small pups made the most noise when they were outside. Great place, great host!

This house was amazing for our family of 4 (two adults and a 12 & 14 yo). Literally 5 minutes from Madeira Beach & we never had an issue finding parking. The back yard was an oasis, we enjoyed checking out the ripe fruit and had several mangoes drop while we were staying there & they were delicious! Our kids loved just hanging out in the yard, swimming and taking a hot tub each night before bed, they truly did not want to leave. This house was the cleanest place we have ever rented & a perfect size for our family. Thank you for being an amazing and quick to respond host! We truly enjoyed our week there!

Our Family Loved This Property. The Host was Wonderful, Helpful through the Whole Process and During the stay. The House was Everything We Were Looking for and More than We Expected. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed;just like we were at home. The Host list of things provided was 💯. We absolutely Loved the Hot Tub and Pool. We took our Little Corgi and My Dad's 2 Doggies and they Loved the Fenced yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the Fruit trees and got to experience Fresh Mango's and Fresh Pineapple. We even brought some Fruit home with us. The Trees were marked to tell you what they were and when they come in season. I would definitely recommend staying here for your Family Getaway. I know I will definitely be booking again if we get a chance to return to the area.

We booked this beautiful property for our short visit to the area. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children (5&6) and the property was perfect. The pool and hot tub were a hit and used a lot during the visit. The outdoor space was nice for relaxing, enjoying a meal outside, or drinking coffee! The location was perfect for our visit. It was close to markets to fill the refrigerator and many beaches. Although the kids loved the beach, the pool and hot tub were the favorite! Could not recommend this property any more, they have everything you might need for your trip!

We chose this property because we weren't sure what the weather would be like in February and we figured we could at least use the hot tub if it was colder than we hoped. The backyard is amazing with all kinds of fruit trees and a lovely canopy. Weather was awesome but we still enjoyed using the hot tub, and we were pleasantly surprised that the pool was warm enough for a comfortable swim. The home has everything you need to enjoy yourself on the beach, and the beach is just a short drive away. We loved staying here and can't wait to come back!

We stayed two weeks here and it was fabulous! Very clean! The kitchen was well stocked, the place was spacious, and the backyard with the pool, hot tub, grill and patio furniture was so nice to have! We loved that the host changes the water in the hot tub between guests. Cleanliness is clearly a high priority with the host! Ramoune was extremely accessible, responsive, and accommodating with any questions we had! I highly recommend this place and we would definitely come back.

Tropical Mother/Daughter Trip
We started out our week long trip on Mother’s Day with my daughter and 2 daughter-n-laws ❤️❤️❤️chose Ramona’s place for the closeness to the beach of 12 mins. And the perfectly 👍 described home was no disappointment. Boy we were feeling blessed to see that all the reviews we read were so true. The home was clean and nicely decorated. We felt secure. Any thing came up she was there to help. We enjoyed the fruits and learning their names. They were loaded just not ripe to eat😥. We will have to return later in the year to taste them. The jacuzzi was perfect for all the girls felt it was good for their backs and to relax. Thank you for such great memories we made in your home. Waking every morning to have coffee on the patio and listen to the morning doves sing. Even a sweet mama dove setting on her nest just outside the front porch. One daughter-n-law went for walks in the neighborhood.

Lavish Retreat Perfect for Relaxing or Spending Days at the Beach
We had everything we needed in this very well kept house about 10 mins away from multiple beaches. Every day was spent at either IRB or Madeira Beach. After our beach days, we would spend the rest of the evening in the pool or hot tub. The covered back yard with fruit trees was the perfect shade to enjoy the backyard. Our kids had an absolute blast and were able to unwind watching TV in all of their rooms. Grills were available for cooking outside, but we didn’t use them. The hosts were very accommodating and quickly responded to every question. We would 100% stay here again!!!

We loved the outdoor space of this property. Mornings and evenings under the colorful lights on the patio/in the hot tub were so relaxing. We enjoyed the tropical plants and fresh star fruit every morning! The State Park beaches were gorgeous!

Tropical Oasis
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pup and we all enjoyed the tropical rainforest feel of the back yard. We enjoyed identifying all of the tropical fruit trees. Only the star fruit tree was producing while we were there but every morning we picked one to have with breakfast. It was great fun! We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Since we brought our bikes, the garage was the perfect place to store them. We did a lot of bike riding while we were there. We rode the Pinellas Trail and to Boca Ciega Park and Walsingham Park. We were able to ride to these places and didn’t have to drive to them. This property is about 10 minutes from Madeira Beach which we also enjoyed. We had a great time!

We loved the house which was perfect for us as a family and the location. Ramona was a wonderful host, the house felt like home to us after a couple of days and our 3 year old loved hanging out with us at the house just as much as out on the beach - it was a great vacation all round and we are thankful for Ramona who helped us have this. We can't say enough about our time away there. We loved the swimming pool, hot tub and fruit trees especially. Awesome!

Paradise!
The house was clean and stocked with anything you could need! The property was beyond amazing. It was so nice to cool off in the pool and dip in the hot tub when it was cool at night. It was quiet in the neighborhood and we felt safe. You are only a few minutes from plenty of beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. If we ever return to the gulf shores, we will definitely plan to stay here again!
