Lift not working. We had to climb 3 floors . Road leading to the home stay stinks.

It was spacious and comfortable homestay. 3 Bedroom two attached toilets/bathroom and one common. No AC, not that we required one. Good natural light in all rooms and cross ventilation. Spacious drawing room with 8 seater sofa and 6 seater dining table. They accomodated our early arrival. There was a Help who helped when we needed to get anything from nearby including groceries or conveyance.
There were insects/ants on bed and rooms. Cleanliness was good but could have been better. They could have provided handwash if not towels. No pan/pots/utensils in the kitchens that were clean enough to use. Gas was provided for an extra charge. Also half the rent for the stay was payable in advance and rest half on check in.

The location is good as there are many shops within the walking distance of this property ,the rooms were good and place was clean .the staff Srinu was very helpful was always available .

Location was great. The flat was big enough to accommodate all the guests.
This was not the case with my previous booking.com bookings, but the owner asked to pay advance on the day of booking and also asked me to pay the balance amount at the time of check-in. Since it is a home stay, we were expecting facilities like Refrigerator which was not there. Also, it was not explicitly mentioned that it is a non-AC property. We were asked to pay 1000 extra if we wanted AC.

Facilities/amenities provided were not up to the mark. Towels provided were not clean/washed. Minimum expected assistance/cooperation/service not available. The facility is suitable for bachelors, not for family stay.
