Suite with a view of the Golden Ears Mountains
Belle nouvelle unité de 1 ch avec vue pittoresque sur la montagne Golden Ears dans un cadre montagnard rural mais proche de toutes les commodités de la ville.
La suite est une toute nouvelle unité de 560 pieds carrés avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, un sol stratifié / carrelage, tous les ustensiles de cuisine, une salle de bain complète, HE w / d en suite, un câble Full HD + wifi incl. Parking dans l'allée ou dans une rue sûre très calme.
Douche et salle de bain pleine grandeur, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisinière complète, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur. Câble HD avec toutes les chaînes, wifi haut débit.
Nous avons également une cour assez grande (1/2 acre) clôturée.
L'unité à louer est une suite 1 chambre entièrement indépendante et légale. Il est situé au sous-sol mais est une sortie complète avec 2 très grandes fenêtres dans le salon pour la lumière et une assez grande fenêtre dans la chambre. Il y a beaucoup de lumière naturelle dans la location. La suite est entièrement équipée avec draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, câble HD et wifi ... tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous présenter.
La suite donne sur une grande partie de notre cour mais celle-ci n'est pas clôturée. Les clients sont invités à utiliser cet espace. Nous avons également une zone clôturée où un animal de compagnie peut courir. Le quartier est également idéal pour promener les animaux de compagnie.
Il s'agit d'un quartier semi-rural très calme, avec de nouvelles maisons sur des terrains de 1 acre ou 1/2 acre. Il y a encore beaucoup de lots de 5 à 10 acres autour.
Nous sommes à distance de marche du parc Cliff Falls et du parc régional de Kanaka Creek, ainsi que de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée offrant une vue fantastique sur la vallée au nord. Nous sommes à une courte distance en voiture du lac Whonnock où les mariages ont lieu et il y a des possibilités de loisirs en plein air (canoës, kayaks, planches à pagaie).
Les animaux sont acceptés sur approbation; veuillez nous contacter avant de réserver car nous facturons des frais de nettoyage de 50 $ pour les animaux domestiques et un dépôt de garantie de 200 $.

We loved the area this place was in, lots of restaurants. Especially Black Sheep, it's 19 and older and the place is amazing and reasonably priced. The suite was very cute and comfortable. Chris was very helpful and very pleasant. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This lovely and very new apartment was a short walk from an extensive park surrounding a creek that flows into the Fraser River. We drove to Canada with our dog to escape days of fireworks. Instead, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Golden Ears Mountains, trail hikes, and silence - except when we watched Mariners games on the large TV! The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Our experience was even better than we'd anticipated.

This place was just what we were looking/hoping for, all on a quiet street. Easy access to beautiful, dog-friendly walking trails and a comfortable, cozy place to come back to. And located a short and easy drive to pick up any groceries (and sushi).

Our stay at this VRBO was very nice and met all of our needs. It is very close to great hiking at Kanaka Creek Falls and Golden Ears Provincial Park, which have beautiful groomed trails. The bed is very comfortable, which was greatly appreciated after each day of hiking. The location is outside of the urban centre but close enough to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants with a short 5 minute drive.

Chris was an excellent landlord. He responded quickly to our requests. The space was as described. It fit us nicely. Chris brought us peaches he had picked. He was available when needed without being intrusive. We were able to store our suitcases and extra stuff in his storage area, which was nice. We would stay here again.

We stayed with Chris for 3 winter months in thos 1 bedroom suite. Small but cozy. Has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The couple of minor issues we had. Chris got on it right away. He is a kind and considerate host. Lived his two dogs who came to visit us through the fence.

Lovely suite near Golden Ears
Host Chris has designed a smart daylight basement suite sized for 2, with private entry, on-street parking. Very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, all new hard-surface flooring, tiled bath. A great location for exploring Scenic Highway 7 towns, hikes, waterfalls, and farms. Cute and friendly dogs, who did not howl when my husband practiced harmonica.

Suite is comfortable and clean. Well appointed. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The view is stunning. We had an amazing walk through Kanaka Creek. Had our dog with us too. Having a separate entrance is great with a dog. Overall had a great stay and would book again.

Wow, what a treat!
Little did we know, as we drove "over the river and through the woods" to our Golden Ears View Suite just how amazing the neighborhood, view, and home would be. The subdivision is built into huge hills, with amazing rock retaining walls surrounding 4000-10000 sq ft near-castles. We spend both evenings we were there gaping at the magnificent homes and mountain sunset views. The suite itself is well appointed, with a modest size BR, kitchen, family area, and bath. Not big, but perfect for two (as long as one bathroom is all that's needed). Our host was gracious, helpful and even showed us the picture of the black bear he saw walking down the street while we were ogling his neighborhood. I'll likely never own one of these remarkable houses, but at least now I can say I stayed in one!

Everything you need in a cozy setting.
Beautiful brand new neighborhood. The Suite had everything we needed to get by for our 5 days of being a tourists prior to boarding our 7 day cruise. Yes, it was a bit of a drive to get to the tourist sites in the Vancouver area, but we didn't mind seeing the area as we drove to different places each day. We're from the Los Angeles, California area, so we're used to traffic and taking time to get where you want to go. We shopped at the local Walmart and Dollar Tree multiple times each while there and we liked that convenience. The floor of the Suite was cold, but we had slippers packed with us so that was not a problem. The small heater they provided took the chill off quickly when we were in the Suite for the evenings. The bed and pillows were comfy, and every room was perfectly clean. Chris was very kind in checking on us to see if we had any questions or concerns. Other than that, we felt that we had privacy and could come and go with ease. We appreciated the laundry being right there in the Suite so we could wash clothes before getting on the cruise. Full size fridge to keep our beverages cold. We didn't cook anything, but there was an oven/stove and microwave if we needed them.I highly recommend this Suite, extremely great value for the price. We couldn't find anything in Vancouver for this price, even a hostel was more expensive. So, it was truly worth the daily drive in exchange for all the conveniences of home. Not to mention the view of the Golden Ears being outstanding! We would stay here again.
