The house and property were lovely all around. The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed to cook with, the air conditioning was great, the sun room was a treat and the beds all were comfy.
Two suggestions:
More towels and wash rag. I would get a new cleaning company as most the pullout beds and bunk house beds weren’t made with clean sheets. There were many areas of the house that were saturated with spider webs and dust. The oven didn’t heat correctly to the temp set.

Property is in a great location, away from the busy part of the lake. Plenty of room for large family. The primary bedroom is spacious, modern and offers great views. And James is very responsive. The large outdoor patio with dinning room table for six, and the fire pit with enough room for eight to ten was perfect for our family. The dock easily accommodates a fishing boat, but is not large enough for anything larger, so plan accordingly. We caught bass off the dock, and there is plenty of fishing holes in either direction.

Excellent location and outdoor space. Jeremy responded promptly to any questions we had. House fit our family well.

We had a very relaxing stay at this wonderful lake home! Jeremy was quick to respond and very helpful when needed. The house has plenty of space with a lot of different areas to hang out in. The outside patio was comfy as well. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and had no issue getting into the dock and securing it. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was ideal for watching movies and tv after dark. Would definitely stay again!

Spider Lake get together
This is a large home in a beautiful neighborhood. It was perfect for our group of 10. The two older kids loved sleeping in the bunkhouse. There is a good kitchen with a large fridge, plenty of prep space, lots of utensils and small appliances. The living area is spacious. Lot's of ceiling fans and wall A/C felt great on the hot days when we weren't boating. One of the nicest areas is a huge beautifully landscaped patio and firepit circle under a bower of mature trees, a great place to gather every evening and have S'Mores. For a large group like ours this place is very affordable.
Jeremy is a great host - he responds to any texts promptly.

Great property!
We really loved the location and the home was really cared for. Beautiful views, especially from master bedroom. We had 3 18 year olds, 6 adults and one 16 year old and there was plenty of space for all of us. We did need to run to store for TP, sponge for kitchen, dishwasher soup, paper towels and Tide so you may want to bring those along. Worth every penny!

Beautiful, peaceful cabin getaway
Jeremy's home was very comfortable and perfect for our large group (5 adults and 2 yound children). I loved that we were on the channel so the boat traffic was slow and quiet, and the scenery was very peaceful. We used the screen porch every night. Jeremy was responsive and available with a small check in snafu. Overall, we highly recommend.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation
What a beautiful place to stay... not just the location but the home as well. We had two 14 year olds that had the bunk house and eight adults that stayed in the main house. There was so much space because of the layout of the home. We absolutely loved the location. We rented a pontoon and my hubby had his fishing boat. We were able to dock the boats right at the dock. The location was easy access to any of the lakes. We cooked our own meals each day...fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill. The fire pit and Outside area was spacious and peaceful. We saw many deer in the backyard and the birds were chirping non stop. This truly was a great vacation. We hope to get back next year!

Wonderful 4th of July
Our entire family got together and had a wonderful 4th of July week. Excellent shopping, visits with extended family, and plenty of boat watching and time on the lakes. The property manager was very helpful with a couple of minor items and a return visit is in the cards.

We enjoyed the stay & it was a beautiful place. I would recommend it!
We appreciated Jeremy's timely responses to our questions. Loved having the guest house to put the teenage boys in! The patio was fabulous & we enjoyed the fire pit most every night. Only concern was the loose gravel leading down to the dock, we had rain during our stay, so the gravel became slippery. There were steps for a good portion of the way down to the lake, but in the beginning there are not any steps. I would be concerned about the loose gravel without steps along with the sunken living room step,
which was hard to see, if we had elderly guests with us.
Fast response to refunding our damage deposit.
Thank you "James Gang"!

Spacious cabin great for big groups!
Our ladies weekend at Jeremy's cabin was a wonderful experience. Big kitchen, plenty of seating and even a cozy wood burning fire place. Getting into the cabin was easy and Jeremy was helpful and attentive when we reached out with questions. We would love to come back in the summer and use that beautiful patio overlooking the water! Thanks for a great stay.

Mixed Bag
The property was huge & beautiful. There were three separate water heaters so we never ran out of hot water. The space allowed for privacy so tiny tots could have their naps. We confirmed ahead of time what items we needed to bring, so when we arrived at 5:30pm on Saturday we were very surprised to find no linens for the hide-a-beds, 10 bath towels, 1 kitchen towel, no garbage bags or laundry detergent, tiny amounts of paper towels & toilet paper, & most disgusting, a huge pile of smelling garbage in the garage!!! When I texted the owner, I did not receive response until the next day & then I was told I was untruthful & former occupants were disparaged. My daughter was called to return to pick up all these items & when she did so she inadvertently in repacking, left all her toiletries & shoes at our residence & this made her arrival on Sunday very late (we were attempting to celebrate 2 birthdays!!) Supplies were brought around 6pm on Sunday. At 6am on Monday, we hauled out all the garbage. The beach is tiny & dirty. The water cannot & must not be swum in because it is all mud & weeds & rashes will ensue upon usage. To swim one must go to a sand bar. This proved very challenging with tiny tots. The night before checkout, I received a VERY late notice that we had to be out by 10 am (web sight says 11am), & my whole family was already asleep. This was extremely stressful. I also had trouble getting back my deposit which my credit card company finally took care of. The cabin is on a channel between Roy & Spider lakes. It is private & very beautiful, but with all the rain, the mosquitoes were horrible. Very mixed feelings here because I've never experienced these situations before & we rent vacation sights quite often.

Great getaway on the Gull Lake chain
Overall we loved our stay at this property. Jeremy was great to work with. He responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The house was clean and well maintained. It is on Spider Lake, which is a quieter area of the Gull Lake Chain. We took out the 2 kayaks and the canoe and explored Spider, Bass and Roy Lakes. Fishing was fun in the kayaks on Roy. We rented a pontoon for the week and had no trouble getting into the dock. Zorba's was easy to get to and was a lot of fun. One day we anchored on the sandbar on Roy for swimming - a nice sandy bottom at about 3-4 feet. The patio was wonderful for lunch and dinner. We used the charcoal grill without a problem. The fire pit was great in the evening for s'mores. From playing cards on the screen porch to putting together a puzzle in the bar room there was fun for all. The master bedroom was like sleeping in the treetops...but the sun does come up at 5:30am and there are no shades on those windows. We were going to have our teens stay in the bunk house but there is no Wi-Fi or TV in the bunkhouse, only in the main house so they chose to stay in the main house. Our dog is still missing the water and playing in the yard. Thank you for a perfect spot for our summer vacation. We will be back.

Wonderful location right on the Lake!
The home was spacious and had a unique layout. One of the attractions was the separate bunk house/cabin that was great for our teenage group. The outdoor patio was our favorite with almost every meal enjoying the views and the outdoors. The living room had room for everyone on movie night and the kitchen was updated. Location, Location, Location; on the lake, great dock, close to Nisswa and activities. Thank you

Beautiful, Spacious House
Jeremy was terrific and clearly communicated both before and after the trip. The property itself is lovely - the lake views are to die for, and we spent 80% of our time grilling and sitting by the firepit. Inside, the house is cozy and well decorated with tons of space - we didn't use half of the rooms. The house had everything we could need and more. Highly recommend! Oh, and the black lab agrees- A+.

Gorgeous property. Nothing negative about it at all but only that we didn't stay longer. Owner is quick to reply and very helpful with any questions. I will definitely book again for the summer.
