Cozy Cottage on Peaceful Paradise Lake
Un petit chalet confortable au bord du lac est prêt à être votre retraite parfaite et paisible à seulement 7 miles au sud de Mackinaw City. Les murs en pin noueux d'origine ajoutent au charme de ce chalet construit au début des années 40. Des mises à jour ont été apportées à la technologie (TV et WiFi), à la salle de bain et à la cuisine pour rendre votre séjour confortable et confortable.
Le lac est peu profond, rafraîchissant et clair! Si vous êtes pêcheur, renseignez-vous sur une place à notre quai! Utilisez nos kayaks ou nos jouets flottants pour vous connecter à l'eau ou jouer dans la grande cour. Wife and I were on our anniversary trip and this place was perfect for us. Close to Headlands Dark Sky park, definatly a go to place when staying here. Also close to Mackinaw City.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin in Carp Lake. The setting was excellent, and being less than 15 minutes from Mackinaw made it a perfect location. Good for two couples.

We loved the setting. It was beautiful and tranquil. We do have a few suggestions. The lighting could be improved. It is not bright enough to read at night. The bathroom is very small. The shower is not accessible to anyone with mobility issues. We also suggest adding grab bars to the shower area. There was a problem, with the heater but the owner plans to get that resolved. Overall, we liked our stay, and we were happy we decided to stay at Carp Lake and not somewhere else where it would have been busier. The owners are next door and are friendly and helpful. We loved their dog.

Great Cottage on the lake. Very nice inside and out! Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items and bed linens. The cottage is within 5-minutes of Mackinaw City making it the perfect spot to come back to after a day of shopping and exploring. Very well kept yard and peaceful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was a perfect place for me and my sons! We wanted to spend the weekend fishing and this cabin was very conveniently located to all the spots we wanted to fish. Very clean, great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend this cabin and will look to stay here again.

Awesome little cabin for the price. Liked the fact that it was away from the hustle and bustle. Never locked cabin when I left or my Harley at night. Felt very comfortable and secure. Would love to come back

Owner was very hands off, but not in a bad way. Place was spotless, cozy, and welcoming. Had a gas grill for us, had plates and utensils for us to use, loved all the lake access options. Owner takes great pride in this place, and has a little something for everyone. We would happily come back.

We really enjoyed the location of the cabin. Its just 7 miles to mackinaw city. The kids loved the kayakes and paddle boat. Very peaceful and quiet at night for sleeping after long days of sightseeing.

Cottage was everything as described. Relaxing and great location, a few minutes from Mackinaw City. Water was like glass and unbelievable the amount of stars to be seen at night. Can hear every sound of nature and the lake at night. Kayaked and BBQ'd and had great whitefish at the local restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the trip!

This was a great little cottage for our weekend away. Weather permitting, there is a lot available to do at the cottage without having to leave and head to town. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing that everything you need was in such a small, quaint cottage. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the grill was a major bonus, fire pit and the lake was so calm and peaceful. Great for stargazing. We will be back!

This cabin was very nice for our short stay. The lake was very peaceful with little traffic as it was Labor Day and the following 4 days. The neighboring houses were either empty or very quiet homeowners. Being close to Mackinaw City was a plus to be able to shop and tour. We would recommend this place for others, however since it is small, if would work best for a couple or couple with small children.

Small stone cottage on a beautiful lake. Has lots of potential with some furniture improvements and freshening up of outdoor furniture. Small well equipped kitchen. Update bathroom.
