Location, in the old historical part, very beautiful, great apartment, everything met or exceeded our expectations, Rosa very helpful.

the apartment is VERY central, you can visit all main landmarks by foot. the owner was helpful, giving us tips about restaurants and places to go. the bathroom is spacious and beautiful and the beds were comfortable. all the facilities we needed for a short stay were there 😊

the shower has no pressure and the water goes from hot to cold to hot again all the time, fortunately it wasn’t winter!! it would be nice to look into that

Rosa is a lovely and friendly host. The apartment itself is comfortable and clean, situated in the middle of the old town. It is right next to a plaza with Roman ruins (part of a UNESCO heritage site) with many tapas bars.

Perfect location for exploring the old town, patio for breakfast and evening was a bonus, well-equipped and apparently recently renovated. Host, Rosa was especially helpful on arrival with local .information including bus routes and timetables.

Rosa met us at the apartment and did a great job of showing us the apartment and giving us helpful information on how to enjoy the area The location is excellent; so close to the Cathedral and right in the heart of the old town. I selected the apartment because of the location and the patio. The patio was a great place to sit and have breakfast. There is really no view but it was just nice to have some outdoor space.

The stairwell in the building is a bit sketchy and there is no elevator but that is okay because the unit is only on the second floor. The water pressure in the shower and getting a consistent temperature was a bit challenging. The unit is a bit older and not as modern as some other places we have stayed but the pictures on Booking.com are accurate. Overall these are all small things. It was a great stay.

A great location close to all the attractions, bars & restaurants in the historic quarter, We were met with the keys by Rosa, who was very helpful. The apartment on the second floor was well furnished, with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, although we only used the kettle.

Rosa met us on arrival, even though I indicated one time and then changed it and we arrived earlier. She was very nice and attended to all our requests. She is a very helpful host. The apartment is right next to the cathedral in the old town; you cannot get closer to the old town than that.

My only problem was parking. Obviously, there is no parking in the old town. There is a underground parking garage 300 meters away, but it is very expensive. Rosa, however, told me where to go for the less expensive parking. On the way back, we were able to come closer to the apartment with the car (like 100 meters away) and load our suitcases, without having to drag them over to the parking. That was a minor thing, however. I am just indicating it to help those people who also will be driving. If you don't come with a car, you won't have this problem at all.

Rosa was there when we arrived. She was very helpful in explaining the city with a map and what to do. Location is beautiful. It's in the old town near the square, therefore in the quiet neighborhood. The apartment, especially the living room was beautiful. Full of couches, tv, towels, soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Having a balcony is a plus to where you can dance without anyone watching you. Overall great experience. Thank you Rosa!

Perhaps a curtain for the balcony door but it wasn't a problem for us. Otherwise, no other comments. Thank you!

Shower was problamtic- the host helped us with hot water, but it was hard to manage.
