well located in the quiet area. really helpful staff and good quality room

they offer you a nice secure, parking, and a secure place to stay at night. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They offered a very nice breakfast and local food was within walking distances and so is the beach.

The only negative thing that I could find was my room had a window which I left opened all night, and in the early morning you could hear the dogs and the roosters

That was the secound time I stayed at this hostel, and it was as nice as it was last year :) One of the best hostel I have ever stayed. The staff is very kind and helpful, beds are comfortable, kitchen is big, there is a nice social area, the beach is close, and there is hot water at the shower :) This hostel has a good vibes :) Very good place!

The hostel is in a good location, the staff is very friendly and nice (specially the guy on the reception, and girl from South Africa) The breakfast is very tasty. We stayed in a private room with a bathroom, it is very tidy and has a private terrace.

The complaint is the stairs to the room, which are very high and spiral and difficult to climb. there is no locking option on the balcony door. At night there is no one at the reception, so it was very loud until 03 in the morning, but it is a hostel, so such things are expected..

Second time staying, beds are by far the most comfortable I've stayed in while travelling. Breakfast was nice, and location is great!

I did not feel we received value for the price. Paid more this stay than last time and the room this time the room and bathroom were not nearly as nice and didn't have a view. Pool didn't look clean.. it was just after Carnivale but for the price we paid, I expect better conditions.

Spiral staircase to my room was a little tough to navigate

Quiet, clean, super close to the beach, market, and restaurants! Our room had a view of the ocean and it was a perfect place to watch the sunset. Breakfast in the morning was simple and delicious. Staff all very friendly and approachable. Oh and the bed was SO comfortable, I was very impressed.

The spiral staircase going up to the room is not built for tall people 🙈

The hostel is very large and comfortable. The owner and staff are very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The assortment of very well-behaved animals - several dogs and 2 cats - add to the great experience I had as a guest. The dorm room was large with a private bath and great air conditioning. As almost everyone has commented, the free breakfasts are delicious and large - significantly better than any other free breakfasts I have received - thus far - during my travels in Panama. Great location - less than 1/ 2 block to the beach and several very good restaurants.The mini-market is just across the street which also is a bus pickup and drop off stop. Highly recommended hostel!

The used bed linens on the beside me were not changed the day the guest left. Shower water could be a little warmer. The sink temperature was a little warmer than the shower. I had brought the remainder of a delicious pizza which I had for dinner from Mia Playa - check their reviews - back to the hostel and planned to eat it 2 days later (on a Wednesday). I was unaware that the refrigerator is cleaned each Wednesday, so when I searched for it, it was gone. I must admit that I did not sign and date the box containing the pizza, (pens are not found in the kitchen), so it might be my carelessness which caused the pizza to be removed. Fortunately, my bottle of beer was still in the refrigerator, so at least I could drown my disappointment with a Modello Negra.

Very friendly staff (volunteers mostly?), nice pool, nice breakfast.

Everything seems a bit messy and neglected. Given the fact that part of the staff are volunteers supposedly without or little payment, you may ask what the owner is doing with all the money s/he is earning. Certainly not for any renovation. For the standard of the hostel the price is too high.

Great staff, best Hostel I had in Panama. The breakfast was incredible. Everyday they prepared something different. Nice rooms, Air con. And they have dogs and cats at the Hostel! I loved it.
