Very nice house ! Super clean and nice quiet location.

The house was very functional and great for our stay with family and our 6 month old. Lots of wildlife in the beautiful yard and an easy drive to South shore beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. So close to the beach and easy to get to vineyards and trails. House was clean and new with large yard and fire pit. Wasn't a problem for us as we are a family of 3 but third bedroom does not have A/C . It does have a ceiling fan though.

Mike’s home was perfect in every way. We loved our stay. Mike is so welcoming. The home is clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful. We will book again for next year- longer as well!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house made us feel nice and secluded. We had an issue with the grill but the owner came and fixed it within a couple of hours. It was nice and close to the beach (about a 15 minute walk). We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The house was a quick 3 minute drive to South Shore Beach, which we went to every day. The house was also very clean, well updated, and filled with light. We were there during a heat wave, so we were very grateful for the AC units in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet beach week!

Our week was wonderful! There was nothing needed in this home. EVERYTHING was point on. Location, privacy, perfect home for a couple or family vacation. Our family recently enjoyed a lovely week-long stay at this sweet home. It was perfect for our family of 4. We never even used the AC units in the bedrooms; the ceiling fans were quiet and created just enough breeze for good sleeping conditions in hot weather. There's a huge yard with plenty of space for kids to run around, and it's on a safe dirt road. No bugs! Not even one mosquito. :) We will be back! Thank you, Mike & Stacey!

Look no further....this property is where you want to stay. From the moment we drove up the driveway to the day we left, everything was close to perfect. The house was beautiful and ust perfect for a weekend getaway.

We had a great stay and Mike’s. It was more private than we anticipated, which is a plus. The house was clean, accurate, accommodating and easy to access. Not much could have been better. We will definitely keep it in mind for future visits to the area.

A very clean and comfortable house to stay in. Everything was well thought of, outside shower, three bedrooms and even a ping pong table in the basement. A couple of details which could be easily taken care of by adding a couple of kitchen tools and little things in the bedrooms, such as chairs and mirrors. We will gladly go back there to stay.

This was our family's first time staying in Little Compton and we struck gold with this house in this sweet little town! The house was so welcoming, clean, peaceful and is literally a two minute drive (if that) to the beach. I kept saying "it has everything we need and nothing that we don't." It was simple but in the best possible way. Plenty of space for you to make it feel like your own without any "tchotchkes" to get in the way or to move around to put your own stuff down. We brought our 1.5-year-old and 4-year-old and the yard was nice and spacious for them to run around and play. It is nestled on a quiet street and there is plenty of privacy. The outdoor shower was simply perfect to end a day at the beach! The washer and dryer are newer so our clothes/towels were quickly cleaned at the end of each day. The deck, oh the deck! It was so nice for outdoor dining and reading a book at the end of the day. My only suggestion would be to add a clothes line of sorts to hang dry towels/bathing suits but for the most part we just threw them in the wash at the end of the day anyway. The owners were super responsive and easy to work with. We are so lucky they shared this little slice of heaven with us! Little Compton itself is truly a hidden gem! The beaches, the roadside farmstands, the vineyard, the sweet little downtown. So much to do for the whole family! We loved visiting the Art Cafe for Wednesday Art Projects for the kiddos while sipped our iced coffees. The park was fun to visit after that as well! House was in pristine condition, comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was quiet, close to beach. At our age, 'walk to beach location' not possible, but workable for young families. A small problem we had understanding the TV was addressed 'in person' by owner, promptly. We have had issues in the past with rental conditions, never once this quick and friendly response. You will not be sorry to stay in this house.

This is one of the better stays I have had via VRBO. Mike was quick to reply and kept it simple which is what this stay was all about. The house was very neat and orderly, we couldn't have asked for a better set up. Thanks Mike, I'm sure we'll be back!

This review will be a bit different in that we did not actually stay at this pretty Home. I had rented this Home for my Children and Grandchildren for the Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, they were unable to join us in Little Compton for the long weekend. However, I was able to go inside this lovely property and view all. From the beginning, the pictures do not do justice to the wonderful, attractive lot this property sits on! The Home seems to be "perched" on this little hill making you that much closer to the refreshing breezes! Plenty of room for all those outdoor activities while keeping a safe distance from the very quiet dirt road. Then, inside, you will find everything spotless and so attractive and comfortable - It is as if you are walking through a magazine on home decor! Again, I did not actually stay at this Home but the time I spent walking through this Home made me definitely want to return!

This home is brand new, clean and charming. Each room is well decorated and 2 of the 3 bedrooms have televisions. The beds are comfortable and the home is well cared for. I would definitely take my family of 5 back for another getaway.

We rented for a fall weekend wedding. The house was great. Everything was neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The deck was a perfect place to sit and relax. The beach is only @ a mile away and an easy walk . Mike was very responsive and accommodating to any requests. Definitely a place we would stay again!

The house is very comfortable, bright, uncluttered, and has a nice deck with private views. Great outdoor shower. Air-conditioning in two bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful week of vacation at this house. Our son especially liked the huge yard and the ping pong table in the basement, while my husband and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and surrounding areas. As other guests have mentioned, the house could use another AC unit, as it was a hot week, but it did not impede our stay. Thank you Mike and Stacey!

Very nice home, close to the beach, a large deck and yard. Loved the outdoor shower which helped us keep the house clean. We had pretty warm weather and the later afternoon and early evening sun can heat up the downstairs. One more portable ac would of been convenient. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This lovely, new house worked very well for our family's coming and goings during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The house is spotless and well-equipped, with well-maintained grounds. Mike is very responsive, easy to reach, and very helpful. The only drawback was the lack of central air (only 2 of the three bedrooms have a/c units) and the almost complete lack of cell service, despite our family's multiple carriers. We had to drive to make calls, which was ok -- but worried me in case of an emergency. But those concerns were all workable and the week was a huge success. We all look forward to returning.

Mike was very responsive and easy to work with. Little Compton was a great choice for a relaxing fun week.
