The location is amazing! It was very quiet & relaxing. The balconies are perfect to sit out & watch the ocean, the boats go by & see the occasional dolphin. The house is very open & spacious- the large windows in the living room let in tons of light & allowed us to see the ocean clearly, while we were inside. The kitchen area was also very large & filled with cooking utensils, regular utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates- anything could need.

I would have liked to have had coffee provided to choose from. There was a coffee pot there, but I should’ve brought my own (honestly not even a big deal!). The bathtub upstairs also leaks when filled up, onto the kitchen counter downstairs. I didn’t notice any leaking when running water without stopping the tub up, or from the shower though.

Location was fabulous. Very clean, plenty of linens. Ice maker worked quickly. All appliances were great. Really enjoyed the upstairs balcony! Loved the peacefulness and natural beauty.

Water pressure could definitely be improved. Really missed having pot holders too. Curtain rods in bottom bedroom needs to be fixed. Would have loved to have a grill, the one there was rusted and dirty.

The floor in the hallway was soft/mushy and felt like it was going to cave in. Flooring in this area was cracked & broken. It seemed that there may have been previous water damage and it not properly repaired. Could be a dangerous situation.

Location and access to both the bay and the beach

The house needs attention. There are safety issues that are clearly left unattended. The floor is rotted in front of the downstairs bathroom causing the flooring to lift and cut my toe. The kitchen sink leaked all the way through to the concrete down outside and several windows are so full of condensation as the seals are broke that the water view we paid to see just wasn’t the same. Our family couldn’t sit together outside to enjoy coffee because 3 of the 6 outdoor chairs were broken and unsafe to sit in. We are not complainers but when you pay a good deal of money,certain expectations should be met. Staff were fabulous and responded quickly but really don’t have the authority to do much. We certainly enjoyed talking to Trent. This is not a Vacassa issue. This is a homeowner issue.

Location was good, somewhat decent view. House was good size, comfortable and well laid out. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities.

The house was nice but tired. It could use a lot of tlc to make it exceptional. One whole side of the deck was sagging, to the point where it was a major trip hazard if you walked over there. There was obviously a leak at the slider in the upstairs bedroom and the floor seemed to be rotted out in front of it. Every toilet wobbled and one leaked. Every towel rack and every toilet paper holder was loose. For the most part the house was clean, but there was a giant spot of mold/fungus on the floor where we first walked into the house upon arrival. All bathrooms could use more towel racks. Not sure if outdoor shower was usable as it appeared to be a storage area.
