Everything was great, i have stayed in many apartments around the world and this is the best i have stayed. The location, the apartment itself is beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and well maintained, the host is very responsive and helpful. Everything exceeded our expection. Thank you so much Ivone for all your assistance, our family had a wonderful time in Guimaraes.

Excellently equipped apartment in a great central location with excellent communication from the host.
Nothing not to like - just mind your head in a couple of places if you are 6ft.

The location was fantastic, the unit had all that one needs including washer and dryer even to the little outdoor space. Parking included and big thumbs up to the host for all information and communication.

The location was great. Quiet street close to everything. The host was super friendly and helpful. The house was really cute. Everything was clean. The kitchen met our needs. The beds were comfortable.

This accomodation is very good place with kitchen, 3 bathrooms, very nice and clean bedrooms in the centre of town for reasonable price.
Everything was just perfect. There is nothing what could be better.

Location was great —right next to the historic district. Easy to walk to restaurants and sights. We appreciated having a washer and dryer for laundry. Cute little patio in the back. Ivonne was available and helpful when we had a malfunction with the coded entry.
If you’re traveling with lots of luggage, it’s a struggle hauling it up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.

What a wonderful house in a wonderful town! We loved our stay in this well equipped apartment with comfortable beds. Ivone is a nice and helpful host and the contact with her was relaxed and personable.
Sightseeing features, supermarkets and many restaurants are in walking distance. We didn't miss anything.

The biggest advantage of this house is the location which is literally a few steps from the main attractions!
Ivone has been an amazing host to us and I never experienced before such proactive approach from the property owner. She had communicated with me one week prior the visit via several channels (Booking.com messages, via email or WhatsApp). Ivone goes an extra mile in providing all the details related to the fast changing Covid-19 regulations but also where to go for dinner.
The house has all the amenities that you could imagine or you might need. We will definitely stay in Ivone’s house if we visit Guimarães again.
The top floor room with the bathroom is in the attic therefore it might be less comfortable for tall people (which was our case because we are 180 cm tall) 😉
