Beautiful Condo in Summerlin close to ALL, home away from home.
Unité de condo entièrement rénovée dans la belle Summerlin. Près de restaurants, parcs, magasins, terrains de golf et de marche / jogging. Idéalement situé à seulement 15 min de toute l'excitation du Strip. 10 minutes de voyage pour faire de la randonnée dans la conservation nationale de Red Rock. Le meilleur de tous les mondes. Le condo est une unité au rez-de-chaussée avec deux lits queen et offre, WIFI, câble avec 3 télévisions grand écran, terrasse extérieure, piscine extérieure / jacuzzi (veuillez noter que la piscine est ouverte du 1er avril au 1er novembre), espace de stationnement assigné, marche aux restaurants et bars. Condo très propre comprenant de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse sécheuse. Belle cheminée à bois véritable pour le confort. Emplacement calme et serein. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur / sans animaux. Il est permis de fumer sur la terrasse.

Overall, all was good. The only negatives were lack of dishwasher soap so we had to hand wash dishes - not desirable when you’re on vacation! And garbage disposal didn’t work. Wish there had been a heads up so we wouldn’t have rinsed dishes as the water in the sink kept backing up.

We were pleased with the location to our family who lives there. Neighbors we encountered we nice & pleasant. Was an older condo/ area, but we were happy till the end. I would have given 5 stars for everything until we recieved a phone call from our hostess. Was informed that we ruined their carpets from "pets". Mind you we didnt bring our pets nor brought any into the condo while there. Said that someone may have come in after we left (@ 3am, & key under mat) & let their pets defecate on the carpets. She said she wasn't sure if she would b able to get the spots out of the carpets. After I called was informed she believed me & wasnt sure what happened. I dont know if she was trying to scam us or if someone did come in with their pets & supp tried cleaning up their mess. Didnt sit well with us & now will not be returning even though while there we had a great time & wanted to return.

My friends and I participated in a tennis tournament at Darling Tennis complex. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute drive.
It’s also very close to stores and restaurants.
The condo was comfortable and clean.
I couldn’t find an instruction manual for appliances. Hence navigating the tv was challenging for me (non-tech savvy user).
Be careful when pulling in and out of the parking space. Some cars drive very fast when entering or exiting the lot.

We were in town for our Mom’s 90th birthday. This condo was close and so easy to get to! We weren’t there much, but the beds were comfortable! The host was quick to answer questions. We would stay here again! Great place!

This property was a really great place to stay! Very convenient to shopping ,restaurants,groceries and gas stations. Nice safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 20 minutes from Redrock canyon, and 20 minutes or less to strip and Freemont. Beds are comfy and the kitchen was stocked well. Ubers were easy to get. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat also after hiking!

What a great place to stay. Easy access to the entire area, the canyons out west (must see), Hoover Dam, the Strip and anywhere in-between. Made dinner and had all the cookware to make a gourmet meal. quiet place with room to spread out. soooo much better than staying in a hotel. Strongly recommend. Stayed three nights.

Great stay, very clean and well stocked for things you might need. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not open, suggest adding time of year detail to listing. Otherwise, fit our needs and would stay here again.

This place did not disappoint! It was clean and the beds were comfy! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for winding down after being in the hussle and bussle of the city. The location was perfect and not far from anything. Communication with the host was great as well. If you're looking for a nice place to stay just outside the city this is it! 10/10 highly recommend and will be booking again in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay. If I had any problems Kim was very prompt to address the issue. The area is nice. There is a convenience store nearby that had anything I may have forgotten to bring. The unit was clean and cozy. I stayed for a week and almost did not want to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location for us on this family adventure. The hosts were kind and responsive via text.
Adequate facilities, yet there's room for improvement in a few areas : loose cords became tripping hazard in bedroom. Cables haphazardly hanging from tvs detracted from the neat appearance presented. Shower faucet was difficult to adjust without getting a blast of cold water because of fixed shower door.

It was a very comfortable place. Host communicated the day of the stay with access code and instructions. Only issue was with microwave not working and found out it was being replaced the day we left...oh well. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay, quiet safe neighborhood with close access to convenience store and churches. It was a great choice rather than staying in the strip. Great communication from the property manager and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish the stay was awesome the unit was spacious neat clean and well maintained it was located ground level for easy access the parking area was well lite and close to the entrance door Our hosts provided us with a cell number so reaching them was easy even on thanksgiving day ,there was a minor appliance problem and Ms B answered the text promptly offered to find a repairman but didn't believe she would be successful for that day It was not necessary and we were able to solve the problem via text.Our host did every thing possible to make our stay worry free providing easy access to unit concise detailed written instructions on all features ie tv's and thermostat.Although we have stayed at many VRBO'S this has been the best and we would rate the unit and owners AA plus

This place is perfect for 2 couples - two bedrooms and two bathrooms and laundry provided. Showers were good - plenty of water pressure and hot water. Great location - easy access to everything and neighborhood felt safe. We made several trips to Red Rock Canyon - about a 20 minute drive. There is a 6 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. Kitchen had everything we needed. The couch is different than the picture - still a sectional and very comfortable. No area rug on the floor. Beds were good and we did not have issues with internet or noise from Vegas Blvd. Nice quiet complex with close parking to the unit. Owners were very good about communication and great to work with. We would stay here again!
