Bienvenue à Key West à New Port Richey. Un remodelage total de 2015 aux couleurs vives de la plage, vous met de bonne humeur une fois que vous entrez! La maison est à trois niveaux avec la chambre principale (avec lit queen) et salle de bain complète au 3ème étage; grand espace de vie, cuisine / bar / table à manger et salle de bain complète idéal pour se divertir au 2ème étage; accès extérieur à la 2ème chambre (avec lit King et lit gigogne King) et salle de bain complète au bord de la piscine sont situés au 1er niveau. Le grand porche arrière couvert donne sur la terrasse Channel / Pool / Spa et Travertine - idéal pour le café du matin / surfer sur Internet. Cette maison ne demande qu'à se divertir - le canapé-lit en cuir peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires si nécessaire! Tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine et le grill extérieur facilitent la cuisson - mais si vous ne voulez pas manger à la maison, il existe de nombreuses options à proximité! Green Key Beach est à 5 minutes en voiture et est un luxe qui lui est propre avec ses magnifiques couchers de soleil. Les locations de ponton, de kayak et de jet ski sont proches et la pêche dans le canal peut étonnamment bien - vous pouvez même apercevoir un dauphin ou une tortue de mer. Vous voulez une charte de plongée / pêche? À moins de 5 km de là, l'accès aux bateaux charter et au bateau du casino SunCruz vous divertira à coup sûr. La maison peut facilement devenir votre maison loin de chez vous!

I brought the family up for scalloping and RnR before school starts. The property was perfect, plenty of space for all six of us. My kids drive and had to come up separately due to summer jobs, so we were very pleased with the large parking area capable of parking 4 vehicles in the driveway. We brought our boat, I don’t think you could ask for a better location to the scalloping grounds and by the way hopping into the pool after a day on the boat was a game changer! The home has a nice Weber gas grill, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There are also plenty of options for dining out, we particularly enjoyed the restaurants at the Tarpon Springs Sponge dock area. Terrance is a fantastic host and takes good care of his clients. My family can’t wait to get back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute gem ! We had the best of times enjoying the pool, nearby island, restaurants, park (with splash pad), downtown, boat rides…and the list goes on! Such a great place! *to note, there is only one bedroom in the main house, the second bedroom is located on the ground level and only entry is from the outside by the pool* I don’t think I paid enough attention to those details and with 2 littles that was not ideal - however, that didn’t hinder our stay, and we would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Overall great stay. Terrence was very helpful and very communicative thru text. Upstairs bedroom was a little hot due to hot weather. Terrence helped figure out the air situation and fixed it for me. Great Location for what we were in town for!

We had a quick stay but it was perfect. The upstairs and loft bedroom was perfect. Although we didn’t use the second room due to a separate entrance it would be perfect for a mother-in-law suit or second family.
The outside area was so great and we spent almost all our time on the deck, pool and dock.
Terrance had very fast communication. Thank you for a great stay.

I booked this VRBO for a week-long vacation for my husband's birthday. We used to live in this area and I know he really misses the fishing! The house was PERFECT for everything we needed. Terrance was wonderful at accommodating our needs and very responsive. We are already planning our next trip back here!

We really enjoyed everything about this house! Location, the pool, the dock, the amenities, etc were everything! We especially loved grilling out with the outdoor TV for Monday Night Football, and then cooking our fresh catch in the oven and lounging in the cozy living room. The house was so clean and smelled so fresh, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries to go around. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and we plan to stay again soon! Kudos to the owners who really take their rental seriously!

We had a great visit. Enjoyed the funky colors and cool artwork in this comfortable home. The pool, hottub and fishing off the dock definitely added to our visit with family. Accurate description and photos, easy check-in, and good communication with host.

From the house to the pool everything was perfect. Hot tub worked fine being able to dock the boat at the house and go out on a whim the weather was definitely hot but what do you expect it’s Florida not a drop of rain till the last day when we were loading it up but that was great. I’d love to come back again and will try soon.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in New Port Richey for vacation and to visit family. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus for us too. It was great to visit family or go to the beach and just come back to the house and chill on the deck or in the pool in the evening. It was a place we could definitely de-stress for the week.
It’s located close enough to the beaches we like to visit. Fred Howard Park and Honeymoon Island. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We will probably try to stay at this house again when we come to visit family. Thank you to the owner, Terrence for answering any questions we had promptly.

There isn’t anything we could say that we haven’t already said. Our 4th time says it all. This home has truly become our vacation home. We love everything about it and it’s location. It did rain more during this stay so being movie goers we found a nearby theater and visited it twice during our stay. We found the Tarpon Springs Aquarium also, which was quite nice to visit. The house itself is so charming and beautifully decorated. The pool and spa are the center point for us. We love our time outdoors while there. We absolutely love the house and all that it offers. We always feel right at home when we are there. Terrance is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. As always, we look forward to our next stay at It’s a Shore Thing :)

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was just perfect for us, beautifully decorated inside and out. We took our pontoon boat and were able to dock it in the boat slip at the house.
We enjoyed the spa and pool every day.
Terrance was a wonderful host, great communicator and friendly.
I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return for future stays.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Me and my 3 sons ages 16, 14, and 10 came down from Michigan to spread my dad’s ashes in his favorite places and for Mother’s Day and we had the best time in this beautiful home and area! I loved the “queen suite” upstairs! The separate area downstairs was perfect for my boys to have their own “man cave” the house was super clean, we caught a bunch of catfish off of the dock, the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day in the sun to relax in, the pool was warm and so cool at night with the color changing lights, Terrance was super helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions, and he even gave us some fresh snapper that he caught and I grilled them up to make some delicious fish tacos! Not too mention but the house is superbly located to all of the great areas included Windsong Charters which we took a pontoon out to anclote key! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Even the my boys said it felt like home! 10/10 stars from me!

An absolutely amazing and extremely clean house. We used the pool and hot tub daily, which didn't disappoint. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful. A cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water was a perfect start to each day. Enjoyed shopping and dinners in downtown Tarpon Springs, which was only a short drive from the house (10 minutes). My mom said it was a "dream house" and she was so happy to have joined us.
Terrance was a great host. The entire process from start-to-finsh was seamless. No issues. Would definitely stay again!! Overall experience was 5-stars plus!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was adorable. The spa and pool were lovely (heating the pool was the way to go!) We rented a pontoon and were able to dock it in the canal at the house and enjoy the water. We would highly recommend this property!

We were booked to stay Sept 28 -Oct 2...then hurricane Ian threatened the home. Terrence kept in touch with us up to our check in date allowing us to not worry.
House is beautiful and has a relaxed but elegantly beachy vibe. Highly recommend this home! We will be back!
