Cleanliness, comfortable bed. A nice bathroom. Safety and Security. Central location in Meiderich. 5 min walk to underground and pedestrian zone. Everything was there what was needed. Good access to keys. Very good communication. It was a lovely apartment and I would return. Very recommendable.

The chairs were a bit hard . Perhaps have more comfortable chairs if there is no sofa. I think I was the first person using that particular apartment as everything seemed unused. Nearly set firealarm off as oven was completely new and smoked . Wash towels once when new as they didnt dry me properly after shower as they were brand new. Parking a bit difficult.

The apartment was clean, bright and well-furnished and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. Despite everything, it was a good place to work for a week.

I was approached by a young man on a bike as I arrived at the apartments, who wanted to help me get in – said he knew how the key safes worked etc. I didn't want help, because I didn't know this guy and managed to get rid of him. But he had already led me to the wrong main entrance door and I spent 30 minutes trying to get through to the apartment team on the phone (their emergency number wasn't working) before realising I was at the wrong door. The apartment itself was very nice but for 3 nights during my 10 day stay, the downstairs neighbour (who is a permanent resident in the building) made a terrible noise with loud music, shouting etc. I could hear there were only men downstairs and didn't want to approach them as a woman on my own. I phone the emergency number the apartments had given, but they simply told me to phone the police. Although they sent someone round the next day, I didn't feel they were very supportive or helpful. Not that there was much they do anyway, as the guy is a permanent resident in the building. I was in Duisburg for work and lack of sleep for 3 nights was not good. There is also a school directly behind the apartments, so there's a lot of noise from the kids during breaks. It's not the worst sound in the world, but it's very close (i.e. loud) and worth knowing about if you're working in the apartment during the day. There's a lovely little park directly beside the apartment, but no decent restaurants or food shops nearby. You'll have to travel into town if you want to eat out it's and a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.

We paid cleaning fee but shelves are not so clean and during our staying nobody clean the house or change towels . And wifi connection was very bad .we didint connect wifi .

Clean, quiet, simple... great location if here dusseldorf fair events...

Nowhere to eat nearby...

Professional and friendly staff. Had an emergency after checking in (a heating problem) and they managed to solve it even if it was late in the evening.
