Cette maison de deux chambres immaculée située directement sur la plus large plage privée du Connecticut est l'endroit idéal pour vos prochaines vacances. Construit récemment, cette maison a des planchers de bois franc partout, des appareils neufs, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un lit queen, trois lits jumeaux, entièrement meublés, y compris tous les produits de la cuisine, air central, deux plate-formes, barbecue à gaz, beaucoup de places de stationnement, chaises de plage, jouets , Kayak, paddle board, gilets de sauvetage, etc. Votre propre filet de volleyball également. I booked this stay for myself, my husband and our 16 year old son. He was competing at a tournament held at Yale. I was looking for a change in the usual hotel stay. This was wonderful. Heather was very responsive and the check in process was easy. The cottage is lovely and the views of the ocean are so peaceful. After a long day at the fields, we were able to cook dinner and even walk down to the beach. We had everything we needed.
Really enjoyed getting up to a lot of coffee and just watching the sun rise. The neighborhood is quiet and beachy.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
It was a 15 minute drive to the Yale Bowl, easy and pleasant.

I am very picky about cleanliness/condition of where I stay- this property did not disappoint! Perfect home away from home for my husband and I for a week. The beach is very private and quiet. We were interested in relaxing, and it was perfect. Whoever designed/decorated the home was either an interior designer or should be one! Great house, would stay again!

This was a great spot for all of us to relax before and after the Sound on Sound music festival. It was a quiet, relaxing spot, with ample room for the four of us (adults) to eat, watch TV, and get a good night sleep. The twin beds were on the smaller size for adults, but were perfect for our needs for the weekend. The home is newly redone, and just beautiful. It's such a cool location, and easily accessible to everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen was great, coffee maker and coffee were so welcome in the morning, and the beach was amazing. Such a relaxing home.

We stayed for 8 days and house had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Second shower is an outdoor not enclosed shower if you are looking for a 2 full bath rental. Half bath is outside off of deck .

This property is well designed and every little detail is thought through. If you find yourself needing something, just look around, they have it.
Coming back from the beach, there is a shower outside. Towels stored conveniently close to exit. Extra bathroom outside on the deck is a great idea. Beautiful views, Games for kids, beach toys, kayaks - it makes your beach vacation unforgettable!

This was exactly what I was looking for! I chose the house mostly because of location to be close to family. But the house was even better than expected. The interior design is very cool, and we had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach - lots of chairs, boogie boards, two beautiful decks, buckets and pails, etc. We didn’t do a lot of cooking at the house, but it’s one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen in a vacation rental. A++.

Vaca by the sea
Used to live near shoreline. Now retired in Florida. Needed a home away ftom home during holidays. Thus place was so adoreable and clean. What a view! Would definitely come back!! Heather was so helpful too!!

Visited over a long wknd in Oct 2021 - the pictures don't do this modern, clean, efficient home justice! A tidy, well-organized two bedroom, with private beach access in East Haven, CT, made for a relaxing time with family.

Who knew Connecticut shoreline was this spectacular?!
This house is beautiful, with all top of the line finishes. Everything we needed was provided, including at the beach. This host has not missed a thing! The view from the top deck is spectacular, and swinging on the lower patio is heavenly. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and although civilization is close by, you feel like you are in a different world, with only the sun, sand, surf and seagulls. My family loved our stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway!
We had a great long weekend on the CT shore. The house itself was perfect and had everything that we needed. Everything is new and very clean. Local restaurants were great and we even made the short drive into New Haven to grab takeout one night. We more or less had the entire beach to ourselves, which was such a treat! We really enjoyed taking the kayak and paddleboard out into the ocean.
Heather was a tremendous host that was on top of all communication and provided any/all information we needed for a great and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is in beautiful condition with a wonderful stylish, modern, non-cluttered decor. And, you have your own beach- with chairs, kayak, umbrella, and paddle board right there for you to use at any time.
The swinging chairs underneath the house provide a fun place to relax out of the sun.

I thought the house was a little closer to beach. It's close just not as close as I would have liked. House is nice. We like the chairs at the beach and under the house. We all enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Heather's place! It is just as advertised. There are beautiful views of the Sound and the house is in a great location. The decor of the house is so well done! And very clean! We had plenty of room for our family of four - the kitchen and dining area are large and full of windows to let the amazing light in from the beach. Heather is very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach bungalow.
The property was as advertised. Clean, everything in working order. Beautiful views of the water. The house makes great use of space, as it is small but didn’t feel cramped at all for my family of 4. The newly renovated shower is heavenly. We had a question for the property owner that she answered promptly and accurately. Supermarket/coffee shops/restaurant easily accessed by short drive. We would definitely come again.

Great beach house even in the winter
My friend and I stayed here for a few days around New Years. Very quite in the winter but still a beautiful view of the beach and sound. The house is cool, lots of windows and light, plenty of open space and the kitchen is fully stocked

Amazing stay!
We loved our stay at Heather’s awesome place! The house was very clean and was in a great location by the beach! We had everything there that we needed. At one point my husband needed more propane for the grill and I messaged Heather about it. Before I knew it my husband came inside saying she dropped more propane off for us! We will definitely be back!

This Beach house is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
We had a wonderful time at this beach front property (loved that we got to use the private beach!) Heather provided all the chairs, boogie boards, towels and toys needed for the beach which made packing for the trip a breeze. The large kitchen and dining table is great for cooking and hanging out. Check in was very easy and the location is a short drive from New Haven in case you want to check out some other areas nearby during your trip. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect for our stay
Very clean, neat and modern. This home worked perfectly for our visit. The only way it could have been better would have been if we came in the summer so we could make better use of the beach!

Beautiful view of the beach regardless of the weather! And a great kitchen!
Heather was a lovely host and thought of everything for the beach - chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, kayak, and paddle board with oar. Her home is tastefully decorated, cozy with a kitchen to accommodate nearly every culinary need. My personal favorite room of the house is the porch on the back with a view of the water. Members of the beach club next door provided some visual entertainment without infringing on our private beach space. The neighbors were quiet yet friendly and the whole experience proved to be a getaway we will sign up for again!

Such a peaceful relaxing place !
This house was everything the owners said it would be. The house was beautiful, the area felt like you were away from it all but you were really close by to everything you could need. The beach was beautiful and everyone in the area was super friendly including the owners. My only regret was I didn't rent for 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend this property. Myself and my family loved it.
