Our second trip to Bayfield, this time for a family wedding. Perfect location for our long weekend. We enjoyed the farmers market, local shops, restaurants and bars. We also did a boat tour of Raspberry Island. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, bath and kitchen. Full size kitchen with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable bedding, plenty of closet space. Stackable washer and dryer looked new (we didn’t use them). Private parking lot was extra convenient! The only “drawback” for us was the outside lights. Due to the location, there are many street lights and business lights that stay on all night. Just something we are not used to…but it certainly didn’t ruin our stay. We would definitely return!

We have some relatives in the area and they helped us pick this great spot. It is in a gorgeous location where you can look out onto Lake Superior or up into the quaint city of Bayfield. We walked to explore and enjoyed the 3 hour boat tour of the islands. This condo is well run and we will not only return, but also recommend it to others!

Cannot stress enough how great the Andrew Tate Condos are to stay in when visiting Bayfield. Great quality for the price and right in the heart of downtown Bayfield so within walking distance of everything! This was our first time in the city and are definitely going to go back and stay at these condos. 5 Star rating!

We are 3 high school girl friends in our 60’s who are very active. Your VRBO was a perfect location in the middle of the town. We enjoyed the Apple Festival. We enjoyed the lake view from our deck and the sun sets. We were within walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go within town. Took the ferry over to Madeline Island to explore. We felt very comfortable within your condo. Your condo was very clean and updated. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay. This beautiful condo is in a great location on the main street, walking distance to everything in town. And walking distance to the ferry, so very easy to explore all Bayfield has to offer. The condo was extremely clean and spacious, we loved sitting out on the balcony. The only complaint we would have is the check-out time of 10am. We would have liked to have a more leisurely morning on our last day of vacation and had the flexibility to check-out at 11am. But otherwise, the condo was perfect. Thank you!

The location of this property was perfect. We were walking distance to the Island Cruise, kayak sign up, food, the ferry, and hiking. It was clean and worked great for the two of us. Thanks! Hopefully we can come back sometime.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy everything in Bayfield. Short walk to dining, coffee, lake. Wonderful location to see the boats coming & going. The balcony is a great place to have a beverage, look at the lake and just people watch.

We stayed for 2 nights with our two children. The space was plenty big and comfortable. It was close to everything in Bayfield which was nice. Lots of activity around, so if you want a more secluded spot this isnt it. We knew that from the description and were totally fine with it.

We stayed there with our two teenage children. Pull out couch could have been better. Saying there was two bedrooms but in reality there is only one and then the living room couch. In the description of the bedrooms it appeared to us there was an extra bed. There was not. However the place itself was quaint, and in a great location.

The Andrew Tate #200 is literally the best spot in Bayfield. It's above the busiest intersection so you always no what's going on in town. There's so much to see from this location. We watched the Viking Cruise ship come in, sailboats leave for the day, and in the morning watched the town wake up from the balcony. It was a bird eye view of town. The condo was clean and well furnished. I highly recommend!!

Bayfield Stay
Had a great time. The condo was very nice and clean. The patio was nice to look out and see Lake Superior, except I would suggest the high top chairs for the balcony because sitting down you only see the railings. Otherwise great place!

This was a sweet apartment close to the water, restaurants, shops. Off street parking was nice. Clean space with all the things we needed. Considering renting this in the winter when I need to get some grad school writing done. That fire place looks cozy!

This place is amazing!!!
We stayed 2 nights enjoyed live music from our deck from across the street while our 1.5 year old slept in the bedroom. Wasn’t overly loud as some on here commented, super close to beach, restaurants and the view is great. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back next year!

Girls weekend
Great location! Very short walk to Cruise, Ferry, shopping and food. Right across the street from Bayfield Inn with a large bar patio, yet really quiet in the Evening so no problem with noise. So nice not to having to worry about driving or parking because there was plenty of space in the condo lot. Throughly enjoyed our visit! Highly recommend. We had 4 gals so we threw do n an extra blow up mattress for sleeping for more comfort and there was plenty of room for that.
Everything does shut down fairly early in the evening but after a long day of activity there were no complaints! 10/10

In the heart of everything. Loved it.
We loved this condo. It was clean, well kept and so convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Bayfield area. We really enjoyed walking to a great coffee shop every morning (Wonderstate Coffee), morning, afternoon and evening strolls through the quaint Bayfield business district and neighborhoods. We cooked and ate in a few evenings and went out a few - just the right mix. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thanks for making your cozy, charming condo available!

Anniversary get away
We really enjoyed our stay in Bayfield. It was a bit early in the season for everything to be open, including cruises to Apostle islands and Madeline Island, but overall the shops and dining were lovely💙 The condo could have splurged a bit on little things like having kleenex, toiletries for the price and not request tips for cleaning. The condo was very clean and well stocked if you chose to make full meals. We Will definitely return to boat and kayak the islands.

Bayfield is a lovely town on the south shore of Lake Superior. The setting is splendid with the lake all around. We were tthere in early April-- off season, so there were only a few people around. The people are kind and friendly. Sadly the impact of the pandemic is all too obvious and I hope that the various businesses can survive,

Peace and beauty
While Bayfield in summer - especially preCovid - can be a bustling place, in late October during Covid it is pure peace. The Tate condo with a full kitchen was perfect as I brought fixings for all my meals. And the wood stove was a perfect place for reading and watching the early flurries swirl around the Victorian streetlamps outside. Hiking around town and at Meyer's beach were peaceful exercise options as well. love it, I'll be back!

Lovely condo in Bayfield
The condo was spotless, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed to cook. Really appreciated having coffee on hand plus having a washer and dryer in the unit. Location was excellent, close to a couple of restaurants that had great takeout food. Lots of cute shops nearby. Would highly recommend
