Belle maison de ville au bord du lac, au bord de la piscine sous le soleil d'Osoyoos.
Cette maison de ville est impeccable, profitez de tout le confort de la maison dans cette maison de ville entièrement meublée et décorée avec goût. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les plats, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, mixeurs, four grille-pain et plus encore. Les 3 chambres ont des matelas à plateau-coussin queen size, un écran LCD 32 pouces et un DVD dans la chambre principale. Cette maison de ville comprend des planchers de bois franc, des comptoirs en granit, une laveuse, une sécheuse, un adoucisseur d'eau et une osmose inverse. Cette unité est climatisée, dispose d'un barbecue sur le pont, 2 salles de bain complètes en bas et une 1/2 salle de bain à l'étage. Le pont à l'étage a une vue spectaculaire sur le lac et les montagnes et un patio confortable pour profiter d'un verre de vin la nuit tout en admirant la vue spectaculaire. Le patio de la chambre principale est au bord de la piscine avec une table et des chaises de style pub. La piscine est équipée d'un bain à remous et d'un centre de remise en forme. Quai de détente privé avec zone de baignade sécurisée et une plage de sable publique adjacente au complexe. Cette unité est un court trajet en voiture pour les vignobles primés et des terrains de golf de classe mondiale
Le bordereau de bateau est disponible sur demande. J'offre de GRANDES offres pour les golfeurs et les amateurs de vin pour les mois de mai, juin et septembre. Nous prenons maintenant des réservations pour 2017 et 2018. Merci à toutes les merveilleuses familles qui reviennent depuis 10 ans, nous apprécions de pouvoir louer à des gens aussi formidables. Nous louons du samedi au samedi en juillet et août. Les Snowbirds sont les bienvenus à 1400 $ par mois, un endroit idéal pour passer l'hiver avec toutes sortes d'activités à pratiquer en ville !!

We really enjoyed the location of this property being across the street from the water with a private dock, and we liked that it has a pool - my little one enjoyed it. The property owner was attentive and accommodating during our stay when we required support.
The gym is not really a "gym" so just beware of that - it has a couple of weights and 1 of the 3 machines was out of order.

We had a very busy venue in Osoyoos, the property was well located and had all the amenities we needed.

The property was well-maintained, shared good facilities (pool and hot tub, though the latter was not working) and in an excellent lakefront location.
There was a slight problem with access when we arrived in the evening as the code didn't work. However, once contacted, the owner quickly rectified.
More of an issue was the complete absence of toilet paper in any of the 3 bathrooms which necessitated a late evening drive to a convenience store as the supermarkets were closed. Other issues were that the property had not been cleaned properly and beds were not made up, a first in our experience.

The property needs some maintenance. Silicone around shower black mold, the ac is located by master bedroom, when it reached temp and shut down it made screeching noises that would wake up the deepest sleeper. BBQ tank was empty. Floors were sticky we had to clean with a dish towel. It needs a good dusting, lamp shape beside bed was grey with dust when in-fact it was black. We got to check in a hour early but spent that time and more cleaning. Location is nice but being right by the pool makes it extremely loud and with the hallway above makes it loud with people running back and forth.

This was our second stay at this property and we will return again! Amazing lake view, pool on site, and super easy lake access which was great for paddle boarding and close to town, you can walk or bike everywhere. Property is spacious and beds are comfy. Great value.

Great location, good value for booking, beautiful landscaping, lovely view from upper deck, and responsive hosts. Spacious townhouse, well designed with colourful southwestern decor. Really appreciate the fact that this townhouse and the Lakeview Villas property are pet friendly.

Great location
This is the first time we have stayed on this side of the bridge and thankfully, it was a good idea! With the immense heat this past week, this side was slightly cooler and calmer which was a pleasant surprise. Price was great for this condo and location was fantastic!
Pros:
-fantastic location
-priced well
-love that it gets afternoon sun meaning you can sit on the patio with a lake view and not be too hot
-3 bedrooms was fantastic and the townhouse was well laid out and well furnished
-view of the pool was great as well as access through the master bedroom
-well stocked in the kitchen including plastic cups and bowls
-comfy beds and furniture
Cons:
-dishwasher only cleaned part of the dishes…some didn’t even look like the water touched it. We ended up hand washing all the dishes
-toaster oven was finicky and turned off and on while cooking
-coffee maker takes over half an hour to brew a pot
-boat slip has only 2 cleats making it difficult to tie the boat and prevent it from hitting the dock. Some had 3. Thankfully no one was parked beside us so we were able to get crafty with the other back cleat. As boats go flying by the buoys as well as into the tie up area, the waves can be quite strong
-master bedroom was sooooo cold from the air conditioning. If we turned it up, the other rooms got too hot. Also super noisy in there but that seemed to work well for hubby for the white noise
-my son didn’t like that the pool only went to 4’ meaning he couldn’t cannonball in
-hot tub jets were aimed up and only 2 worked properly
-uncomfortable pool loungers
All in all, the place was great even with the cons. As long as we made use of the lake instead of the pool, the kids were happy. What we needed was a clean, nice place to stay at in a fantastic location and this place delivered! If we come back to this side of the lake again, we will for sure be back!

Great location, comfy beds and full of amenities.
We had a great stay as two families of four. Plenty of room for us all. The on-site pool and direct lake access was excellent. And the view was spectacular, especially the sunsets!
The unit was well stocked and we all appreciated the very comfy beds. Megan was quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to returning again.

Great unit and location but lacked on supplies?
"Did we enjoy our stay?" Yes...but....
We were told that on our day of check-out we were expected to wash all the bed sheets, dry and fold them. Not only do I think this should be included in the cleaning fee we paid, but I don't think you can assume/trust that the guest before us cleaned them properly. I don't even think that 'ask' of guests should be allowed under VRBO rules! I completely understand starting a load of towels and taking out the garbage out when we leave.
the dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived and the dryer had towels and dish cloths in it. These were clean but left for us to put away.
there were no garbage bags. We had to get in touch with the host who gave us the 'code' to the supply room but there were no garbage bags there either.
we had barely enough TP!

The unit was very nice and in a great location but the above issues left us feeling like it could have been better.

This property is very nice and came as advertised. The home is spacious with 3 very comfortable bedrooms smartly laid out downstairs. The view from the deck is awesome! Nice view of the lake and mountains. Excellent value here..

Great family vacation spot!
Townhouse had a ton of space for our family and all that we needed to enjoy our time away from home. Was decorated to make you feel like you were really away on vacation.

Lovely townhome in Osoyoos
Very pleasant surroundings including great decor…..many interesting pieces of art. This for sure would be a perfect location for a summer holiday being so close to the lake and beaches. Thanks to our hosts! We for sure will tell friends and family about staying here

Winter escape
The condo was a great place to stay. Perfect size. The decor & furniture helped make it feel like we were somewhere else than BC.
We almost didn't get to stay here as the 24 hour time limit for booking ended despite the owners not being made aware we wanted to stay. Bit of a glitch but it was resolved thankfully. I will recommend this place to friends.

Winter Getaway
The property was very nice and in a good location with a view of the lake. We had hoped that the hot tub would have been running. Our big surprise was receiving the requirements of us for check out after we had booked. Taking the garbage out, starting the dishwasher and stripping the beds is pretty much expected anywhere we have stayed. It was totally unexpected that we had to wash, dry and fold our sheets. That was a bit over the top, considering we had paid a cleaning fee and it delayed our departure.

My stay was work related so I was looking for a Comfortable and quiet stay. This place was exactly what I was looking for. Top to bottom ot was laid out well and spotless. Great location next to a Beach and walking paths.
The Hosts were always a text away and responded immediately when contact was needed.
Most definitely would hope to stay again.

Wonderful stay!
This property had everything we needed for our stay. The lake and pool view from the deck made it feel like we were on vacation even for the few short days we were there. Kitchen had all necessary amenities, parking spot was right underneath the unit with stairs leading up to the entrance. There is an elevator for accessibility if needed. It was quiet and peaceful. We were travelling with our dog and there was a field right across the road for him to do his business. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Highly recommend anyone travelling to the area to make your dinner and winery reservations in advance as you won't get in anywhere without one. Due to staff shortages there is limited delivery or pick up service at the local restaurants. This caught us and many people we spoke with by surprise. Overall really enjoyed our stay and thank you to our hosts!

The property was just as posted, was very clean and was really well equipped from outdoor furniture, to towels/linens to kitchen supplies. There was nothing missing for us to have a super enjoyable, relaxing stay. The view was great - overlooking both the pool and lake. Would love to come back!

Great all around
We have stayed in a number of suites in this building and this was the best one. Place was clean, and nicely decorated. Communication was great. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and stuff for cooking with. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and great amenities and perfect size and set up for two small families.
Communication with the property owner was great. The building itself was well situated and dock for swimming and pool were the highlights. The unit was generally clean but a more thorough cleaning could be used, base boards, carpets, unused dishes, replace sheets etc. The owner was quick to answer our concerns however.

This was my 1st time renting this property. It was great! The location, the actual property, the closeness to the lake and the great pool we were able to use.
