Het hotel biedt 24 uurs receptie, maar op mijn vraag of ik laat (na middernacht) in kon checken heb ik na vele berichten geen antwoord ontvangen. Uiteindelijk is dit wel gelukt en was de medewerker die mij ontving erg vriendelijk.
Voor de eerste nacht heb ik een standaard kamer geboekt. De badkamer stonk zo erg dat ik hier geen gebruik van heb kunnen maken en er viel niet te slapen in de penetrante stank die uit de badkamer de slaapkamer in kwam. Ik heb nog nooit zo iets goors meegemaakt.
Voor de komende nachten heb ik een upgrade naar een deluxe kamer via booking.com geboekt. Een andere medewerker zei dat ik in dezelfde (standaard) kamer mocht bleven, maar dit was voor mij sowieso geen optie vanwege de stank. Nadat een nieuwe kamer klaar was werd ik hier heen gebracht maar dit was precies dezelfde kamer, alleen twee verdiepingen hoger. De kamer voldeed niet aan de beschrijving van deluxe kamer. Gelukkig stonk het hier niet zo erg, dus dat was dan wel een ‘upgrade’.
Naast de slechte hygiëne is het hotel erg gehorig. Zelfs met oordopjes in heb ik de hele nacht een gast in een andere kamer zijn maaginhoud in de wc horen legen.
Ik zou dit hotel niet opnieuw boeken en zou andere reizigers ook adviseren verder te zoeken.

It was a worse experience. Booking. Com has made is fool with clean N spacious room. But it was opposite.

Good location, near to museums and walking area. Not loud.
Quite clean bathroom. AC works properly.
It seems that the staff was recruited yesterday and does not know their duties at all. No one speaks English, except for 1 person at the reception. The rooms are small, old, bed linen very tired. No room cleaning.

it was terrible - beyond terrible - the room was unclean - the sheets and pillow covers had not been changed - when I asked for fresh linen - the person at the reception said - 'I'll see'

A compact room, With AC it was nice to take rest after a long journey.
Price is reasonable and there are lot of food joints nearby
- A Kettle is provided in the room but without any tea bags or sugar .. when I made hot water the kettle had the contents of hair in it and they need to be sure of the cleanliness both of facilities and people who are interacting with guests .

The person on the reception is very rude & manner less. Rooms are extremely small, toilet was super small & dirty not clean at all. Wifi was not open to use. Daily Room cleaning service was not provided. Constant heavy smoking smell in the hotel. Very congested & bad. Beds were hard & bed sheets were old & stained. Trash bins were not collected or replaced. Over all very bad experience.

Nothing, Complete waste of Money. There is no space at all. Price is too high. For name shake they have named it as hotel. I think very rarely any guest is coming in this hotel. better to avoid booking of it.
i had booking in The Fountain Inn - Fort. i want in hotel to check in. While check in i paid the amount 3450 for 1 night. i was with my family (Wife and 8-month-old kid). As soon as i reach the hotel, renovation work was going on in the property and entire floor was having dust and lot of paint smell.
Due to that my baby got infected and we decided to leave the hotel. We have not spent even single hour in the hotel. I asked my manager to refund my amount, but he denied to return. So please have a look into the matter and refund my money back ASAP. I have also recorded the video of cleaning and painting work. If it is required please send me the link so that I can share with you.

Central location, late check in and 24hr service desk.
Room and bathroom were dirty, stains on the bed clothes, mold and grime in the bathroom, dirty ashtray in drawers, smells stale and lived in. Everything was small, room, elevator, hall.
Did not accept card payments as machine was "broken"
