Great place to stay when you want to be close to the strip (15 minute drive) but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Property was exactly like the pictures. Barbara was very easy to communicate with. She even came over to show us how to work the heater so that the pool would stay warm our entire stay. An overall great experience!

Perfect house and location for our stay

We loved this house. It had all the right touches and everything you needed to make it a perfect stay. The house is decorated nice and the beds and the couch are super comfortable. A couple minor issues with the heating of the pool but Margaret refunded us some of the money due to the issues. Located in a great area with restaurants and shopping. I can’t say enough about this place!!

If you’re looking for an excellent place to relax, you can’t go wrong with this home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. The furnishings are of good quality and quite comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals along with gas grill. Since temps were cool, we didn’t use the outdoor areas, but loved the gas fireplace to warm us on those cool mornings. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Barbara and Margaret.

We stayed in this place Sept 2021. Then November 2022. Since the first time stay, they have eliminated shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or tissues. And they hid the toilet paper in a cabinet in the garage. And have upped the price. Nice place, nicely decorated, owner happy to come over and show you how to work the hot tub heater. Just don't feel I should have to ask my daughter to buy me some kleenex. FYI before I wrote this review, I did reach out to the owner and she did not respond back to me.

We came for a week for a family wedding, and didn't spend a lot of time at the property (my family lives in this neighborhood), but it is a very lovely home! It is exactly as shown in the posted photos, was such a comfortable and beautiful home, and the location was perfect - an easy 15min. drive to the airport. We all appreciated the very comfortable beds, quality towels and linens, and the quiet neighborhood, and everything you could need in the kitchen. While we didn't have time to enjoy the pool, it was sparkling clean and sure looked inviting. Our family is definitely marking this as a favorite for future Las Vegas visits!

We had a wonderful stay with more then enough room for our family of 4. It is very conveniently located, spacious, comfortable, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.

We were visiting Las Vegas for a family wedding. We were joined by my elderly mother and aunt and sister. I looked for a place that they would be comfortable and feel “at home”. This property was idea. Clean, well equipped and nicely decorated.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well equipped with everything we needed and was close to shopping. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Although the Las Vegas strip and Fremont St. were not our sole focus, we found the location of the house to be a reasonable distance, not too close and not too far away from the Las Vrgas fun. We visited Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam as well as Red Rock Canyon and The Valley of Fire State Park. Everything was easy to get to.

This was our second stay at this lovely, roomy, perfect home. It is just as it appears in the pictures. The covered patio area and pool are just what a vacation needs for down time and family time. Close to the strip, everything you need is right nearby. Also, nice and quiet. Cannot recommend it enough!! PS: Plan a side trip to Boulder City. Adorable town.

We had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again! I could really tell that they took the time to supply any items you could possibly need on your trip. The house was in a good neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Great house. Well-stocked kitchen. Cutely decorated house. Plenty of towels for a group. The pool was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are sad to go home. :)

The rental home is clean and spacious, and the neighborhood in Henderson is very quiet and peaceful. The location of the house in Henderson was perfect for us, far enough away from the Strip and the Airport to have peace and silence, but near enough to major streets to reach everything in reasonable time by car. The various Hotels and other attractions on the Strip can be easily reached via Warm Springs Rd, I-215 and I-15, and there is a huge Walmart Supercenter at Marks Street, as well as a Whole Foods market in "The District" near Green Valley. So the daily needs can be satisfied easily during the stay. It was a wonderful stay at this property, we can recommend it and would book this property again.

Rented this home for 1 week, 2 adults over 45. Had no issues what so ever, all appliances worked, the pool and spa were great. Barbara the Property Manager was thorough and responds quickly. If we come back next year we would definitely see if this home is available. Great job, great house

My husband and 4 kids (ages 7,11, 13,14) stayed for 7 nights. PROS: The home was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub was the nice to come home to in the evenings after being out in the heat and walking all day. Plenty of pool noodles and a huge variety of floaties were available. There was enough starter essentials (body wash, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels) to get us through a week long stay. However, I did have to purchase laundry detergent, which I left for the next guest to use. The kitchen was well equipped too for cooking meals for a family of six. Lots of comfy couches and seating for all activities. Stash of books, board and card games available. Great bright and natural lighting throughout the home (except the master bathroom). The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Quick drive to the strip and Fremont, without being too close. CONS: We did have an incident with random dog poop and poop bags left in the driveway, but once I contacted the owner about it, it was taken care of. There also was an annoying random event with the trash/recycle cans-we put them out at the curb on trash pick up day as instructed, and once emptied, placed them back at the top of the driveway and when we returned home later that evening, someone removed them from the driveway and put them on the opposite side of the house. There is one smart TV in the house and one cable TV in the master bedroom, which was a bummer for my kids in the evenings, but did not ruin our trip at all. OVERALL, I would highly recommend and would stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

We have been staying at VRBO for well over a decade and this was the best experience by far. Everything you need, they have thought of already. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots and pans. There were plenty of dishes to have lunch and dinner. The pool was very nice and tons of covered outdoor seating. There is a grill if you want to cook dinner while everyone is in the pool. This is a perfect home to stay with family or friends. You are about 15 minutes from The strip, and 10 from the airport. Grocery stores, Target, and restaurants are down the street. So everything is close enough, but you get back to the house and you can relax and enjoy your time with your family. The owner was very responsive. I had one simple question before we even flew out and she called me and took time to make sure I did not worry about any of the little things that moms tend to over think.

This home is consistently pleasant. My sisters and I were very comfortable here. It had everything we needed to cook meals and was very clean. One of the bedrooms could use better drapes/shades since that room could get hot. There is only one bigger complaint that we had. The pool heating is a very old unit and if you want to use it, which we did, it is very complicated and sluggish. Dealing with old equipment is no fun on vacation, especially when you want to figure out how to turn it back and forth to jacuzzi. We did not take advantage of the pool for first two days because we could not get it to work correctly and we did not want to screw it up. Also the pool auto fill was not working and we had to deal with shutting the water to the pool off. Really needs a new investment with pool heating for a rental especially. Can't have guest trying to remember how to figure it out. But if that was fixed it would be a perfect home.

Overall, my group and I had a nice stay. The house was spacious, comfortable, included all the amenities we could need, and it was close enough to the airport, strip, etc. which helped us avoid huge rideshare costs. We had no complaints about the house itself but most likely will not book again in the future due to the cleanliness – or lack thereof – we saw after check-in. There are hardwood floors all throughout the house, yet it was obvious they had not been mopped in some time. My friend had taken her shoes off to get comfortable and unpack but her feet were filthy within five minutes. Once I looked in both the guest and master bathrooms, I immediately noticed neither of the showers had been cleaned either. There was hair and other debris on the floor and walls of both showers. Luckily, I had aerosol Lysol packed so I was able to disinfect the bathrooms, but I should not have had to do that. That is not what I paid for when I booked this stay. Especially during a time after the global COVID-19 pandemic, I would expect cleaning standards to be much higher than this.

The house was perfect for our vacation. It was a nice quiet location with everything you need as far as stores within a few minutes. The strip was easy to get to from here & so was everything else we wanted to see & do. The pool was a great plus with the hot weather & even used the hot tub once or twice in the evening when it was cool. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. If we ever go back to Vegas, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. The Neighborhood is great and the house is equipped with everything you would need to feel at home. Definitely would stay again.

We are ready to book again for our next trip. The place was perfect for our moms/sisters getaway. Private, comfortable, relaxing and close to the sightseeing we wanted to do at the Grand Canyon Skywalk, Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire and fountains on the Las Vegas Strip. Communications with the hosts were easy and the home was just right for us.

Everything was great! Very clean and everything was as described. My family really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect home away from home for my sisters and I to stay at together. We enjoyed the pool, spa, grill, patio, kitchen. All of it. The owners are very friendly, helpful and available.

From selecting this property, getting questions answered during booking, checking in at midnight the day we arrived, responsiveness during our stay as well as check out - a first class experience. We loved every minute of our stay. We came to hike and enjoy the nightlife in Vegas. This property is located to get to both with ease. We enjoyed especially the hot tub and the pool after full day hikes to cool off and relax. The kitchen has everything one might need to whip up a dinner/meal. When we had a man down with a cold we even found a hot water pot and assorted teas to ease a sore throat. Plenty of dishes too so the dishwasher didn’t need to run after every meal. The place is very spacious for a group of 5 and could accommodate 6 for sure. Wonderful experience. If we ever stay in Vegas again, We will return.

Everything was just as advertised. Even though we had some cool/windy days, the pool heat allowed the kids to swim every day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our family meals at the house. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and even a pack ‘n play for our 3 year old.

This home was great! Pictures were accurate. Kitchen well stocked. The home was very clean. It is well located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to expressways and activities.

The property was just as viewed in listing. Rental, payment, communication all went very smoothly. Place was imaculate and has so many extras that made our stay easier and uncomplicated. The home is very spacious, private, clean and up-to-date. We plan on returning later this year and want to stay here. Wish I knew my date now so I could book it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was fully updated and clean and just a short 15 minute drive to the strip. Tons of restaurants and shopping and things to do nearby. And the property owner was very quick to respond To anything we needed. And the beds were so comfortable!

Our family stayed at the house with two adults and three small children (ages 1, 3, and 5). The pictures and description of the house are very accurate; there were no surprises. The house and furniture were clean and in good condition. The owner/manager was very easy to contact. Here are some of the kid friendly things about the house: - There are a lot of nice playgrounds and parks close by. There are three all within five minutes from the house. - Using and heating the pool/hot tub is easy to figure out. There are pool toys in the garage. - The house has some nice decorations, but not too many (Less things for our kids to get into). If we do another Las Vegas vacation we will choose this house to stay in.

The house is 15 min. from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was a plus and the kids really enjoyed it. It was not totally heated the first night but the owner came over the next day to make sure everything was all right. She was easily available for emergencies. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of towels. Caulking around the bath tub could be improved. We enjoyed our stay.
