The owner, Tim was very accommodating with my needs for the house for my family while attending my daughters wedding. The house is provided with everything you can need in regards to cookware and is close to anyting you can need. It's also a quick drive to the beach to get your fix on the California coastline.

Beautiful spacious home perfect for large group. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space that we weren't on top of each other all of the time. Each family unit had their own bedroom and the teen in our group opted for the loft. With 3.5 baths there was no waiting for your turn to shower. Loved the different sitting areas in the home and the extra large kitchen. The outdoors is perfectly landscaped to feel "away" and private. Used the firepit every night. Great location that is tucked away but not hard to find. Host was friendly and helpful. Thanks Tim!

This is a fantastic property with plenty of room to relax. It's great for families or friends who want to spend time in a quiet neighborhood.

Very clean ,had alot of supplies there we did not need to purchase, was at end of street so quiet area. Not far from grocery stores etc. Owners talked about offering some activities with the rental in the future.

We had such a great experience at this house. It was nice, cleaned and spacious place that accommodated our family especially with kids. There’s also grocery Markets that is very close by that makes it very convenient for us. Tim, the host , was very friendly and responsive when we told him about the fridge was being not being cold and he offered to get another fridge for us right away, which we felt very appreciative what he did. Overall, it was a great experience for our family. I would definitely come back in the future !

The house was large and fit all of our family which was the reason we chose it. We enjoyed our stay!

We didn’t want to leave! Such a beautiful ranch style home with abundant lighting and artistic touches. Comfortable yet elevated and Tim thought of everything for a 5 star guest stay. Highly recommend for friends or family trips.

Far exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well- equipped and spacious. Kitchen stocked for cooking and just hanging out. Comfortably furnished with tasteful art throughout, plus a library! Gorgeous patios, impeccably landscaped. If weather and bedtimes allowed, we’d have built a fire with wood Tim provided. Rather out of the way to attractions and beaches, but peaceful setting and privacy worth extra miles.

We had a great time staying here. The place was very big and allowed us to have much space and the kids to have space to mingle. Basketball for the boys was an added bonus. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would book again. Very gracious host!

Very enjoyable 4 day stay, 10 of us very comfortable - grandkids loved the loft & basketball court. We had large gatherings for my dad's 90th bday on Saturday (thank you Tim for allowing for the party) & Superbowl Sunday for a smaller group - everyone was so impressed with the home - inside & out. Very centerly located to our activoties while in town - beach & Safari Park and for guests to join for the festivities. We would (and did) recommend this home to others and plan to be back soon.

Great home! Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 5, 6, 7 and 8 year old kiddos, our four cars, our stuff and visitors. Even enjoyed a fire outside at the fire pit.

Quiet location in the hills of Vista. We stayed here with extended family for our son's wedding weekend. We used every bedroom, both indoor living areas, the back patio and the fire pit. The openness of the living areas along with the huge stack of colorful blankets in the closet (stacked five feet high) made for a restful and relaxing time. Pay attention to the parking map so you don't block the casita beyond the back yard.

This was a fantastic place for 10 adults in town for a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the available seating (inside and out). There was plenty of room to prepare meals and just gather together. Great location, easy to get to all of the events we were attending. And, close enough to the beach!

We had two families meeting for the first time as a wedding joined us together. There was 12 staying overnight, and 20 all together during the day. This home more than accommodated all of our needs. It was comfortable, welcoming and easy to navigate all of the amenities. There was something for the infants, the teenagers, and the older folks. Everybody had everything that they needed. It was a tall order, finding a space to accommodate us, but Tim's home fit that bill perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Owner was nice and responsive, although didn’t have any flexibility on price or offer a discount when my family couldn’t arrive until a day later. House was closely surrounded by neighbors so noise levels have to remain low. The house is beautiful and well decorated. The house does not have great air conditioning. The owner doesn’t want the air to be turned lower than 76. Even if you do turn it lower, it doesn’t cool the home. Everyone was hot the entire stay. The home was not single level as advertised. This was a big issue for us because my mother is in a wheelchair. There as also an upstairs loft area that is supposedly suitable for kids but the stairs are steep and dangerous. The kitchen counters are too high for average people so keep that in mind if you are short or have handicapped people with you. Overall, we were able to make it work and it accommodated a large group which was what we needed.

Our 2 big families with lots of teens and young adults stayed in Tim's property in Vista, and it was Perfect! Great location, near to beaches and San Diego; so much room to play, inside and out; basketball, yoga room, couches. It was super well equipped for cooking and looking after a big family, and immaculately clean and lovely. Thankyou Tim, for everything you've done, which make our stay so memorable!

Great place to stay for our family vacation with our 6 kids, plus 2 grandparents, and our dog! The yard isn’t fenced, so we had to keep the dog leashed outside, so just a heads up. Our kids loved shooting hoops, swinging in the hammock, and roasting marshmallows for s’mores over the fire pit. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teens, 1 pre-teen, 2 younger children, and an 18 month old. We brought the play pen for the baby and there was enough room in the master bedroom to set it up in there. There’s a shopping center nearby if needed. Carlsbad & Oceanside beaches are a quick drive and the drive to the zoo is only about 40-45 minutes. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!
