Propert was located up above Phillipsburg with a very nice yard and view! A little cool while we were there but the yard would be very nice to spend time in. The house was clean and well maintained! Easy check in and Connie was very prompt at answering all our questions. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay the property is so cute. We were able to use the fireplace one evening out back and greatly enjoyed having access to everything we needed for cooking. Communication was always available to us. It is walking dostance to exploring downtown, but is a big hill walking back up. That part didn't bother ud and was good exercise after a big breakfast. It was a wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful, cozy home
This was a cozy and clean home. Had the perfect small town feel. We also used the studio apartment behind the house as well which was so cozy. All the beds were clean and comfy. Had all the necessary kitchen items and the kiddos loved the toys and puzzles.

Great Montana Cabin!
We felt at home in this cabin, which had everything we wanted for our get away. During the day, we went sapphire mining at Gem Mountain. In the afternoon, we could walk to dinner, brewpub, and candy store. Four point bucks were grazing in front, while we sat on the porch. It was exactly the Montana cabin (with comfy beds, great central heat, hot water and a big gas grill) we were looking for!

could have been better
Connie was very responsive and gave us a partial refund, but several items needed fixed and were an aggravation throughout stay. Hope she goes through the house and makes the needed fixes, so the next group will not have issues.

Christmas Get-away
This was the perfect place for a short get-away over Christmas. Connie was a gracious, helpful host. The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and even had a view of the Pintlars and back side of Discovery while being three blocks from Main Street Pburg!

Amazing and cozy oasis
Comfortable, inviting, easy, very nicely done, well-appointed and yet a lovely individual touch. High quality AND cozy, not an easy accomplishment. Generously equipped with supplies for guests. The management was prompt, efficient and personable. We had a wonderful few days there, one of our best - and it isn't our first rodeo!

Excellent Stay
Our stay couldn't have been better. This house is clean, cozy, and decorated/designed with great care and taste. Lots of excellent books, movies, a guitar, and games. Great views of the town, too. The owner was outstanding -- super communicative and obviously cared that we had a quality stay. We'll definitely return if we have the chance.

Perfect!
Such a beautiful spot, from the character and touches of the interior to the views on the porch and fire pit in the back. Philipsburg really charmed us, and all of the downtown spots are just a couple minutes walk away. We had to work online for a few days, and the internet connection allowed us to have video calls. Connie was a great host and showered us with amazing tips both before and during our stay. Would have gladly stayed for months!

Charming home in a charming town
This little hilltop getaway is as charming as the town of Philipsburg. The home is beautiful with it's newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom and lovely back patio and still oozes with the charm of an older home. The front porch (great view of the ski hills!) and back patio are the perfect spots to enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out for the day. The patio has a fire-pit built into the stone retaining wall, perfect for warming up a chilly night. The kitchen has everything you might need. Plenty of linens, wifi worked great, TV has lots of viewing options, not enough good things to say. The back yard was private and the bonus of the optional garage rental apartment gave us another reason to come back with friends. Just three short blocks from downtown Philisburg gives you the option to walk to the brewery, restaurants and shops. Philisburg is a great little town with a wonderful comeback story and delightful citizens. We visited the Granite Ghost Town (a short 4 mile drive up the mountain, best in a truck or vehicle with higher clearance) our first day and we utterly amazed at the history that was there to be seen up close and personal. The Granite Co Museum was a great follow up to the ghost town. The Camp Creek Homefire Grill had some of the most delicious food! The best biscuits and gravy we've ever had! Philisburg is a must for anyone looking to visit an old mining town with a lot of history and a very bright future.

Cozy retreat
Our stay here was perfect - the indoor spaces were cozy and the extra outdoor patio space was lovely. The house was filled with wonderful memorabilia and things like a great sound system and Netflix made the stay that much more enjoyable. Walking to town was close and easy. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay while visiting P-burg.
Cute home. Great location. Enjoy your coffee in the morning watching the town come alive from the porch. In the evening sit and drink a beer from the P-burg brewery while you watch the deer, some only a few yards away. Only a short walk to the center of town.

Adorable Cottage
We had a lovely time at the "Philipsburg Hilltop Getaway." Upon arrival we "ooohed and ahhhed" over all of the antiques and its charming character. My Mom particularly loved the reclaimed wood ceiling, the vintage dishes and the modern "Nest" thermostat. The cottage has been renovated to honor its historical heritage while being brought up to modern standards. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was good. It is in a prime location, being off the beaten path but only 2 blocks away from the main street in downtown Philipsburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. :)

So many thoughtful amenities, I felt like I was home!
The four of us spent five days over Christmas and even though the cottage is compact, it was so cozy and efficient, we were always relaxed and more than comfortable! Connie thought of everything and we were even gifted with a new blanket of snow on Christmas Eve; who could ask for more. I highly recommend this beautiful home if you’re planning a stay in lovely P-burg!
