I needed a place to stay in South Beach for a 28 day work assignment. I found the apartment to be clean and comfortable as advertised. Building is quiet, kept very clan and has good security . I would have no problem staying there again .

Best location in Miami Beach; amazing ocean and pool view from balcony with ample morning light; heated Infinity pool with sundeck; highly secure building with friendly concierge; very communicative host who answered all our questions immediately and was easy to contact; would stay there again in the future!

Can't wait to book this apartment again! The beds and pillows are super comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, the apartment is surprisingly quiet considering the location and the balcony has a gorgeous ocean view. The building has attendants at the beach and pool making sure chairs are properly distanced and capacities managed. (Chairs and umbrellas are $5 each on the beach.) The building amenities are A++ and the neighbors friendly and respectful.

I am very happy about the aparment if Mr. Navarro. The studio is very big and confortable. I love the stunning view of the balcony to the pool and the ocean. The building has a good equipped gym and a big warm pool with lots of confortable chairs. Plenty of space in the period i come. I have this apartment for the 3rd time and if I would not have this place, I 'd not come to Miami anymore. Before i found Mr. Navarro apartment, I had really bad apartment, no view, no amenities. I love the position of it on Lincoln road, so I am close to shops and restaurant and the ocean in front. I'd certainly come again this year for over a month. Miami is a paradise and this apartment is great. I recommend this apartment definetly.

I stayed 5 Weeks in this condo situated in a great location. Ocean Front and directly on Lincoln Road, where shops and restaurants are within a walking distance The Decoplage has lots of great amenities. A well-equipped gym, a spacious, well-furnished and staffed pool deck and a heated infinity pool with an ocean view. Mr. Navarro Apartment has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Decoplage Pool, We often enjoyed the view while having drinks or meals on the comfortable balcony furniture. The apartment’s kitchen is large and well equipped, the two beds are extremely comfortable (Simmons Beautyrest Black), more comfortable than mine! During the night it is very quiet, the apartment faces the ocean. Parties are not allowed to get out of hand and I didn't hear any noise from the street. The unit has a huge tv with 3 comfortable chairs, but I preferred to sit on the balcony and look at the Ocean or go for a walk on Lincoln road. Mr. Navarro replied to my questions immediately and was always very kind and helpful. I will come back and rent Mr. Navarro’s apartment again soon. Letti comodissimi, muri ben isolati, di notte molto silenzioso. La vita del balcone arredato è stupenda, l’appartamento è spazioso ed i letti comodissimi, anche la cucina è grande e non manca niente. Il mio miglior soggiorno a Miami. Il signor Navarro è molto gentile e ha risposto sempre subito alle mie domande. Tornero’ sicuramente presto e riaffittero’ questo appartamento.

I stayed for December 2017 and January 2018 at a lovely studio at the Decoplage Condomium on 100 Lincoln Road, owned by Will and Maggie Navarro. It was on the 11th floor overlooking both park below and Miami Beach and the Ocean. Balcony view is great! The place was clean and neat and provided me with everything that I needed for an eight week stay. I thought that the price was very reasonable considering that the Lowe's is on the right and the Ritz-Carlton is on the left, both high end rentals and I paid a fraction of that cost staying in the Navarro family's rental unit. I was very happy staying there and would recommend it to anyone. Edward DeMott, Rochester, New York.

Loved the condo at decoplage, nice pool, ocean views, on the heart of South Beach, walk-in distance to most everything. Will was very helpful. Hoping has something opened up in December or January💜❤️

This building is located in the heart of South Beach right across the street from the Ritz Carlton. It was renovated last year and it now boasts of a new pool, new gym, new elevators, impact windows and extended balconies. The view of the ocean is magnificent. The beach is 20 feet away from the building with only the boardwalk separating the two. The apartment is nice sized with all amenities and a brand new air conditioner. It includes wifi and cable TV. The neighbors are friendly and considerate. A true gem!

It was the perfect location, stunning views and the best host. It is beautiful.

we was in this wonderful condo the 3th year and booked now for the next. it was a great time. the owner wilfred is very helpful and kindly. the two queensize beds are very good , especially for older people.

We had a wonderful stay at the Decoplage! Our condo was very nice and located on the 11th floor with an amazing view! It was exactly as described and pictured. It was nicely decorated, clean and well supplied. The walk in closet is fantastic for keeping all the things you bring organized. It has beach chairs and umbrella for the beach, we enjoyed using them daily. It has a fantastic location close to everything. The building is staffed by a very kind, helpful and friendly staff. We felt very safe, secure and welcomed. The owner was FANTASTIC ! He answered all our questions and helped make the process to rent easy. He called to check on us during our stay. I would highly recommend renting this condo. We will return to rent again. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a quiet, full service luxury building with a beautiful pool and lobby. It's on a quiet street just a stone's throw from Collins Ave and the beach, and short walk to Lincoln Road. Fall out of the front door and you are right next to the very best beaches, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, hotels and Art-Deco that Miami has to offer. Centrally located between the Ritz-Carlton and Loews hotels, minutes away from the famed Ocean Drive the Decoplage condo association is situated right on the beach (yes, they do have beach access: it's a gated entry), and lets you say goodbye to your car since the beach, shopping, restaurants and the night-life are all in walking distance. The building is very safe and quiet: round the clock security, and valet service in case you do have a car. I found the apartment immaculate, tastefully arranged and felt really cozy: take a good look at the pictures, as they depict the apartment exactly. It lacks nothing: from the kitchen - if you want to do your own cooking; to the bath – towels and everything else is clean & fresh; to the living room – excellent WIFI if you want to surf the net, Cable & flat screen TV, etc., to the laundry facility located a few steps away on the same floor. From the apartment BALCONY you can catch a view of the internal courtyard, the pool and the beach & ocean. I made full use of the pool, and the gym: fully equipped, (with view to the pool). The owners – a very nice couple were very helpful, and easy to get in touch with. I rented a couple of places in the area, but this is by far the best. Loved the place and would definitely be back!

The apartment was very clean and freshly painted. View of OCEAN is breathtaking..... BREAKFAST on the balcony facing the ATLANTIC is unforgettable..... Great gym...... GORGEOUS pool...... One of the best locations in Miami beach.... Walking distance to all teh night life
