Charming & cozy house. Great location in town with relaxing patio and hot tub.
Notre maison vient d'être récemment rénové et complètement haut en bas re-décoré. Nouvelle cuisine, de nouveaux appareils, de nouvelles salles de bains (marbre et carrelage), de nouveaux meubles, la nouvelle cheminée en pierre, grands téléviseurs à écran plat à l'avant et salles de séjour en arrière, nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse, la nouvelle chaleur dans le plancher, le nouveau tapis. Toutes les chambres ont une literie de luxe, couettes et draps de luxe ...... Il est étonnant! Notre maison est au coeur de Crested Butte historique, (un pâté de maisons de l'arrêt de bus et un pâté de maisons de Elk Avenue) et sur le côté ensoleillé et calme de la rue, offrant un endroit parfait pour une ou plusieurs familles toute l'année. Avec deux espaces de vie distincts, la maison a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde à se répandre et se sentir à la maison. Mais en dépit de toute la place, il a encore une sensation de confort.
En hiver, vous pourrez vous détendre près de la cheminée ou dans le dos verges bain à remous privé. Au printemps, l'été et l'automne, vous pourrez vous détendre et faire cuire à l'extérieur sur l'un des deux ponts arrière face au sud-soleil et privés (supérieure et inférieure) ou sur le porche amical. Nous avons trouvé qu'il était une maison de vacances idéale en toute saison.
Les skieurs et les randonneurs trouveront la salle d'entrée / de stockage avant d'être un endroit pratique pour ranger tout votre équipement. En plus d'Internet à grande vitesse, il y a bien sûr une salle de lavage complet.
Comme mentionné, la maison est seulement un pâté de maisons de l'avenue Elk (rue principale de Crested Butte), il est donc juste une courte promenade à la plupart des grands restaurants de Crested Butte - et à proximité de tous les commerces et juste un bloc au bus Old Town Hall arrêt où une navette gratuite toutes les 15 minutes pour le rapide 3-mile voyage jusqu'à la station de ski au Mont Crested Butte.

Enjoyed almost 2 weeks in Crested Butte. This home has a fantastic location - walking distance to all shops and restaurants . Just a short drive to fishing and golfing .
Perdi and her property manager were very helpful /responsive at all times. This cabin is very charming - good for a couple or small family . Thank you for a fun vacation in Created Butte!

This home worked great for our family’s trip to Crested Butte. We like to stay close to all the restaurants and shops on Elk Ave, and this house is just a block from everything, yet the street is still quiet.
My husband and I used the downstairs master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was small, but we were able to use the drawers in the vanity and the shelves in the closet & nightstands to unpack and put our suitcases out of the way in the closet. The master bath shower was huge, and a double vanity always saves our marriage!
Our son and his wife used the upstairs junior master, and their kids used the upstairs bedrooms, the half bath and the downstairs bathroom. It worked great for us to have a separate space and for them to have the entire second floor. My son enjoyed the upstairs deck attached to the junior master, and the kids loved the spiral staircase that connects it to the patio.
The two living rooms allowed the kids to have their own space to watch TV or hang out. We were able to make our own meals in the kitchen and all eat together in the dining room since there were extra stools in the second living room. The kitchen had everything we needed including both a coffeemaker and a single K-cup machine. The owners provided LOTS of towels for the hot tub, and the outdoor areas had lots of seating.
The property manager responded quickly to requests for TP & paper towels when we were running low. This is a beautiful home—highly recommend it!

Everything was as shown on the VRBO listing. Just one block off Elk Avenue, making it very easy to enjoy the town. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck in the mornings. Nice home with well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds.

Everything from booking, to arrival, to check out was top notch. The home is so cozy, comfortable and up to date. The location is unbeatable if you love to be in town (we do). Everything we needed was there and easy to use. The owner and property manager were so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

We had the absolute best time in this cozy Crested Butte home. We had three generations in the home and it was the perfect set-up, with grandma and grandpa in their own master suite and living area separate from the parents and the kiddos in the main/original part of the home upstairs. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect space. The kitchen was updated and perfect for cooking all our meals, and the home had absolutely every amenity we could ask for. The hot tub was so wonderful after a day on the slopes, and the location was perfection - just steps away from the free shuttle up to Mt. Crested Butte. Perdita was an incredibly gracious and responsive host - even dropping off a personal appliance to ensure Grandma could bake with everything she needed with her granddaughter one day! Truly - we couldn't have asked for a better home for our stay in Crested Butte. We absolutely plan to come back!

We had a great stay! Awesome updated cabin in a perfect location! Listing is as described. Would highly recommend staying here for easy walkable access to all the restaurants and shops and shuttle to the mountain for skiing. Would love to come back again.

We stayed and skied for the weekend and enjoyed the cozy cabin that was walking distance to everything in town. Free busses take you the mountain 1/2 block from the house and we enjoyed the hot tub. Comfortable set up inside with 4 bedrooms and all the amenities, will definitely come back and stay here again!

This was our third stay at this house. We love the house, the location, and the owner. The house is exceptional. Beautifully designed and apportioned, with all the amenities. The location is ideal, with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and ski shuttle all within a short walk. The owner takes great pride in making accommodations easy and care free. We can’t recommend this house enough.

Great location! Loved the home - very comfortable. Mud room area perfect for leaving snowy boots, coats and gloves. Basic items all supplied. Comfortable beds with nice sheets and linens. Nice hot tub right outside the back door. Very convenient to downtown and shuttle bus to the slopes. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

All I can say is Wow! This home is absolutely charming. Fully remodeled and like staying in a Luxury Hotel. From the nicest bedding that you melt into , pillows to die for , lush towels .... this home doesn't miss a beat. Highly recommend. And the owner is highly responsive and friendly. Awesome !

Such a fun well appointed historical property. Steps to down town, cozy house, quiet part of town. Backyard is an oasis with shimmering aspen and a wonderful deck. Helpful property manager. Can’t wait to come back next year.

The house was great for 4 friends gathering for a reunion. An easy walk to restaurants and downtown. The house and hot tub are clean and the kitchen has key staples (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc), which is very appreciated!

If you’re looking for a perfect stay in downtown Crested Butte, this is the place. Ideal location within 1 block of Elk Avenue. No need for a car as bus stop for CB Mtn is a few hundred feet away. The home itself is a beautifully restored log cabin with every amenity. Private hot tub out back is the best way to end a ski day. Great experience working with Perdita!

My wife and I brought our three boys out for four nights to go snowboarding. We found the house to be perfect for what we needed, very clean and recently updated. The two living areas were a bonus for our group. It’s also really close to Elk Avenue in anything else we needed. Would love to come back and visit another time.

Lovely property in the heart of Crested Butte. Ski shuttle is just around the corner. Plenty of room to relax in the two comfortable sitting areas after skiing. Outdoor hot tub was fired up and at the ready for worn out skiers. Thank you!

Five of us stayed here and it is wonderful. We skiied and enjoyed easy access to the main street as well as to coveted parking spots.

It actually was perfect, location was great, and the house is warm and charming. the outdoor areas were terrific inviting and fun. Close walk to downtown and trails. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the "morning" coffee mugs. Definitely give it a thumbs up. I made an excellent choice in my vrbo decision - haha.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, clean and great location walking distance to Elk Ave. The only thing we noticed is the lighting is very dim in places especially the primary bath shower. Other than that minor detail is was awesome.

Charming, comfortable house with a beautiful yard just minutes from Elk Avenue. The location could not have been better, truly. Close to all of the action, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Kids loved being able to walk to dinner, shops, ice cream, etc. And of course the area around Crested Butte is paradise for kids in summer — horseback riding, white water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, stand up paddle boarding on one of the many gorgeous lakes.

We cannot say enough about how perfect this property was for our family! (4 adults, 4 kids) The house is updated in a cozy and functional way. The location cannot be any better. Spent hours on the back porch enjoying the yard and landscaping! Would book again!

Beautiful home perfectly located in heart of town
Loved this house. Very cute and nicely decorated. Location is awesome. Super clean and well decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor seating. Although there are 4 bathrooms, one is very small and tight with a finicky toilet. Perfect house for 2 couples, possibly 3 couples. However only two showers are really nice for use as third one is small and water escapes into bathroom. Very roomy living areas. Host is lovely and easy to work with. Would love to have had humidifiers in each bedroom- only one in master bathroom. Also lighting is dark- a couple of makeup mirrors would have been a nice touch.
