Cozy ranch on the pond, close to Downtown Nashville & Old Hickory Lake. Pool.
Grande maison extrêmement proche de Old Hickory Lake (pratiquement de l'autre côté de la rue) avec Blue Turtle Bay Marina et Sam's Bar & Grill. Sam's est ouvert toute l'année et propose des repas à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur (ils sont connus pour leur pizza, mais ils ont beaucoup plus au menu) et la marina propose une location saisonnière de bateaux.
La maison est juste entre deux grandes autoroutes, I-40 et I-65 et les deux vous conduisent rapidement au centre-ville.
Le parcours de golf Hermitage, # 1 classé cours public dans l'état par Golf Digest et est à 5 minutes de la maison et dispose de 2 grands parcours au choix, The President's Reserve & General's Retreat.
L'Hermitage, domicile du président Andrew Jackson, se trouve également à 4 miles sur la route et dispose d'un excellent café appelé The Kitchen Cabinet qui sert des plats de pique-nique de style sud.
En ce qui concerne le shopping, Opry Mills est à seulement 15-20 minutes et est également l'emplacement du Grand Ole Opry et du Conservatoire.
Nous sommes également à seulement 8 miles de Percy Priest Lake & Dam (connu pour sa pêche) et du parc aquatique Nashville Shores.
C'est une grande petite maison avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Le maître a une baignoire surdimensionnée et un lit king-size. Les deux chambres supplémentaires ont chacune un lit queen size et dans le salon est un canapé-lit queen.
Il y a une piscine communautaire, un court de tennis et un terrain de basket et la maison donne sur le lac du quartier (vous êtes autorisé à pêcher dans ce lac sans permis de pêche, mais vous n'êtes pas autorisé à nager ou à entrer dans le lac à tout moment). Il y a une épicerie et quelques restaurants de restauration rapide dans les environs immédiats.

This house was very nice for my family of 4 and in a good location - not too far from anything. It was very clean and organized and sits on a nice lot behind a lake in a nice quiet neighborhood. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. I loved that plenty of towels, household supplies and amenities were provided. Especially loved the hand soap provided at all the sinks. Not everyone does this - Sometimes it's the small things for me! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a fourth of July vacation with my husband, 3 kids and my brother, his wife and their daughter. It was a quaint house with gorgeous views of a little lake right outside the back patio. Access to pool and tennis court just a short walk down the street. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great time in Nashville and it was wonderful to go to the house where it was so peaceful after long days in the business of Broadway.

My husband and teenage daughter stayed in this rental with another teammate and her father for a fall softball tourney weekend. It had everything they needed. Plenty of room, great outdoor space, the house was clean and had all items that were expected. The location is great to get to all things in the Nashville/Hendersonville area.

Our bachelorette party of 6 stayed for 2 nights. The house was the perfect size to accommodate 6 adults. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. This location is only 25 minutes away from downtown. I would definitely choose this location again if I ever visit Nashville again.

I booked this stay for my grandma, mom, sisters and I to have a weekend getaway! It was 25 mins from downtown and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! The pond in the backyard was the perfect view with our morning coffee. We loved every moment of our stay!

We were disappointed that our VRBO did not contain the basics for a 6-night stay for 4 adults. It only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and 6 towels. When communicating this with the property owner at the end of our stay they said "this is a vacation rental and everything is a starter set with additional supplies your responsibility". I've never known TP to be the responsibility of a guest. The owners dismal response has us rating this VRBO as unacceptable.
As older guests (55-68), we found the furnishings uncomfortable. The high-top kitchen table, sunken couch and very small restroom facilities on top of extremely low water pressure are something potential guests should be aware of. The pictures do not accurately reflect the property.

Our family of 6 stayed for two nights and the size of the house was perfect. The house was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The house is in a nice neighborhood and everyone felt safe and comfortable. We had diner one of our nights at Sam’s Sport Grill and the food was great, would highly recommend. Marc and Candace are great host! We would definitely stay again.

Mark and Candice where great host. Responded very quickly to questions. Had a great time was within 12 minutes to all our son’s baseball parks. The AC unit quit cooling 2x and they got someone out quickly the first time. The second was the night before we left and they where generous enough to refund a night stay and we got into a hotel. I would highly recommend them if you are in Nashville area.

Everything was clean. Access was quick and easy. Neighbor was nice. The basketball hoops and the tennis net were in disrepair but did not stop us from enjoying the stay. Pond in the back yard with a nice deck to sit on.

Three couples stayed here and it was great. It's in a nice area, easy to get to downtown Nashville, but provides a quieter place to relax. We loved eating at Sam's Sports Bar on the water. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Thanks so much!

My husband, his brother, and my 2 daughters needed a place to stay for my step-daughter's wedding about 10 minutes away. Marc's home was perfect for our visit! I was excited to see the outside deck overlooked a body of water (river?)! We saw deer, herons, turtles, and fish jumping. We honestly didn't need much during our stay so we didn't need to contact him, but Marc welcomed us by text before we arrived and he texted us good-bye before we left. The house was well-appointed and the neighborhood was lovely. I do want to point out that we used a beach towel and read that we needed to wash/dry it before we left, which we did. However, there was no laundry soap. I happened to bring a few pods, just in case, so all worked out. There are quite a few "directions/rules" posted in the house, but nothing unreasonable. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here to enjoy my birthday weekend in Nashville and this place was amazing it was clean so spacious we didn’t have any problems checking in or out and that patio deck in the backyard was our favorite spot I would definitely recommend this for place to anyone

This was a great place to stay outside of Nashville. Friends and I went for a golf weekend, and although the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time. The house is about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown/Broadway.
The house was very clean and Candice (owner) was very accessible and accommodating.

This was our second stay at this immaculately kept home and it did not disappoint! Very comfortable with in a serene setting right off the back deck. Many extras provided by these wonderful hosts. Despite the congested Interstates this weekend this home is located to several alternate routes into the city where we could enjoy all downtown Nashville has to offer and then return and completely unwind.

This property was in an excellent location for my group who needed to be in the area for the week to work on a project. It was closer to our work location than the hotels in the area, and was a quiet escape after a long day. Will use again if we are in the area.

Some things could have been a little more tidy however, Our experience was awesome! Wish we had more time to stay. This was our second visit we love the quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are kind. Hopefully we’ll y back soon. Thank you!

This house was very relaxing and a great location. My husband loves fishing and it was far enough way from the city to have peace and quite. The owners were great and was always helpful when needed. We had a wonderful time and differently need to come back.
