Spacious Family Getaway! 3 King beds! Pool! Legacy Park close!
Immense 4 chambres plus den, plus mezzanine plus salon principal, piscine privée et piscine communautaire chauffée derrière la propriété. Clôture de piscine portable conservée dans le garage à la disposition des clients. 20 personnes. Il y a une grande salle à manger avec télévision dans la cuisine et un coin petit-déjeuner à l'intérieur de la cuisine avec une table haute avec 8 chaises ajoutées en 2018. Tous les lits sont de haute qualité avec un plateau-coussin et les commentaires des clients sur les lits sont excellents. À l’étage, l’immense chambre des maîtres possède un lit king-size et un salon avec un lit queen-size. Chambre 2 a un lit king-size. Chambre 3 a un lit King. Chambre 4 a 2 lits jumeaux. Open den peut être utilisé comme 5ème chambre avec un canapé-lit ou un matelas pneumatique. Le loft a un canapé-lit ou un matelas pneumatique peut être utilisé. D'autres matelas pneumatiques 4 doubles avec surmatelas en mousse de gel pour le confort intègrent facilement dans le maître, loft, et salle de séjour. parc Grassy se trouve directement derrière la maison et une zone passerelle commune est d'un côté. Une passerelle mène à la piscine communautaire chauffée située derrière la propriété, de l’autre côté du parc. Une seule maison borde la propriété. Tous les clients sont tenus d'obéir à des ordonnances municipaux locaux et des règles. dépôt de garantie complète est à risque si nous avons un incident avec la police ou des voisins. Pas de parking dans la rue ou de bruit fort (musique, fête, etc.) entre 22h et 5h tous les jours. (L'allée et un garage peuvent tenir 6 véhicules pendant la nuit.) (parking débordement est à la fin du bloc. Les poubelles et recyclage doivent également être retirés de la rue immédiatement après qu'ils sont vidés. Nous aimons les locations de vacances. We enjoyed the many amenities of this family friendly home. The grandkids (and big kids) loved the pool! The large family and dining rooms were perfect places to gather. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to make lasting memories.

We loved gathering in Gilbert for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for our group to share a meal and be together. So many seating areas...it was perfect!

The house was great. Kitchen was stocked with plenty dishes , pots , pans. Kids had a blast in the pool. Garage had plenty floats to inflate. With a electric pump as well. Beds were comfortable and clean. House was clean. Plenty portable fans to plug in where you like , if your like me i need air movement to keep cool. Plenty air matreees that we didn't have to use. Plenty of towels. Central Air (AC) worked well and kept the house cool.

While this property will hold up to 20 people, we only had four who stayed there, so there was more room than we needed. Still, the property was excellent for our purposes. There were cooking utensils in abundance (even some condiments and food were there). Any questions we had were responded to promptly. There was even a membership card for discounts at a local supermarket.
The pool was great for a dip, just dangling your feet in the water or sitting and watching the waterfall work. This setting provided an excellent experience. On a scale of 1 to 5, this rates a 6. A great place to spend a day or more!!!

Everything was great except downstairs window wouldn’t lock so we were scared to sleep over night until I could get a lock for the window.
All the vents upstairs were closed couldn’t figure out why it was so warm up there. Had to get the ladder and open them all.
The home is big and nice and clean.
We had a birthday party approved with some teenagers. They swam maybe 20 minutes and of course they were laughing and playing and noticed neighbor coming out and staring at the house. That was the only time we were outside.
Was told pool key is missing to community pool and would be charged $75. Although we never used the community pool
I mean we rented this house because it has a pool no reason to go to another pool. I suppose one of the kids could have taken it but I am not sure why the would nor did I ever even notice a pool key card anywhere
Also quite the interrogation before you’re approved to stay there. Which was odd. I’ve rented maybe 10 times with VRBO and this was a first

We were in town for family wedding house is very spacious, clean and comfy beds. Manager quick to respond to issues. Only issue was trash cans 1 completely full other half way. 2 of 4 tvs we could not get working owner offered to replace but we were busy getting ready for wedding. 2 working tvs was ample for us. Recycle bin 2/3 full. Luckily we got there and the trash was not picked up so we put it out. Things happen.We would stay here again!

We've stayed at this house before so we knew what to expect. We like the area a lot. The community pool was closed for repairs, but we used the house pool almost every day. Had an issue with the pool vacuum, but had a fast response from manager. Found multiple dirty utensils. Overall the house was clean though.

We loved the spaciousness of this house! It had so many rooms to sleep our family. The pool was great with lots of seating for us to hang. The waterfall was a nice relaxing feature and it was fun to pluck fresh citrus from the fruit trees. The house was very well stocked with towels, linens, condiments and extras in the kitchen. There are walking paths around the neighborhood right next door so that made a morning walk easy. I might suggest packing an eye mask as it gets light early. The master bedroom has blinds but it doesn’t stay dark enough if you like to sleep in. Would definitely recommend this house!

We had an amazing week long stay at the house! It was large enough to accommodate our entire group. We had multiple meals together and with a park close by, we could entertain them for hours. It was very close to everything we needed and we hope to be back again next year!

We stayed at the house with friends for a long weekend. The house had a great kitchen, backyard and TV room for teen and adult hangouts. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and centrally located. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood and the house is 15 min from the airport. Hiking was 30-40 min away.
The property management and owner were responsive. Please note, the primary bedroom and twin bedroom downstairs don’t have doors.

Overall the property worked for our group. There was a big leak of some sort in the dining room. We woke up after our first morning and saw part of the ceiling had falling to the floor. We were able to talk with the property manager and was told they would take a look once we left.
I have stayed at a number of rental properties and the check out requirements were more than usual. Asked to clean and put away all dishes. Most ask is to just load the dishwasher of all dishes. We were also asked to empty all garbage throughout the house. Most places I stay just ask us to throw out any extra garbage. We do pay a cleaning fee and feel some of the requirements were a bit much.
It was cold when we went so unfortunately we didn’t get to benefit from the pool.

First off check in was a breeze. We flew into Mesa and it was a15 minute drive to the house. The house had plenty of space for our large group. The pool in the back yard was quit cool as it is not heated but it was a short walk to the community pool from the house and this pool is heated. It would have been nice to have had a type of fire place in the back yard as the mornings and evenings are cool in December.. There is ample towels including pool towels. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store and shopping. I was very satisfied with our stay here and would definitely rent again.

We were a small group of 8(4 moms and 4 teenage daughters), and the house was plenty big enough for everyone to spread out . We had a couple hiccups but the property manager was quick to respond . The fruit trees were amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and anything you may need to cook any meal. Wish the house had one more shower, but it was still amazing. Would stay here again .

The owners were so easy to work with. Our first VRBO didn’t work out becausse the pool was broke. The owners of this property allowed us to check in early and worked with us so well.

The house provides full kitchen supplies. Pool towels. Everything you need is there lots of room for everyone. Ping pong table was a bonus. We used one of the blue up beds for one of the children in the master bedroom

The property was very clean, with plenty of kitchen utensils but they did not have a wine opener, now they do, (we got one for the next guest), the pool is nice and clean, and the community pool is also nice.
When you call the supper host, they return your call in minutes, amazing service,
Also if someone like Casino is 20 minutes away and they building a newone in Chandler probably 10 minutos away.

Family Reunion
Great location for a family reunion with 19 family members. Plenty of room to spread out. The pool , park and lake were a hit. Accommodations and property were as listed. We had a few hick ups with our stay and the host worked through all of them to our satisfaction. Responses from them were quick and timely. Will recommend this property to friends and family.

Family Fun in AZ
We really enjoyed this home. There was more than enough rooms and spaces for our 9 adults and one toddler. We also had family visit during our stay for pool time and playing games which added 3-4 people some afternoons. There was still plenty of room. The house is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. We had 1 issue with the pool that was resolved immediately. We had 2 issues that were not resolved during our stay. We realized early in our stay that the dryer did not work. They promised to have a repairman out, but no one ever showed up and the communication related to it dropped off. Some people may say that’s a small inconvenience, however we really like having fresh towels daily. Particularly when we’re staying in warmer climates and are more active. We communicated problems with the Roku in the loft. No response. 3 of the 4 TVs were fine. We used this TV for gaming. The location of the house is great. Access to shopping and easy access to highways. Our entire family would be willing to stay here again.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property managers were quick to respond if we had a question. The pool was great - since the temp was 114 the three days we were there! The location was convenient to the airport also.

Amazing!!!
This rental is big, spacious and beautiful. However, I am disappointed that my family spent time sweeping dead flies off the kitchen and dining room floors upon arriving. I had to clean the grill before we used it. The management team offered to replace it but I was already halfway cleaning. Seems they were more reactive than proactive. Despite all that, we had a WONDERFUL family reunion of 19 individuals. We grilled, feasted, dipped in the pool and just enjoyed being together. Amazing!!! At the end of the day, the whole family pitched in to clean up the house before they left.

This property worked great for our family reunion. The pool took some getting use to when first getting in but once you acclimated to the water temperature it was a fun hang out place.
The kitchen was fully equipped & a nice size for our family to all work in. A slight issue with the electrical outlets on on wall but we managed.
Beds were comfortable & there was plenty of bedding. All the rooms were clean & nicely furnished. We loved the big dining table to we could all gather together for meals.
The only issue was the back patio door was difficult to open & had no screen.

Costco, Safeway etc. all around the corner! if you needed anything just text and the they will get back to you right away! i would recommend anyone look for a nice place to relax this is an AWESOME place 5 star!
