We were in for the Eugene Marathon. The house accurate as listed. It was a great price for what we needed. Juan answered the few questions we had in a timely manner and was very helpful in his responses. There is a great market/grouping of food trucks just south of the house a few blocks but we didn’t discover it until our second to last day. We would stay here again if we come back and encourage others to make use of this rental if you’re ever in Eugene.

We were looking for a place to have Thanksgiving for four of us. We were able to sleep in, cook, watch sports and take easy walks around the neighborhood. It was just what we needed.

Everything was exactly as stated in the description, and even better! Thank you Juan for your hospitality. We hope to stay in your home again in the future.

Location was close to UO campus and had lots to see nearby. We even took a day to go visit the coast! Great stay.

House and neighborhood in quiet location.

This was a perfect house for my niece and family (4 total). It’s about two blocks from where we live and very close to the friendly food court and market. The VRBO reservation system did not let me reserve six months ahead as expected but I was able to get the reservation three months in advance. Host Juan was very helpful.

this is our second time staying here. it’s clean, easy and comfortable. the location is pretty convenient for us and the neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. the ac worked well during a mini heat wave. host is responsive and easy to communicate with. we enjoyed the friendly market and food trucks.

Excellent place for a long-term stay. Our only complaint was a lack of storage in the bedrooms, but that is only because we stayed for nearly a month. Convenient to downtown, and some good food trucks within two blocks.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter at UO. It is a nice clean place and conveniently located!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and quiet house. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner even provides some useful things like a Keurig machine and coffee pods. The bedrooms were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and has a market, coffee shop, and restaurant all within a short walk. Quick 10-15 minute drive to U of O. Would stay here again for the reasonable price!

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was just what we hoped it would be. The house has a nice tasteful renovation that feels well cared for. Juan was very helpful on our arrival and really made things easy for us. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely little home that was just perfect for my husband and me. The water pressure in the shower is wonderful. This place is close to everything. We are hoping to stay again later in the spring.

Cute house with upgrades. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the family room. It worked great for us, we had 4 people. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen is quite small, not much counter space to cook. Which was ok with us as we only cooked in one time. The coffee maker didn't work but we notified the owner who offered to try and fix it while we were there. We told him that was not necessary but he needed to know for future guests. This was our first time in Eugene (college graduation) so we were not familiar with the location before we booked the house but it seemed like it was generally 10-15 minutes drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

A family with two young children were very pleased with the accommodations. The washer and dryer were much appreciated.
