Cet appartement de 2 chambres à Alameda est à seulement 7 minutes à pied de Park St. avec plus de 40 restaurants différents. Park St. est le centre de divertissement et de restauration de la ville d'Alameda, en Californie. La rue Park s'étend du pont de la rue Park du côté nord de l'île à Crown Beach à l'extrémité sud et au centre commercial South Shore. L'appartement est à seulement 1 1/2 blocs de la rue Park et à 3 pâtés de maisons du centre commercial South Shore et de la plage; À 10 minutes de l'aéroport d'Oakland, à 25 minutes de San Francisco ou à 15 minutes en prenant le ferry d'Oakland / Alameda à travers la baie de San Francisco jusqu'à Fisherman's Wharf et le quartier financier.

Very nice clean and convenient. Large kitchen. Television system needs updating so guest can access their personal streaming accounts. Weak Phone reception & spotty internet. Didn’t like being in the shade of an apartment building with over looking terraces.

This property was great! Very clean and managed well. So close to everything you need. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect. The off-street parking was perfect. The manager was very respondent and on top of everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!!!

The property was spotless when we arrived, and check-in was simply knowing the four digit code for the door lock.
The property was stocked with a full set of amenities….ample linens and kitchen ware. Secure parking behind the building.
Location was excellent. Just a few short blocks to Alameda’s main shopping street.
The owners, Monica & Gordon, responded almost immediately to a minor problem that we had.
I highly recommend!

Property is exactly as described and location was an easy walking distance to everything on Park street which is rich with restaurants, unique shops, entertainment and so much more.
It is also close to a swimming beach which was very pleasant.
It had all the amenities within the apartment so it was easy to feel immediately at home especially in the kitchen! No view or place to enjoy a sit outside which would have been nice.

Loved the location! The apartment was ground level in a very large beautiful Victorian home. It was very quiet and comfortable.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely! The location was very convenient with dining and shopping just minutes away. The amenities were great as we were able to cook a few meals so we didn't have to go out to eat all the time. We would stay here again no problem at all!!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Alameda. This charming home is located a few short blocks from the heart of Alameda. It’s a very short walk to many fine restaurants and interesting shops and a very short jog from a bay front running path. My sisters and I went to Oakland to visit our aunt for her 91st birthday. This rental was a very nice place to stay, good location and very reasonably priced. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future if we are out there again.

This property is in a great location. Conveniently located a couple of blocks from Park Street. Park street has many restaurants and shops and very near a major shopping center. This unit is one of 5 units (two are rental units) in this beautiful Victorian home. It was the perfect size for 4 travellers. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size, very clean and had a generous amount of good quality towels. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering staying in Alameda. The owners Monica and Gord were very nice, helpful and available when we needed them. We would definitely stay here if we go to Alameda again in the future.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very nicely set up and furnished with a full kitchen which was great. Although with all the good dining options in walking distance we didn't use it too much! Easy access to shops and restaurants in walking distance and a pleasant place to stroll around. The parking spot was a nice plus on the days we drove around sightseeing. Monica and her husband were very pleasant and friendly hosts.Having wifi was nice when we needed to do some remote work.We will miss the comfortable beds and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Bay Area!

Nice apartment
Everything was very nice. My only suggestion would be to note that there is not an AC. It's a standard thing where I'm from so I assumed there would be one. Instead I had to leave all of the windows open all day and night (otherwise it got very hot in the apartment); which also meant that I had to listen to kids screaming all night from the apartments next door.
Aside from the AC, and having to listen to screaming brats, it was a great place.

Great spot, great location!
What a nice little hidden gem! Here in Alameda with my husband and our two “adult” kids for the arrival of our first grandchild. This was the perfect spot for us - walking distance to Park St. and restaurants, etc. walking distance to the water. The apartment is beautifully cared for , and much care has been taken to be sure that all amenities that you could possibly need are provided. Our host, Monica was great with communication and check in. And the price was very reasonable for this area. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house, location, and people
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners are close by and very helpful. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay (except, of course, for consumables). The house is located in a good area of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance.
The description in the listing was accurate. Property was clean and well kept.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anybody wanting better lodging than a hotel.
