This place is super spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The hot tub is nice. Only complain is the master bedroom doesn’t have curtains (facing the mountain and trees).

I always rent from this management company because they do a terrific job helping, communicating, and taking care of whatever is needed for an easy stay. The unit was in great shape and served my group very well. We did some cooking and the kitchen was equipped well. Love the staff. Using them again next year.

Our family of 8 adults and 2 children (2 y/o and 6 months) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 472 Base Camp. The unit was very much as advertised. The bedroom configurations, ample kitchen, bathrooms, washer/dryer, and location to skiing at Winter Park are probably second to (almost) none at WP. Everyone at WP Lodging from the time we made our reservation to the time we departed was so nice. We would definitely look to WP Lodging for any future stays at WP or Steamboat Springs!

We were two families visiting Winterpark for a week-long vacation. The accommodations were immaculate with plenty of space for our group (7 adults plus a 10-yr old) to spread out and all of the amenities we could hope for. The management team was super-responsive throughout the entire booking process and the duration of our stay...a pleasure to work with! Access to the ski trail was a bit of a trek (couple hundred yards and a ew flights of stairs), but certainly manageable for everyone in our group. Would absolutely stay again!

I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful time. This was an everlasting memory for me and my family. Everything was fantastic from Base Camp 472, to the people of the town. Wonderful communication with the property management company. We received over 2 feet of snow during our stay and this was cleared daily. The unit was clean and perfect for the 2 families that stayed there. Would highly recommend.

The house was wonderful and perfectly set up for our group. But, there is no ski-in ski-out for our novice crowd. You had to go down a blue to get home and you had to climb several stairs to get back up and ski out. We are older with grandchildren and this made the trip very disappointing. Winter Park requires too much effort to get to the slopes, great trails but you are worn out from going to and from the parking lot.

With two living spaces, three bedrooms with en-suites plus a kids’ bunk room, this unit was perfect for three couples with several children. Bedrooms have their own tv’s, too. (For one baby, we brought our own pack n play; the two year old loved a pullout couch on the lower level; and four & six year olds loved the bunks.) King beds for adults were very comfortable; extra pillows & blankets were tucked in a closet.
The giant dining table accommodated all of us. The hot tub was immaculate and secluded. We felt quite at home. We loved Base Camp 472!

Wonderful August Stay!
The accommodations couldn't have been better for our three generations to share time together. There was room for everyone to spread out with plenty of bathrooms and even a convenient half bath off the kitchen area. The sights, sounds and smells of the trees, waterfall, birds off the back deck were just so soothing. It was an easy drive down to the ski basin for a day of fun at the alpine slides, which the grandkids loved. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. I had wondered if we'd get uncomfortably warm this time of year, but that was not an issue at all; the mornings and evenings were pretty chilly and the fireplace was fun to turn on with the flip of a switch for ambience and to take the chill off. Overall, we just loved this place and can't wait to come back!

We visit Trestle Bike Park every summer. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed. Service is impeccable. Super friendly and responsive. Home is gorgeous and next to soothing running water. Plan on staying again!!

Late March Ski Trip
The house was a great way for us to accommodate two parents and three adult children without having to deal with hotels. There was plenty of space and privacy, and large common areas. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the kitchen tools that one would need. Bathrooms also had the necessary items and the right amount of towels. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing (conditions were perfect, in mid-winter shape). Some minor quibbles that did not detract from the overall experience: mattresses (especially the bunk beds) were overly soft, dining room chairs were not the right size for the table (or vice versa), there were no drawers/shelves for clothing in the upstairs master bedroom, and the promoted easy walk to the Corridor trail that leads to the Gondola is much more work than advertised, especially climbing three flights of stairs with equipment after walking across snow-covered hills from the house to the stairs for perhaps 100 yards. But as I said, these are quibbles and we would happily stay there again.

Great location for extended family!
This condo is very nice. Lots of space for multiple families, as we had. You can walk to the slopes, which we did, but it is all uphill. You can only ski back in if you are a very advanced/expert skier, as it is steep and filled with trees. Management was very responsive to our requests. A+

Winter park townhome
Nice unit. Good location. Have to walk up and quote a few stairs thus not true ski and ski out. Lots of spacious room. Bedrooms a bit dated and I would upgrade sheets , poor quality linens. Good kitchen for cooking but would stock with a coupke more pans.

Family Skiing
This was our fourth year at Basecamp with family and friends. We enjoyed our stay as always. Thanks to the great management team who are always available and ready to help! We would have appreciated more condiments & spices & a pizza pan in the kitchen. Also, bath soap should be a given in the showers. 472 is probably due for new carpets soon & the dinnerware is showing wear. Thanks for the yummy box of local Toffee! Patsy Noll

The Perfect Large Cabin
Base Camp 472 was all it was pictured to be and more. This was the perfect home for the family. With lots of space, large kitchen and dining area. The hot tub on patio hit the spot after a day on the slopes. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful condo, but
Beautiful condo, but outside fireplace was inoperable; master bedroom ceiling leaked leaving buckets to catch noisy drips disturbing sleep;master shower head dispersed water ineffectively;sleeper sofa downstairs was no better than a doggie mat, very inappropriate ( unsleepable) for a high end property. Condos should be checked out prior to arrival of guests. Thank you for prompt attention & solutions to issues; your staff is always great.

Beautiful home in a great location!!
Our families had a fantastic time sharing this great home!! Besides being in a ski in and ski out location, it has everything you can possibly need. All the rooms were spacious, well kept and enjoyable. We did not want to leave, just to give you an idea. We most definitely recommend it, and hope to be back to stay in the future!!

Base Camp 471--We will be back!!
What a great vacation rental. After the beautiful 2 hour drive to Winter park from Denver, we couldn't have been happier! This is a wonderful place! From the large gorgeous picturesque windows, open floor plan, hot tub and gas grill on the large deck to the somewhat stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Several fireplaces and the elevator that serviced each of the 5 floors, we were living the life while attending the 2015 Winter Park Jazz Festival--which also was wonderful!
We did play CDs and an Ipod on the component system. I was in the hot tub every day.
There is a little creek that runs down the back and side of the house. When it rained which it did every afternoon there was a little waterfall in the creek. There is also a little hiking trail that takes you to the top of one of the slopes on the other side of the house, but there is a warning sign that you hike at your own risk due to the altitude as you go higher up.
Of course the house was a little pricier to due the Jazz Festival, but the prices fluctuate throughout the year. I highly recommend this house. It was really really great!
