"OLD SALT" dispose de 4 chambres (quatre reines, une pleine et une twin); 2 1/2 salles de bain (le maître a une douche à l'italienne et un jacuzzi), salon avec deux canapés qui ont 4 fauteuils inclinables, une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, véranda couverte avec planeur / chaises, balcon ouvert hors du maître à l'étage . La maison a Internet haute vitesse, vision par câble avec tous les canaux dans le salon en bas et Netflix dans chaque chambre).
La maison comprend une douche extérieure fermée, chaude et froide, un gril à gaz et des planches de maïs. Notre maison peut accueillir cinq véhicules de taille normale (y compris les SUV). Profitez du stationnement une fois et marchez jusqu'à la plage, les restaurants, LE CERCLE, les zones commerçantes et le beach-volley côté plage.
La maison est également à une courte distance du parc pour enfants avec une zone d'éclaboussures d'eau, un parc de planche à roulettes et un mini-golf.
L'aquarium, les quais de pêche et le parc d'État de Fort Macon sont à une courte distance en voiture. Morehead City est juste au-dessus du pont -home à beaucoup de salles à manger, quais et vie nocturne.

We only got to stay a few days. We were just saying goodbye to family and it was a nice day and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Our family enjoyed a 3-night stay and were blessed with great weather. We loved the space and used all 4 bedrooms - all comfy beds but the upstairs 2-bed room on the left had squeaky beds. The walk to the ocean was less than 5 minutes, and the public wooden ramp made the walk even easier!

The beach house is conveniently located—a 2-minute walk to the beach and a walkable distance to several restaurants, bars, and dessert places so you don’t have to pay for parking. Having onsite parking for three cars is convenient if you need to drive somewhere further. After going to the beach, you can use the outdoor shower and hose to rinse the sand off. The central AC keeps everyone cool on the hotter humid days.
The host was very responsive leading up to our trip, which helped us prepare for our stay.
Some important considerations: The stairs are steep/narrow and the upstairs area has a low ceiling.

We have stayed at Old salt for 5 years. It accommodates 6 people for our annual fishing trip. The house is close to the beach, close to Morehead City where the boat is docked. This house always meets our needs for us.

What an outstanding place to stay! Daphne was incredibly communicative and available for us. And the place was precisely as advertised. We were a block from the beach and the accommodations were perfect. Plenty of kitchen stuff for meals and beds were plentiful and comfortable. I recommend Daphney as a host and her place for AB stays. We will be back. Thank you Daphne!

We had a wonderful time at this little bungalow! The 2nd story deck was a real highlight, as was the outdoor shower (at least for our almost-4 year old). Really amazing location less than 2 minutes from beach access and the Circle. Kitchen was well provisioned with cooking items and beds were very comfortable.

We were in NC for a family reunion and needed a house for us and our adult & teen children to stay for a week. The house was wonderful. It wasn't overly large, but yet had plenty of space that the seven of us weren't tripping over each other. The porch was great to sit on and enjoy my coffee in the morning. Having the beach being a quick walk down the block was perfect. We spent a ton of time on the beach!
We had a small snafu with the cleaners not having the house ready when we first arrived, but Daphne was an absolute gem to work with and got things taken care of quickly. She went above and beyond to make things right. We were very impressed.

AB NC beach house was super pleasant and very relaxing. I was looking for a beach house that was homey and old school. 2 blocks from the beach with a beautiful beach breeze and the sound of the ocean. Daphne our host was most hospitable. She offered advice if necessary and did not bombard me with instructions and rules. I look forward to my next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Buccaneer 2. It was very nicely decorated and provided a wonderfully space for four adults and 5 children. The beach was so close , we made numerous trips to the beach. What a great place. We plan to return very soon.

We loved the house itself—clean, well-stocked, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 young teens, and we spent much of our time on the fabulous porch. The location is fantastic with easy walks to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The host, Daphne, is super responsive and helpful giving us tips before we arrived and while staying at the house. We hope to go back soon!

This place is exactly as advertised. Steps from the beach, easy walk to food, shopping, and the Atlantic Beach Circle. I could not have been more pleased with the separate living accommodations that allowed my family to have quiet and private space downstairs while my sister and her family could retreat upstairs for equally quiet and private space. We were meeting other relatives for a reunion and this home served as the meeting spot for breakfast and trips to the beach, as well as a trip to the Aquarium. There’s an abundance of parking, a tidy outdoor storage spot for beach gear and bicycles, an outdoor shower with warm water, and plenty of space inside and out (three patio areas) for multiple families to come and go (mostly to the beach!) over the course of a week. Our host was very attentive when needed and communicated well about check in, check out, and things to do in the area. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay when we come back to this area!

This house was perfect for our needs as a family of 7, it was in a perfect location close to the beach so it was easy to just walk back to the house for lunch. Also close to Food Lion and several other conveniences but never felt crowded at the beach at all. Daphne was very available if we had any problems but our stay went very smoothly, we would definitely stay here again.

Beach vacation in NC
Had the quintessential beach vacation. The house is clean and well furnished. Great mattresses in each room. The beach access is within sight of the house, which is super convenient. Great location for fishing charters, visits to the aquarium and maritime museum. We would definitely stay here again.

Well kept, lots of updating, and very nicely decorated home. Very clean and enough of everything supplied (bath towels, wash cloths, bath mats, etc.). Kitchen supplied with everything that we needed. We did have questions. We emailed Daphne and her reply was always fast. Being able to walk 1.5 blocks and be at the beach or "the Circle," activity center was awesome! There were 2 Wungs shops within a 5 minute drive. Morehead city and Beaufort activities were 10-15 minutes away. All in all, excellent location in a very nice home away from home.

Fun at the beach
The house and location were perfect. Out the door and on the beach in minutes. We had everything we needed in the house and we were so at home staying here. I would rent this house again. The porch was great all day and night we had a ocean breeze and no bugs.
