David was an amazing host to work with. He was attentive and gave us so many recommendations to work with. The house is so close to everything and was perfect for a girls weekend. Loved being so close to the beach once we got here could just relax without worrying about driving anywhere. Would love to come back again with my husband and family!

This is such a great property at an amazing location at Sea Bright Beach! You can’t beat this location walking distance form the beach and all the cute restaurants in Sea Bright. And then of course you are driving distance from Long Branch and Red Bank! If you are looking for a great beach vacation in Jersey, this house and Sea Bright beach it is! (The house comes equipped with all beach toys and amenities that you need! It was great when traveling with little children!) Thank you, David.

Dave is an excellent & attentive host and the house was really great. Everything was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all the amenities of home. The location is a fantastic home base for all kinds of fun, steps from the beach, shops & restaurants plus within a half hour drive or less of so much to do. All in all, this was a great vacation experience and I just wish I could have stayed longer.

This is a great house in the heart of Sea Bright. The house is super clean and comes with plenty of amenities, games, and fun things to do. It is also a very short walk to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and the beach (2 min walk). The beach passes/parking passes that the host provides are really helpful. Would definitely recommend staying. The host David is very easy to work with and extremely helpful.

Super organized owner. Newly renovated. It isn't the 4 seasons but it has great value. We will do it again next time we head to Jersey for some beach time.

We found this gem to be the perfect fit for a week of preparation for our daughter's wedding. Our host's genuine attentiveness to our comfort and needs was greatly appreciated. Amid the comings and goings of family and friends throughout the week we were able to enjoy clean and comfortable surroundings to rest and re-energize. The backyard patio was perfect for a pizza party and when the evening cooled we were able to extend the moment through the warmth of the chiminea. Many were able to enjoy the nearby restaurants and beach walks. All in all our memories of our daughter's wedding we be forever interwoven with our satisfying stay on Surf Street.

Staying at this house was just wonderful. It's steps from the beach, restaurants, and markets. It was clean and modern. Wifi, Cable, washer & dryer, AC, new kitchen and a BBQ. This is not a luxury home, but it's exactly what it should be for a beach house in a beach community. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sea Bright. The home is nicely appointed, walking distance from the beach and great restaurants. We were welcomed with a nice note and bottle of wine. I recommend this home without reservation.

We stayed here for a long weekend, met family coming from Vermont and we flew in from Colorado. The property is half a block from all of the restaurants along the main drag. There isn't a good grocery store in town, so be sure to hit that up before you come. You can walk to the beach which is across the road and you have to enter at certain spots because you need to buy a pass to get on the beach during the summer. As for the house, we enjoyed sitting on the porches. The house is remodeled, but still has the feel of an old house. The furnishings weren't as aesthetically pleasing as they could be, but they were all functional and did the job. The TV was huge and the cable and internet worked well. There were enough beds for 8 people + a toddler. The owner of the property and I communicated by text. He was really friendly and helpful. He was always prompt with his responses.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding in Sea Bright and this house was perfectly located for a great week in town. Getting to the beach was easy, as was going right down the street to some great restaurants. Everything about it was easy -- the house included a full kitchen, washing machines, beach toys for the kiddo, and chairs for adults. Plenty of towels and linens is also a big plus! It was a great, comfortable place to stay and the owners were very helpful in providing responses and directions. We miss it already!

We have used VRBO for many trips, but this owner was the best we have ever worked with. He was so hospitable & attentive! The house was exactly as described; clean and well located. It worked perfectly for our family of 6. Sea Bright is a beautiful beach town. The house is within easy walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. We were there primarily to visit NYC. The commute on the Seastreak was simple, with two locations nearby. We were able to enjoy several days in NYC. Great location to explore many nearby areas. We even took a short drive for a day in Philadelphia. With such a comfortable house and so much to do in the area, we wish we could have stayed another week.

What a wonderful weekend my 2 daughters, my son-in-law and , grandson spent in a perfect shore home a block or 2 from the ocean, great restaurants and fun paces to visit, in spite of the Hermine hurricane warnings!!! The home was very comfortable, immaculate and well equipped. During a windy afternoon, my grandson enjoyed the Xbox and game collection, the large flat screen, and excellent connectivity. The house had shore charm and all the conveniences a family would require.Sea Bright is a special town, and this home proved an incredible opportunity to experience it all. We will be back!

We had a great week in this beautifully appointed home in one of the best locations..easy access to beach, shops, restaurants, groceries. Lots of room for family and friends. Especially liked two full baths in home and A/C in rooms since warm week. The backyard with grill and large picnic dining table a real plus! Would return again next year.

The property is centrally located, giving you easy access to the beach and restaurants. House was spotless when we arrived and the landlord was very inviting. Called to make sure we had everything that we needed and also let us know he was available if we needed anything that weekend. It was nice to see that high a level of customer service. We loved the house. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. Just off the town center, it was convenient to everything and just a block from the beach. There is a nice patio with a BBQ grill we used a lot. Best family reunion ever. The house is low maintenance. We had 2 one year old babies and cleaning was easy. Kitchen well equipped and big enough to cook for a crowd. The landlord is very thoughtful and accommodating. Went the extra mile. Would use it again.
