The unit is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The unit was roomy, well stocked and clean! Having the ice maker was an additional bonus. As mentioned, the unit was very clean but has been well used. Overall, it was a wonderful week with great weather!

This place is great! We stayed for a week with 2 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The other comments about being on the same level as the parking garage were right. It’s easy to load/unload and get to the room. The location also great, as there are grocery stores and shops right across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Perfect size for our family! Supplied with everything you could possibly need or want. Great location with an easy in and out on the third floor. Only thing that needs improvement are the bed linens. The fitted sheets were not deep enough and didn't stay on the mattresses. However, this rental is our new favorite!

We stayed here for a Spring Break vacation on Orange Beach. The location was great. The parking garage is convenient because you can park on the 3rd level and be right next to the condo. The condo was nice overall. There were a few little things, but they were small and we didn't call about them. There were a few lights out and the ice machine had a bad smell. But the smell went away when I ran a cleaning cycle and we didn't use it anyway, so we didn't want to mess with having them look at it. Overall very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it.

It was good, but there was a lot of foot traffic through building and onto beach. These people were non-guests and used garage and building as access to beach. Not that big of a deal but I paid a lot of money to stay. I understand the use for wristbands but there could be a different way for identifying guests. Someone brought garbage and disposed down garbage shoot like they were supposed to. However, garbage bag leaked something sticky all the way down hall. It was on the floor my whole last week.

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in, it was a dream. On-site, covered parking steps away from the unit was fantastic. Every employee we encountered at the property was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and so spacious! Our kids enjoyed the TVs and wifi during downtime and they loved sitting out on the balcony with us to eat and watch the sunset. Beach access was convenient, and the lazy river and indoor pool were a great way to enjoy the water while taking a break from the sun. We could not have asked for more!

If you are planning on staying because of the jetted jacuzzi tub in the primary suite then don't. The moment you turn the jets on mold comes out. I tried cleaning it myself but it just kept getting worse so I tried emailing the email address they game me to contact them with if I had any problems and I still haven't heard from them. It was one of the main features we were looking forward to. The rest of the condo was fairly clean. The "private" beach is too small for the amount of rooms there. It gets overcrowded quickly.

Orange Beach is a wonderful vacation place for families! The condo itself was beautiful and the staff at the lobby was helpful and kind. The pool and beach access were clean and well kept. I would visit the area and this building again in the future!
I will not, however, rent through Phoenix Rentals ever again.
I was appalled at the treatment I received from the customer support/rental manager when I called with a concern on our second day. We got in on a Monday afternoon. On Tuesday morning I found marijuana in the drawer just under the sink in the master bathroom. There was paraphernalia and cannabis in the drawer. I called the property manager (Phoenix Rentals), to inform them of the find. At first my most pressing concern was the fact that there were illicit substances in an easily accessible drawer and that we had 4 children in the unit under the age of 7. All children are old enough to reach this drawer.
With the exorbitant host/cleaning fees I had expected Phoenix Rentals to have more concern regarding their cleaning services. I was wrong. At first I was told that I was just looking for a money grab. There was no concern or sincere apology for the fact that there was marijuana in my family's condo. There was no concern that the cleaning service missed this. I was told "it's just one drawer and we won't take away the cleaner's money for that." Again, there was no concern or compassion for the circumstance. Phoenix Rentals continued to ask what was left in the drawer, it appeared to be a container of cannabis and a grinder. When I told the man what I found, he continued asking for more details.
When I had no further details, the man with Phoenix Rentals said "well you have to tell me what's there, I don't do drugs, but it sounds like you do, so you tell me." I was completely taken aback by this accusation and never received an apology for being called a drug user.
I spent my morning being berated by Phoenix Rentals and speaking with the local police department because of this ordeal. I was never offered any compensation and was never offered any compassion from Pheonix Rentals. This was an extremely poor experience and I do not feel Phoenix Rentals did anything to rectify the situation, even after notifying the owner of the condo himself. Very disappointing.

This is a large beautiful unit! We had 6 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen is well stocked. Even with a crockpot! We also loved the wet bar with endless amount of ice! The 4th floor was the perfect level to be on. The only negative was the washer wasn’t working.

The condo complex is very nice. Wait times for elevators was great, as they were short. There was a leak in our unit which required us to have to keep swapping towels on the floor every 3 hours or the water would be all over the hallway/kitchen area. Other than that nice place. Beach area was nice also.

After traveling 12hrs with two kiddos we were so excited to find this condo much more spacious than the pictures can ever show. The parking was right outside the door of the inside entrance which made for easy unloading of our vehicles. We brought EVERYTHING but the kitchen sink not knowing what we would need and this condo had it all with additional easy access to Walmart just across the street. The pool and lazy river were a huge hit with the kids when the waves were a bit rough on red flag days. We were never within a few miles from any of the scheduled activities we had like fishing, Easter brunch and the dolphin cruise. All in all, this condo and location will be marked as a favorite and we look forward to coming back to stay again soon! If you are looking, book it! You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time on vacation! We loved the location - right on the beach, good pool (know the outdoor pool is not heated so it was quite cold in February) - good restaurants around.
Would have liked darker windows in the queen bedrooms - light from hallway filters in and we had to hang blankets for kids to sleep in those rooms.
I would stay here again if we went back to orange beach!
