Experience seaside bliss, just a quick ride away from Daytona
Condo au 9e étage, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Entièrement rénové de haut en bas en 2015. Décoré avec goût et confortablement avec tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris les nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire, planchers de bois franc dans tout le condo.
La chambre principale a un lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen-size, avec un grand balcon. La vue depuis le lit est incroyable. Grande promenade dans le placard et la vanité de maquillage. La 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux (complets). Chaque chambre a un tout nouveau 48 "Smart" T. V. Draps et couvre-lits haut de gamme.
Salle de bain principale avec nouvelle vanité et luminaires et baignoire / douche complète. 2e salle de bain avec vanité neuve et luminaires avec douche à l'italienne.
Grande cuisine avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Si vous en avez besoin dans la cuisine, vous le trouverez ici!

L'Ormondy est sûr et sécurisé. À distance de marche de l'épicerie / pharmacie, des bars et des boulangeries / cafés. County Lifeguard a posté à seulement 100 mètres du bâtiment sur la plage pour une baignade en toute sécurité. Beaucoup de bons restaurants dans le coin aussi.

We’ve been coming to the Ormandy every summer for over 10 years. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit of the Ormandy, and will gladly come back. I love the security of gated, underground, assigned parking, direct access to the beach from the garage near the pool & bathroom. The unit is comfortable and welcoming. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach and sun set over the Halifax river in comfortable chairs. The owner is extremely responsive. The tv wasn’t working and he had the cable company out there in a couple hours! A great beach get away.

The condo was great. It did have more security but some of the doors were hate to open with your hands full . We came for the beach , we are in our 70’s and found it hard to walk on this beach . This has nothing to do with the condo, the view was great from the balcony and we love sitting on it. We have always enjoyed walks and being in the ocean but the beach here was hard to walk on and the ocean floor was very uneven, lots of dips . Over all a good week.

Our favorite thing to do at this Condo is relax on the Balcony and enjoy the fantastic view. The condo is very nice and the owner is very responsive. We look forward to coming back next year!!!

This stay was fantastic! The condo was spacious and beautiful and was furnished with everything we could have needed. The views were spectacular. Easy beach access and my boys loved the pool. The restaurants close by were also really good. The building was secure and parking was easy. Our host was communicative and very responsive when I contacted him. We would definitely book again!

We had a great week on Orm9nd Beach. Enjoyed the condo right on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was a nice supply of bath and beach towels to use. It was nice to be able to leave oir beach supplies on the ground floor by the car. Facility was very secure. Enjoyed swimming at the pool when the beach was too windy and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. When we had an issue with the internet the owner was very helpful and quick to take action. The top floor clubhouse was also nice to use on occasion to get together with our larger group.

We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Very nice place to rest and relax. Away from the busyness of Daytona beach area. Was looking for a recliner because that was in the pictures, but didn’t have one. Was disappointed in that as I have back and leg problems. Water was turned off one day from 8:30 until 2:30, but wasn’t a big deal to us. They gave us plenty notice before they did it. The view was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed that for sure. Had everything we needed provided. Nice week for us.

We had a wonderful family vacation and this condo was all that we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for me to make dinners for my family. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset coffees and a great place to relax and even take a nap. The condo was clean and the furnishings comfortable especially the master bed. The water pressure and shower head in the master bathroom was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Loved this condo. Very comfortable. Loved the fact that there are full size beds in the guest room and not the standard twins and a big sectional you can stretch out on in the living area. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We loved being able to see the Sunrise, Sunset , the river and the ocean!! Loved the very large pool! Our only disappointment was the gas grill down by the pool. It was dirty and the grill cleaning tool available was ready for the trash. Luckily the owner has a wonderful grill pan we could use in the kitchen and there was a very nice blender that worked great for our frozen drinks. We are already planning another stay!!!

This was a nice condo and we had a good time. The weather turned cold during our visit and we were not able to turn the heat on. We got and alarm bell every time we tried. They don't want you to turn the air conditioner lower than 75 degrees and it got warm at night. We did have a ceiling fan but could not open the windows in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was a nice size, very clean, kitchen is nicely stocked and the outside area balcony was lovely! We really enjoyed watching the surfers. Location is perfect and so close to all sorts of dining possibilities. Daytona beach is a ten minute drive. Owners were very responsive to a couple of minor issues we had with the garage remote.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in March 2022. We enjoyed our first visit to Ormond beach. The beach was clean and easy to walk on. We really enjoyed the heated pool but it was hard to find a lounger as there were only six. The condo itself had everything we needed. We found the master bed very comfortable. We appreciated the high end bedding and towels. The condo was clean and comfortable except some of the large area rugs could use a cleaning. We definitely would recommend this condo to others. Jim the owner was easy to reach with any questions we had.
