Family Pool Villa At The Heart Of Sifnos
Belle villa traditionnelle construite dans un style moderne et située au bord de la ville animée d'Apollonia, la capitale de l'île dans le village de Katavati. Surplombant les montagnes avec le monastère du Prophète Ilias au sommet, il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied d'Apollonia et offre une isolation complète de toutes les attractions touristiques, donnant à ses clients la possibilité de se détendre dans ses vastes salons et vérandas privés. Idéal pour deux familles avec enfants car il comprend trois chambres de maître avec lits queen et salles de bain attenantes, une chambre composée de deux lits simples et une petite maison d'hôtes avec un lit double et une douche privée. 1 grande table à manger et 2 tables à manger d'extérieur, canapés et fauteuils sont parfaits pour se détendre et se divertir et accueillir facilement tous ses invités à tout moment de la journée. Des équipements tels qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée / barbecue, WI-FI, TV LCD, HIFI, DVD, etc ... aident à faire en sorte que chaque client se sente comme chez lui.
La plupart des plages de l'île (Platis Gialos, Faros, Chrisopigi, Fasolou, Faros.) Sont à 10-15 minutes en voiture, sauf Vathi qui est à environ 20min.
Avec les plus grands marchés de l'île à seulement 100 mètres et un accès facile au centre de Sifnos à pied (5-10 minutes à pied) ou en voiture (2 minutes), toutes les fournitures sont à votre portée.

This property is fabulous, homey, with tons of patio room to spread out. We loved that each couple had their own bedroom. A few rooms shared a bathroom, but there’s a full bath next to the pool, which we also used daily. We walked to 2 decent markets to buy items for breakfast, ice and liquor. The sunrise from the upper deck was just lovely with our morning coffee. We hired a private chef, and he shared that it was one of the best stocked kitchens in the area! It’s a big walk down to Apollonia only because of the hill to walk back home, but we did it every day. (Wear good shoes!). We rented e-bikes and could walk to the vendor—highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to rent this home.

Love this villa! It is quiet and tranquil. It is so close to supermarket and Apollonia is in walking distance. There are a lot of great dining options and we can also cook ourselves.

Seamless check-in and check out, and a beautiful space to spend time on the island. Quiet location at the top of the hill leading down to the restaurants and buzz of Appolonia. We will be daydreaming of this wonderful space for years to come.

Our group of seven family members had a very enjoyable stay at this comfortable, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located villa. We enjoyed being in the quiet location with the ease of walking to the convenient markets and to all the restaurants and shops on the ancient pathway and steps to Apollonia. The outdoor area had many spaces for relaxation and dining and for swimming in the pool of course! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. The housekeeper was very pleasant and efficient. The owner was responsive and helpful during the booking process and throughout our stay. We’d love to stay there again sometime!

As a group of mature friends we really appreciated the tastefully decorated villa with its many spaces to rest and enjoy the surroundings. There are not many villas with swimming pool in sifnos, so this was a real find and very reasonably priced. 2 supermarkets very close by. Highly recommended.

Konstantinos and Eleni have created a wonderful home and we loved our stay. I looked at all the similar houses on the island of similar size and their house was by far the best. Super comfy, super stylish, peaceful and lovely. I stayed there with my parents and two small kids and they accommodated all our requests, and were always in communication, can’t recommend this place enough.

The Konstantinos villa was the perfect home base for my group of six for our stay in Sifnos.
The home is beautiful, open, airy and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sun set over the Sifnos hills.
The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms clean and bright.
The location can't be beat - steps from the cute village of Apollonia and there is a bus stop nearby for exploring the rest of the island.
The Konstantinos were incredibly responsive and helpful in booking and throughout our stay. We were met at check in by their friendly housekeeper and daughter who let us on and showed us around.
Our group absolutely loved Sifnos and this beautiful home was a big part of our experience. We hope to be back!

The photographs do not do justice to this beautiful house. It is extremely comfortable and the rooms are set out in such a way that 10 people/ 2 families can holiday together with plenty of space and privacy. It is the perfect location - peaceful and yet easy walking distance down the steps to the buzzing centre Apollonia where there are wonderful bars and restaurants- Jewellry, pottery and clothes shops. There are also plenty of food shops in easy walking distance. We hired a car and explored most beaches on the island. I’ve stayed in Sifnos several times before but not for twenty years it is even better than I remember.
Konstantinos the owner was very helpful and communication was extremely easy.
We also engaged the wonderful Luciana and her daughter Daphne to come in a few times a week for housekeeping they were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return.

Konstantinos is an attentive host, readily available to assist before, during, and after your visit. This beautiful Sifnos home was able to comfortably hold our 3 couples with room for more if needed. We loved the building style and decor and took a number of pictures to help us duplicate the comfortable features in our summer places back home. The outdoor space was well used, including the charcoal barbecue. The trails on Sifnos are incredibly well marked and close to the front door. I know that others have warned us to say that Sifnos is terrible because it is truly a treasure and a secret destination of many island seekers. Oops...Sifnos and this home were highlights of our Grecian journey.

The house is light and bright and spacious with a large terrazza and grounds outside with two large dining tables - flowers galore - beauitful white everywhere but the house is comfortable not formal -tastefully decorated everywhere - comfortable beds - there were 5 of us and everyone had their own room - lots of windows and tons of fresh air - my favorite thing was to wake up early in the morning and hear the animals on the island waking up in the mountains that surround the house -- beaches and towns are all minutes away and easy to get to - we loved our week in Sifnos - wished we could have stayed longer.
