The house was a perfect setting for a family vacation. The views from both patios of the lake, ships and waves were amazing. A variety of comfortable seating areas made for easy conversations. It was great to open the gate and walk directly on to the beach.

An absolutely amazing spot to be. The view is incredible and so peaceful. You can walk along the sandy beach or just sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful waves of the lake. The house is set up just perfect to enjoy such an amazing view of Lake Superior and to watch the ships come in a out. The house is equipped with everything you may need. from kitchen utensils to bathroom necessities, etc., this owner really knows how to take care of their guest and ensure they are well taken care of. We plan on staying at this house every single time we come to duluth. What a great experience.

This is a great property for your stay in Duluth. We were up for my daughter's wedding and it was just perfect for everything we had going on this weekend. Dinner with family, bridal preparation on the wedding day. And within walking distance of all things Canal Park for evening festivities. House was clean and nicely laid out. Plenty of room for people to be comfortable. And the location, which is approximately six/seven houses east of "The Bridge", is just a blast. As mentioned, easy to get to Canal Park for food and entertainment.......and fun watching the ships go in and out of the port. The bridge will cause a delay or two when you are leaving from/coming to the house but you just need to prepare for it. We will definitely stay here again sometime in the future. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this awesome rental! It has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in Duluth. The location is great and the house is so comfortable and relaxing, you'll want to just hang out on the patios and watch the lake and the boats. A big bonus is having beach access directly out the back gate.
We just happened to be there while the Aurora was happening, so got a beautiful light show over the lake, right from the upper deck!
We absolutely love staying here and would highly recommend to anyone.
Kay (the owner) is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have.

The house is nice and the location is great. The host was flexible and allowed us to check in early, which was awesome and worked out well with our plans. The bed was comfortable, and the views of Superior and the lift bridge from the upper deck was beautiful. Unfortunately there are a lot of cobwebs and spiders, which made me a little uneasy, because I HATE spiders. But if spiders don't bother you, this may be the perfect rental for you!

This was the perfect house for our family of 5 to stay in as we in town for a wedding. Great directions and super easy instructions for getting the digital key. Our host was quick to respond and checked in on us by text to make sure everything was okay. We would recommend this beach house to anyone. Beautiful house with amazing view of the lake!

We loved our stay - the location is amazing. You can walk right out to the beach or to park point. Upstairs deck overlooks lake superior and the beach and the living area and master bedroom are fabulous. So glad we got a chance to stay!

This place was amazing… views of Superior from back yard( open gate .. onto beach), kitchen, living room and master bedroom . Well equipped kitchen and lots of coffee! Watched giant tankers come in under the lift bridge… walkable to pizza, Green Mill cafe, coffee shops, chocolate and ice cream! Saw a Newfoundland dog show! Walked to movies.. steps away from the best 6+ mile boardwalk all along the north shore.. balconies off living and master. Waves to fall to sleep to! Books galore!!!And I got a bonus to see the aurora sitting on bedroom balcony two nights!!!Loved the house and Duluth and Minnesota Nice!

Wish we would have found this property sooner as we've been going to Duluth for 5 years with kids in college. This home couldn't be in a better spot! 3 bedrooms upstairs with a great gathering space overlooking Lake Superior. Saw several barges/ships going through the canal. Well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive and pleasant.

The house is in a great location to walk to Canal Park. Also a great location for day trips into WI and up the North Shore.
The living room on the second floor is the gem of the house. We could watch the waves and surfers and also the ships coming into the harbor. In summer, it would be treat to be able to use the 2nd floor deck.

Fantastic time staying at this property. We had 5 adults. The space was great, and the location is really hard to beat. Awesome views, and close enough to the water to fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. House was very well appointed with everything we needed. In terms of location - just a short walk over the bridge to restaurants, bars, and shops. Communication with host was great. We would definitely stay here again. We’ve done a few different VRBO’s in Duluth over the years, and this is our new favorite!

We loved our stay again at this place! It has 2 levels which gives us the ability to give everyone some space. Big kitchen table (and dining room table) for eating together and playing games. Love the upstairs room with its views to watch the ships come in and out by Lift Bridge. We were able to make the brisk walk to Bentleyville and Canal Park. Loved it all!

I booked this house for a long girl's weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. The house was in the perfect location for us. We had easy access to Canal Park and took advantage of the beautiful, cool weather to walk all around the area. Parking was not a problem, our two rental cars fit easily in the driveway. The house was well stocked with basics that made our stay so much easier! It was nice to have plastic food storage bags at the ready and even shampoo in the bathrooms - little things but not always available in this type of setup. The house is quite spacious but we ended up in our favorite space - the living area on the second floor looking out over Lake Superior. The fireplace is fantastic - flip the switch and it was on and pumping out heat. It was so relaxing to sit sipping coffee every morning, toasty warm and watching ships come in to the harbor while listening to the horns as the ship and bridge 'conversed'. The bedrooms were very comfortable - we all slept really well. The owner was responsive answering our questions in a reasonable period of time. Overall it was a relaxing, comfortable, quiet wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again the next time we decide to visit Duluth.

The view of the lake is fabulous. Multiple areas to play games, read, nap. Kitchen has whatever you need to cook. Beds are very comfortable. Beach is right outside the small backyard. House is very clean. Only downside is the horn on the bridge,

The house was even larger than I expected. We had family from 3 to 63, and we had the best time. Watching the ships, the bridge, visiting Lester Park, the RR museum and aquarium were great fun. We will be back.

Truthfully, I wanted to lie and give this place a terrible review to keep the competition down.... This location was ideal for our family of 4. Our 4 year old and 1 year old love to dig. Juggling naps, snacks, bathroom brakes and diaper changes all within stones throw of "best digging ever" was great. Quick strolls to other adventures such as lift bridge, canal and "wow" sized boats was great. Bottom line, we booked again for next year.

This was our third time staying in the Park Point neighborhood and this location and property is the best we have found. Very close to Canal Park and amazing views of the lift bridge and boats from the upper deck, clean and updated house with a well-stocked kitchen and nice bedrooms. Will definitely book again.
