Le Bayberry By The Sea est une maison de ville meublée au design en bord de mer. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel exclusif et paisible de la plage de Kennebunk. Nous avons prévu tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances de luxe à la plage, que vous soyez un couple ou un petit groupe de cinq personnes maximum.

The condo is spacious and well-laid out. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first level, and a bedroom and half bath on the second (main living) level make this condo perfect! Place was immaculate upon our arrival. And the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in.
Proximity to the beach is amazing - especially when you have little ones and need to run back and forth constantly.
We watched the fireworks from the deck and the backyard and had a perfect view away from the crowd.
Cannot say enough great things about the place and the host! She was available and responsive when needed. I cannot wait to return!

Lovely townhouse sleeps 5. Beautiful ocean views. Very easy access to downtown Kennebunkport. Very comfortable. Parking right outside the front door. We had a great stay during the Christmas Prelude festivities.

My parents and I spent a lovely week at Gay’s house near the beach. Location couldn’t be beat - we could see (and hear!) the ocean from the house, which was wonderful. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, with many thoughtful touches. The kitchen doesn’t have a ton of surfaces for meal prep but still quite workable. Overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Gay’s townhouse. The unit was immaculate, very well equipped and we just loved that view! When we walked into the unit, we were in awe, as we thought it was even more beautiful than the photos. The beds are very comfortable & we slept great enjoying the sound of the surf. We would love to rent again!

My wife and I stayed at Bayberry the week prior to Labor Day. The location of the unit is awesome with amazing views of the beach and ocean from the deck…with restaurants and shops close by. There is nothing like sitting on the deck at night, seeing the moon rise over the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves crashing the shore. The unit is well laid out and was clean. The owner, Gay, kept the pantry stocked such that we really only needed to get the fresh produce and proteins. Communication with her was also top notch in every way. We will definitely try to rent there again in the future.

My family's stay at this property was one of our best. The house is immaculate, it is one of the most equipped rentals we've ever stayed at & the location is sublime. We had a stunning view of the the ocean for every meal whether on one of the decks or indoors. The location cannot be beat as you can either walk 3 minutes to the beach or 15 minutes to town. Such an easy stay as everything is provided. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a spacious, beautifully curated, equipped & perfectly located rental. Will definitely be back & will recommend to our friends. The owner is thoughtful, ensures the home is immaculate, easy to communicate with and was genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful time. We are most grateful. A 5-star property for sure but really deserves 10 stars!

Fabulous house at Gooch's Beach with balcony and living area looking out to the water. An easy 20 minute walk into the picturesque town of Kennebunkport. Comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen, good beds and showers.

This place is perfect! The townhouse is exactly as listed, with beautiful homey touches! The deck overlooking the ocean is breathtaking and beautiful sunrises! It has all the amenities you need. We were there two weeks ago in November and had every amenity you need, especially in the kitchen! I can only imagine how great it is in the summer! We actually had 60-70 degree weather the 8 days we were there and literally had coffee out on the deck every morning, it was so warm! We walked the beach a lot and everyone is so friendly and neighborly there! Our brother literally went swimming three mornings: in November! Ha! It’s so close to everything: Dock Square is basically down the street! Short drive to Wells, Ogunquit, York, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year! The townhouse is so cozy and homey and beds are super comfortable and I wish we stayed 2 weeks! The owner is VERY responsive and nice and check-in was a breeze! If you’re considering this place, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!!

The home is in a perfect location with very close proximity to the beach, easy walk to downtown and quick drive to nearby towns. Everything was spotless and we had all we needed for a dreamy getaway to the beach. Loved our stay!

Family Weekend in Kennebunk
My Family and I had a wonderful and relaxing August week at Gay’s home celebrating my dads birthday. We could not have asked for better weather, accommodations or a more attentive host. The home has everything we could have wanted and we made great use of the well stocked kitchen and perfect deck. Can’t beat listening to the ocean as you fall asleep. We all look forward to coming back again next Summer!

Great family vacation
This beachfront condo is the perfect setting for any beach vacation. The location couldn't be more convenient and my family loved being able to run back and forth from the beach easily. The condo is very clean and outfitted with anything you would need and then some (from condiments to charging cords). It is also rare to find a location in Maine with air conditioning! Little Piece of Heaven
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kennebunk! This unit has tons of natural light, views of the ocean and is only a 15 minute walk to the port shops and restaurants. The owners gave us everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay, check email, manage the house and have fun. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to unwind and enjoy Kennebunk Port!

Lovely property and location was perfect
We had a wonderful get away at this condo. It had everything we needed, was very clean, decorated tastefully and comfortable. We were able to relax, take walks on the beach and enjoy the many fun shops and delicious restaurants in the area. Gay was great and kept in touch, though we didn't need her for anything but to say thank you for such a lovely stay. We hope to return again!

The attention to detail exceeded every expectation. This home exudes wonderful energy. I love to cook and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to maneuver. Dining in the ocean view dining room and on the ocean view deck is perfect! The bedrooms are nicely decorated and quiet. The location to town is convenient and it is nice to be lulled to sleep by the ocean roar. I highly recommend this condo.

A friend and I have stayed at this Condo for long weekend getaways, for many years and we love the excellent conditions, the accommodations, the view of
the ocean, the access to places to eat and shop. We always are amazed at the
amenities surrounding us in the unit. This is in walking distance to the beach and
has a beautiful view from the deck of the ocean. We continue to stay at this

Clean and complete!
We used this beautiful condo for a week in October. The place was ideally suited for us---two couples celebrating anniversaries. The condo had everything we needed, including a very nice laundry set up, a well stocked and efficient kitchen, two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a bath en suite, and the other with a bath across the hall. The main living area also has a bathroom off the kitchen which came in handy. The location is quiet and beautiful, yet near to the town's attractions. The condo is sparkling clean, and the owners are accomodating.

We love Bayberry
This was our ninth summer at Bayberry, we absolutely love it. The house is bright and airy with an open plan upstairs, and very pretty spacious bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The great room upstairs and the front deck have an unobstructed view of Gooch's Beach...the location couldn't be better. It's a five minute drive to the port and you're really in the middle of everything. Gay is very helpful if anything comes up, she keeps the house looking great, and the house is extremely well stocked with everything you need. We recommend Bayberry to friends all the time, it's our favourite part of the summer!

Perfect place - right down to the candles and kleenex boxes!
This lovely condo charmed us from the moment we walked in, and kept getting better! Everything needed is there for a perfect vacation home, from cooking supplies and linens to candles to binoculars to boxes of kleenex in every room. Plus, the place itself is more lovely than the photos show. The hardwood floors, the furniture, the big windows overlooking the yard and the ocean beyond, the patios off of each room, and I absolutely LOVED the master bedroom! It's the happiest, coziest, most comfortable room with a screen door that goes right out to the yard and then beach beyond. It was perfect for three people, and would be so for up to five. We loved every minute of our stay there, and felt that just being there was part of our vacation. We didn't feel like our time spent in the condo was wasting time like you feel in a hotel. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Gay!
