A large, well kept Drury Inn. Dinner was very good, and breakfast was exceptional.

We have stayed at many hotels in Knoxville over the years and we will not stay anywhere else but Drury while in Knoxville from now on.

Clean, new, the room and bed was so comfortable. Truly the best part was the staff. We had a late check in, and the gentlemen there were great and kind! Breakfast was fantastic so were the ladies preparing it!

The staff was amazing and everything was very clean. I always felt safe going anywhere in the hotel. It was also close to several restaurants and a grocery store.

The bed was a bit hard but I got used to it. They may want to put a warning on the hot tub for children as Innis very hot. The food in the little market area is also outrageously expensive. We ended up going to Kroger behind the hotel and getting drinks and snacks since there is no iced tea available.

Dinner was excellent. We had wine which was good.

We were on the road early. Nice to have coffee available. If you could have fruit or muffins out by six am on weekends so we could ‘grab and go’ that would be awesome.

Very clean. We looked for dust and dirt and couldn’t find it!

Our only dislike was the pool was a little cool.

Great location,very clean rooms and lobby..breakfast area was clean and continuous cleaning after people ate.

Wonderful breakfasts. We had to move the second night of our four night stay due to toilet being broken.

Can’t think of anything. Toilet issue was just one of those things.

Close to interstate and restaurants. Plenty of parking.

I wouldn’t have paid for higher up room if so had know view from balcony was just going to be the interstate.

The property was so clean, and the staff were friendly and informative. Front desk was kind and helpful. Housekeeping was efficient and kind. Breakfast staff was courteous and the head staff member was super friendly! Cleanest, Nicest, hotel we have EVER stayed at. Hands down.

Breakfast was wonderful especially because of Brandy. She made my day start off great. Very sweet and caring.

The young man that checked me in. Chatted with someone while I stood there waiting. Didn’t act or seem appropriate at all for a front desk person. Turned me right off initially

Staff was excellent! Had a couple room issues, but maintenance was prompt & efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything except housekeeping

Housekeeping never touched our room. At check in, I was asked if we wanted housekeeping. I said yes. The next morning we left while housekeeping was on our hall, we didn't get back until that night and nothing had been touched. I called the front desk and requested towels but they were never brought. The next morning before we left I stopped at the front desk, told them about the previous day and that we still needed fresh towels and the beds made, again, when we returned to an unmade room with wet towels still in the floor, I went back to the front desk and was told that no one was available to clean the room but handed me towels to take back to my room. I mentioned this again on our way out the next day and no one ever apologized or attempted to make it right. If housekeeping just hadn't shown up, that would have been one thing, but not showing up after 4 requests and no apology after It was pointed out? That's pretty bad customer service.

Familiar name, close to interstate exit, close to my meeting place

It just wasn't up to Drury standards. Upkeep, cleanliness was below the mark. It is a relatively new property so this was surprising

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Breakfast Excellent Location

This Drury Inn is our preferred hotel whenever we’re in Knoxville. Very immaculate, super friendly and courteous staff and very comfortable rooms! Our only advice would be to provide bed pillows of various thicknesses and firmness!! All of the pillows (and there were numerous of them!!) were all very thick/high….hard on the neck! Wish there were some available which were somewhat flatter!
