Unit # 114 est un grand condo merveilleux. Il est situé à Fort Pickens sur le côté sonore avec une plage peu profonde pour le lancement de votre scooter des mers, de patauger avec les tout-petits ou pour la pêche au crabe. Dans le même temps, il est à seulement 250 verges du golfe du Mexique plage pour le surf, les bombardements ou tout simplement traîner. Nous avons quelques vélos, 2 petits kayaks et flotteurs, etc pour votre plaisir.
Nous sommes à moins d'un demi-mile de l'huître et fruits de mer bar / restaurant de Peg Leg Pete et à seulement quelques miles de la promenade principale avec des restaurants, clubs, boutiques, location pour les sports d'eau, mini-golf, quai de pêche, et des chartes de pêche en haute mer. Il ya un grand chemin pavé pour la marche, le jogging, le patin ou le vélo qui va de en face de notre condo à 10 miles, passé la promenade principale. Downtown Pensacola est à seulement 20 minutes.
Nous avons accueilli notre unité comme une deuxième maison pour nous-mêmes ... pas une location. Cela signifie que nous avons de grands appareils et équipements haut de gamme. Cuisson complet et servant des plats ainsi que des couverts pour les 12 plus. Construit pour une foule.

This home was Wonderful the views on the 3rd floor deck are amazing… The home has a lot of space and has everything you need to have a great vacation plenty of cooking items, blankets, pillows along with kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners are easy to work with and are very nice. I definitely would recommend this home to all my friends and family

The listing is accurate, communication was easy and fast and the location is wonderful!! The home comes fully furnished with everything you need. The outside top floor balcony was a wonderful place to watch sunsets. I loved being on the bay side for the small children and I also loved how the gulf side beach was such a short walk away. They had some damage from a storm a few months ago so there was some construction going on but it wasn't too bad. I think this place is in the perfect location if you're wanting to go to Pensacola. Enjoyed having a pool as well. Really, you just can't beat this place!!

The owners very attentive and allowed our sister to go by and look at their place because we were going to bring our 98-year-old dad and wanted to make sure he could do the stairs. The condo is well equipped with anything you may need. If I could give them more starts I would!! 10 star property!!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It is fully stocked from kitchen, to towels and linens, beach toys, food, spices dishes - everything! It has updated bedding, as well as a lot of extras not listed. Very clean, everything works as it should and is perfectly located on the bay with beach access directly across the street!

This condo was absolutely amazing!!! I can not say enough good things about this place. It has everything you could ever need. The hosts are very responsive. We hope to be able to stay here for family vacation for years to come! Thank you!!

Easy reservation process. Very friendly and accommodating owners. The condo was spacious, clean, and had every appliance and kitchenware imaginable. The third floor deck provided a view of the sound and sunsets that was unique to Pensacola Beach.

We travel yearly to Pensacola Beach for a family vacation, 2 families of 5 with children from 2-9 years old. This rental met ALL of our needs. Location is perfect and the reason we have returned to LA Bahia for the second time and have already booked next year. Right on the bay with beach access out the back door and just across the street from an undeveloped section of gulf Beach. We go to spend time on the beach and less for activities and sight seeing. This is perfect for doing that. Our typical day was morning on the gulf, bay in the afternoon, and pool in the evening. We were all exhausted by the end of the week but had a blast. The rooftop deck is a great place for the adults in the evenings.
This is a nice older unit, nothing fancy, but a great affordable option for a family vacation without the crowds of most popular complexes and condos. Two full size fridges were a bonus not listed in amenities, one being downstairs. Dealing with owners was a very pleasant experience. Hope you enjoy.

This condo was exceptional! It was very clean and well stocked with plenty of linens , dishes and cooking utensils. Bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds.

Great VRBO, very well stocked with everything you could need. Love the location with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Beautiful view from upper deck of both. Would definitely recommend!

My family - husband, son, daughter-in-law, two young grandchildren - and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely home. We had plenty of room to spread out but also enjoyed a cozy family room where we gathered to make plans for each new day. The condo was the best provisioned of any rental property we have ever rented with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, kayaks, and more. The bay was perfect for my grandchildren to splash in the water and dig in the sand. We all took turns paddling around in the kayaks. Plus, the gulf was just a short walk away. We often walked up the bay to the pirate ship playground and walked back by way of the gulf beach to gather seashells. We could not have asked for a better vacation away from a crazy year. The owners, Dick and Kay, were available for all our questions concerning Hurricane Sally and made us feel at home in their home. We hope to return for another wonderful week next year. Thank you!
