Perfect for what we needed

This property was perfect for our family of four. We loved being right on the river and close to all the amenities in Aspen. It was easy to explore Aspen, Snowmass, Independence Pass, and fish the Roaring Fork River with this as our base. The property is in great condition and the beds were as good as one would find at a luxury hotel. The the hot tub was certainly nice at the end of the day. We want to stay here again!

Our boys trip (with granma) of 7 had a great time at this condo. The space was great for us. We were skiing everyday, eating at home after that each day. There was everything we could need. I really liked the comfy bed. Its fairly close to walk to gondola, but with ski boots, its a bit long - especially little ones. We had a car to shuttle back and forth to the bus stop. Its a bit of a long walk as well in boots. Cleaning came in every day which was a wonderful surprise. For location, value, space, we will definitely stay there again in Aspen.

The condo is about .3 from the Amazon gondola. Not only convenient for skiing, but a short walk from the nearest grocery store and the downtown. The unit is on the 2d floor, but stairs are outside and easily navigated. It’s a comfortable space, with daily housekeeping service, and the owner emailed to check with us a few times. Recommend it.

When it comes to staying in Aspen, this place is up there with the best. Perfect location (FIVE minute walk to downtown, AJAX gondola, bus stop), exceptionally clean and spacious. Fresh sheets and towels daily, working hot tub and heated pool, on-site parking and Very fairly priced. Management team is also very responsive. I don’t know what else you could want. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our group of 12. Definitely got a workout walking up & down the stairs (4 floors total), but there was plenty of room to spread out and relax when we were all inside. Plenty of pots/pans & kitchen essentials. The location was convenient for those of us skiing (bus stop was about a 2 min walk), and for those just wanting to explore downtown. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

8 of us stayed in this condo for a week - it was a delight! It’s located 4-5 min walk to the Ajax gondola, 3-4 min walk to the supermarket. It has great kitchen opening into spacious living/dining area. To our surprise, condo had daily cleaning service - cleaners did the best job - the condo was pristine! Whatever we needed from the manager - Brian, was resolved in no time! Highly recommend.

Nice comfortable condo with plenty of room for the 6 of us! Bryan was very professional and knowledgeable - he was quick to reply to any questions, and very pleasant to deal with. The daily housekeeping was thorough and private parking was a bonus. We will return, thanks!

We spent a week over the holidays skiing and exploring Aspen from this property as a base. Walkability to town (especially the grocery store), Aspen mountain, and the transit center was absolutely key. The property itself is getting a bit dated on the interior, but it was a great value for the price and very livable for a group of 7 for the week. Communication with property management was prompt and seamless, and the daily cleaning service was a great benefit. Would definitely stay here again.

Expectations Exceeded
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Having stayed in other condos at this property, we had a good baseline of expectations but this location exceeded our past experiences. The place is clean, the owner is responsive, and everything is as advertised. We look forward to booking here, again, soon.

Great Aspen family ski house!
We had a great time spring skiing in Aspen. The condo is very close to City Market, Ajax gondola, the RFTA shuttle to other mountains, and all that downtown Aspen has to offer! We hope to be back!

Awesome Location
This is a great property close to all the great things Aspen has to offer. Although we only had six people staying with us I am sure this would suit 8 people very well with the bedroom and bathroom configuration. The jacuzzis and pool were awesome, and very much appreciated after a full day of Skiing. Brian, the property manager was great to work with.

Amazing stay!
We had a super awesome experience at the condo and Aspen! Loved how close the condo is walking distance to the center of town where all the shops and restaurants are. We would definitely recommend Our place to anyone who wants to enjoy a lovely time skiing, enjoying scenery, just going up to the mountains, or whatever is inspiring!

Great location and Brian was super responsive!
There were 8 of us staying here over Thanksgiving. We prepared a full on Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen needs a few things but overall was adequate. The sound of the Roaring Fork river below was delightful. The location is an easy walk to town and City Market is just 2 blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

You can have it all
This property, probably built in the 70-80's, has a perfect location for my family. We are summer mountain lovers and could leave our windows open at night to hear the Roaring Forks river just below our windows. The condo is two blocks from City Market and three blocks from the center of Aspen. It is convenient to trails, restaurants, shopping and the loveliness of the late Aspen summer.
Brian, the property manager, handled every single request with speed and aplomb even delivering laundry soap in the middle of the night.
If you want convenience to Aspen, views of Ajax, sounds of the babbling river and the enough beds to accommodate almost any size familiy, this is for you!.

Fantastic Aspen Location for a family
This property is exactly as described with four large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - plenty of space for our family of six adults. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. including grinding coffee and cooking outside on the gas grill. The hot tub and pool were large and comfortable and always available (although a strange act of vandalism on the gas supply in Aspen caused them to be shut down for a few days - very unusual.) An easy walk to Ajax or bus rides to Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk. The cleaners came every day to keep the beds comfortable and the entire place spotless.

No heat, co2 alarm kept going off
I would NOT stay here. The heater caught fire, the owner wasn't willing to repair on our 2ns day there. The hot water worked for 1 shower not the other.

Great place and incredible pool
We really loved the location on the river. Beautiful scene to look down on fr the porch and great sound to sleep by. The pool and hot tub was gorgeous, very clean, and perfect temp. The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and appliances like fans and humidifiers for the bedrooms. Loved it!!

Great location and comfort
We have stayed at Chateau Roaring Fork several times and absolutely LOVE this location. It is right on the river, so you fall asleep listening to the sounds of the river. It is so tranquil, and the property overall is very quiet, even when you have the windows open at night! This was the first time staying at this actual unit, and we were a little underwhelmed when we arrived. The unit itself is very clean and quite roomy, but was dated with regard to the decor and appearance. Brian the property manager was prompt when returning calls and emails, and was easily accessible throughout our stay. Individually the property is 5 stars with regard to location, comfort, cleanliness and ease of check-in but 4 stars overall due to the physical appearance of the interior being a bit dated. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything here was great. Only thing was the walls here are paper thin. You can hear your roommates upstairs peeing, brushing teeth, & everything else. The house did not come with any dish soap but we asked for one and it came quickly.
Other than that, great spot.
