Beautiful Beach Condo, A Home Away From Home, Sleeps 6!
Situé près des restaurants, des plages, des hôtels et du port de Dana Point! 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, cuisine complète, salle à manger et salon avec canapé-lit. La chambre principale comprend un lit king size, TV et câble, douche et salle de bain privée, et grand dressing. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen, une commode complète, un fauteuil confortable et également un grand dressing. La deuxième salle de bain est située à côté de la deuxième chambre. Cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle avec petite table de petit déjeuner, Keurig 2. 0, micro-ondes, four et grand réfrigérateur. Grande table de salle à manger pour 8 personnes! Le salon comprend une télévision connectée à écran plat de 50 "et un câble; et le canapé peut être retiré pour devenir un lit queen. Piscine et club-house Ritz Pointe à quelques pas de l'unité. Un barbecue à gaz est fourni sur la terrasse. Chaises de plage, serviettes et parasol inclus avec la location!

Some things we were a bit disappointed with given the prior guest comments:
- mold in baths around tub and shower
- food in refrigerator when we arrived
- tv in bedroom not working (cable box)
- dishwasher did not clean dishes
- wrong internet password provided

We enjoyed our time at this condo in beautiful Dana Point. Everything we needed was provided by our great hosts. It’s close to many great restaurants and attractions. A true home away from home! Thank you Brian and Tara!

Everything provided in this modern apartment. Clean and tidy and well equipped. Near pool and a lovely half hour stroll to the beach through the edge of the golf course.

The condo is even better than the pictures and description, we had 3 generations on our trip and all 3 loved everything about the condo. The location is in a beautiful location, with a 1.2mile walk to the beach through a walking trail which was an added bonus. Everything you need (restaurants, grocery store, beaches, etc…) is quite close and convenient. Definitely look forward to staying here again with the family. The owners make sure you have everything you need to make your stay a success!

We really loved this property. The house was fully stocked and very clean, with more than enough extras of various necessities such as towels, linens, dishes, spices, and toiletries. The house is charming and cozy in the perfect spot super close to Dana Point. We were here for a graduation and it was the perfect base for exploring SoCal. We would highly recommend this property to anyone or even stay again!

The unit was comfortable and clean. It wasn't as big as the pirtures implied. The chairs at the dining room table and in the living room were not very comfortable. Overall, it was adequate for what we wanted for the week.

The unit is clean. Plenty of space. We enjoyed the coffee maker, coffee and the pool.
Although the air conditioner unfortunately was broken the day we arrived, the owner responded and 24 hours later someone came to repair it. The owner responded fair and equitably. After the AC was fixed it felt nice and cool in the unit. Probably only one or two weeks a year when you actually need it.
Most people will drive to the beach from this location although I did walk a couple times not carrying anything.
A few things hopefully can be improved for future VRBO’ers. The sliding screen doors were falling off. Most windows did not have a screen. And the water pressure on the main kitchen sink was quite low. Probably nothing can be done about that.

Place was very cute and spacious. We stayed with 3 kids. The 12 year old stayed on the sofa couch and was pretty happy with her own space. Lots of extras that were just totally unexpected and very much appreciated including snorkel, beach chairs and towels and sunscreen. The area is in a gated community close to the guest house with pool and hot tub. Beach is walkable but we drove anyway so we could bring stuff. Easy parking and beautiful beach. Dana point is a great place to stay. Short drive to laguna beach and only 30 mins to Disney. We found it to be centrally located and visited several other beaches but could have enjoyed staying where we were. Loved staying here and its peacefull getaway from the busier areas we were visiting.

Great condo in Dana Point. Clean and comfortable for whole family. Plenty or room and well appointed. Ritz Pointe is close to everything...visiting Laguna, Dana Point, and Newport. Quick drive to visit all local beaches and wonderful places eat, walk and have coffee. Highly recommend staying here. Owners were very attentive to emails and made our stay a great one.

Clean and Comfortable
For selfish reasons I want to give a less than stellar review, but that would be fair to too owners. They're wonderful to work with, and very responsive. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location in the complex. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful Condo
This was a beautiful condominium, perfect for my family. Very close to the beach and not too far from the freeway and PCH so easy travel to anywhere we needed to go.the condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, and even some nice beach stuff.

Extremely well stocked. Owners answered promptly. This was a great area. The pool and hot tub were really close by and very easy to access. A great stay for the price. Sadly no view at all. Patio simply looked out on the parking lot and garbage enclosure. But the inside was exceptional. The beds were really comfy. Overall a great stay.

Dana Point Stay
Great location to all attractions, shopping. local dining, CVS and the Beachs and good size. We visted our son who lives in Orange CA, for 5 weeks. Our son and daughter in Law and grandson joined us for the last 5 days. The unit was perfectly sized with the two berrooms and bath. The gas fireplace was cozy for the cool nights. A few minor blips with the AC unit when it got hot for a few days and did not work. Brian the owner was very responsive and the AC service came within 2 hours of them being contacted.
