More coffee pad s would be nice. Or filters for coffee machine. Salt and pepper in the kitchen. Bathroom didn’t have any place for toiletries.

The room was modern. The furnishings were very nice. Good TV and cable. Coffee wasn't decaffeinated although I still enjoyed it. Used the fridge also, worked fine.

The bathroom is too small. The toilet is small also, not what I'm uses to. The couch was hard. The pillows are nice but too thick. The shades work great but the curtains on the middle window are in need of repair because light is getting through.

It was super easy even for me, who is pretty bad with codes on doors!

Boston is lovely, and the studio apt that I received was clean and in a nice area.

A few hours before my check-in, I was informed by email that my apartment wouldn't be available due to some maintenance problem. I've been offered a substitute place that was located on a different street and in a different area. That was the only option offered except for a refund, which was irrelevant in my situation (I was already in a new city in the evening, with no place to stay). With no choice but to accept, I had to change my plans and stay far from the place and the people a was planning to meet with. The unexpected experience was very stressful and caused me a lot of inconvenience because I had specific plans in the original place. I was offered no compensation for the last-minute change and the loss of time and energy.

The property manager ought to alert that the unit is Four steep flights up, no elevator. Good thing my friend and I are able bodied. But I can only imagine an older couple... Also 4 pm Check in with no flexibility, I asked, for earlier. I keep receiving emails saying no early check in even after I returned home ( stop it) which leads me to believe it is a stock answer with no consideration. Come on...work with your guests and put thought into it.
