Beautiful Villa - highly rated - JANUARY AVAILABILITY
Notre spacieuse villa est désormais disponible pour Noël en raison d'une annulation. Il dispose d'une piscine chauffée électrique orientée plein sud et la véranda donne sur un petit canal paisible. Il a été meublé avec goût à un niveau élevé, dispose de la climatisation et d'un accès Internet Wi-Fi. La villa est située dans un cul-de-sac calme (pas de sortie) sans circulation, c'est donc un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre - mais elle est proche de nombreuses commodités.

Le salon spacieux / grande salle a un téléviseur 4K 40 ", lecteur Blu-Ray / DVD, CD / radio et un canapé très confortable .. Il y a une salle à manger séparée et formelle ainsi qu'un coin petit-déjeuner, mais nous aimons manger à la table de la piscine, à côté des chaises longues, en regardant le canal. Beaucoup de nos clients s'assoient sur la véranda le soir et utilisent le barbecue.
La chambre principale mesure 24 pieds de long avec un lit king-size et une télévision numérique. Elle mène à une grande salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne, baignoire profonde, lavabos et lavabos pour elle et lui. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et une télévision numérique, tandis que la troisième chambre a des lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre a un coffre et un dressing, et il y a une deuxième salle de bain pour les chambres deux et trois. La chambre principale et la grande salle ont des portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur la véranda.
La grande cuisine est bien équipée avec toutes les installations normales. Il a une barre de petit déjeuner avec tabourets de bar, et il y a une buanderie séparée avec une laveuse et une sécheuse.
Rotonda West est une communauté résidentielle recherchée, à proximité de kilomètres de superbes plages de sable. Les possibilités de golf sont infinies (4 parcours à moins de 8 km!), pêche, bombardements, navigation de plaisance et excursions dans la nature. Le pittoresque parc Broadmoor est à proximité.
Le quartier compte plusieurs bons restaurants ainsi que des restaurants décontractés, et il y a de nombreux magasins et centres commerciaux à Englewood, Port Charlotte, Venise, Sarasota et Ellenton.
La combinaison d'un hébergement de qualité dans une superbe localité signifie un excellent séjour pour nos clients, dont beaucoup reviennent lorsqu'ils partent en vacances en Floride.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and beautiful pool. Located within a reasonable distance to many desirable beaches and shopping. Would definitely recommend and would return to this lovely home. We had a wonderful time.

My family and I stayed in this property for our summer vacation. We enjoyed every minute of it. The property was as described. The property manager was very responsive. Loved that it was quiet neighborhood. My kids loved the pool as well...

My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway end of Dec. The place was as advertised, very nice, very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Would stay again!

Very clean, beautiful pool, bathrooms are a bit dated, and we ran out of toilet paper, but it's a spacious, 3 bedroom villa in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us a chance to stay in your wonderful home!

Great location. Love this area.
The house was wonderful, but is a little outdated. The carpet is a faded pink and has lots of stains. The blinds needs replacing, the lights need lightbulbs, and the remotes need batteries. Just a few minor upgrades can go a long way. The one thing that really needs attention is the ants. We could not leave any food, plates, or glasses on the counter because there was always little ants. Always worse in the morning.
Again, just a little TLC can make a big improvement.

Big house. Very nice, quiet area. Beaches and stores close by. Marcel (owner) was very nice and quickly responded to my questions and recommended few places to visit. We had a great time and highly recommend this house.

Property was in good order and pretty much everything you need. Could use a keurig machine😊. The bug screen was missing and we assumed the last hurricane took it as many homes were still under repair. When we checked out there were people dropping off materials to fix the screen. Very central to local beaches. Would highly recommend.

House was as advertised, bit dated, but spacious and clean.
But we were not informed dat due to hurican Ian last year, the lanai, which was destructed, was not rebuild before we came and we were not informed about this! Some debris still lying around! And the mosquitos did find us. If we would have know this before -that there was no lanai anymore- we would have looked for another property.

A fun family trip with my daughter and granddaughters. Very clean, loved the layout of the house, and having a pool a few steps from the back door was wonderful! A couple small issues but they were taken care of the same day. A good owner to rent from.

Great Stay! House was as expected. As you can see from the pic, it's an older Florida style decor, but it was actually larger & brighter than the pictures showed and it was very clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Owner was very nice & responsive. Good value for the price.

Broadmoor Villa Review
The villa was everything that we expected and was in a convenient location to connect with our tarpon fishing charter on Boca Grande. Marcel was great to work with and supplied all the necessary information on the villa in a timely manner.

Amazing stay!
So glad we booked this rental for our trip! It was in a quiet clean neighborhood and close to everything like stores gas stations and pharmacies. The villa itself was incredibly clean and well furnished with everything we needed to get started once we got there. The pool was beautiful and also very well maintained. We would definitely love to book this stay again in the future!

Very nice clean house
We really enjoyed our stay at Marcel’s house it was very clean and well equipped. The pool was good for swimming and warm.

Great vacation!
We really enjoyed staying in the villa. We had some relaxing time by the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed swimming. (The water temperature was perfect.) The house is very comfortable and well equipped for a family stay. There are floats and buckets and spades for kids.
The house is located in a nice and quiet area. However we could access a lot places from there.
We very much enjoyed visiting Sarasota, Venice, Myakka River State Park, St Pete, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Englewood Beach and other places.
We enjoyed Sunday brunches at the Water taxi restaurant and had dinners at the Farlows on the Water. I would especially recommend the second restaurant.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would be happy to return for another vacation.

Awesome house
This stay was wonderful. The house is gorgeous. The pool was heated and the rafts and tubes available at the house were so nice. The beach was a nice distance. It was a quiet area and very enjoyable. The location was excellent. The house was immaculate and the master en suite was to die for!!

It is only about 15 minutes to a beautiful beach. However, we prefer the pool. That is where we spent our time relaxing! We hated leaving!
The owner is so easy to work with! I highly recommend this rental. When I have my dates for next year, I will be checking availability of this property first!

Very happy with this property. We wanted to relax and it was a success! The beds a bit firm, but that is just personal choice. We did use our own hotspot for internet work. For personal use it was fine.

We had an excellent time beautiful home can't wait to go next year we're already talking about going next year and taking the rest of our family and staying in the same place in the same house if we can get it it was a wonderful house I would recommend it for anybody well kept well taken care of everything will stay over we needed only thing we had to take was food in our clothes you couldn't ask for a better house and I can't wait to go back had an excellent experience down there never have rented a house always a motel and this was so so much better than a hotel I will never rent a hotel again and I hope I get to stay in that house every time I go on vacation to Englewood Florida

we stayed with our three children for a week. the house was perfect . the pool area is very private , nice and quit neighborhood ,close to shopping store and 30 minutes drive to beach . we'll be back

We stayed with our four children for a week. The house was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, bedding, pool. The house is very clean and much larger than it appears in the photos. The pool area is a private sanctuary! The neighborhood is very quiet, shopping is convenient, and there are many many beaches within 30 minutes.

Barbie Doll House
This was a great experience. The house is a doll house. It is cute and packed with more than enough things to keep you busy having fun! We loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor patio area complete with nice new furniture!! Only thing I wish is that we had more time!!
