Deux chambres, 1 salle de bain, plan ouvert. Au rez-de-chaussée et jolie cour clôturée. Parfait pour les clients avec des animaux domestiques!
Il y a tellement de choses à faire sur la côte du golfe du Mississippi, et c'est un excellent endroit pour le lancer. Cette propriété est située à l'est de Pass Christian, Mississippi, près de Long Beach. Il y a un grand parking et un endroit pour votre bateau aussi! Idéal pour les couples ou les familles. Attendront 4-6 personnes. Les propriétaires respectifs d'animaux domestiques et leurs animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Notre petit chalet possède tout le confort de la maison, y compris un piano pour les amateurs de musique!
Dans un rayon de 10 milles, il y a de fabuleux restaurants, terrains de golf, ports, casinos, pêche en haute mer, pêche à la jetée, pêche au vignoble, magasins pittoresques, antiquités, belles vues, parcs et promenades, rafting, maisons historiques ... et bien sûr , Les belles plages de sable blanc! Seulement une heure de la Nouvelle-Orléans!

This place was so adorable and in a perfect location, just a quick walk to the beach and not a far drive from soooo many activities. We spent one day enjoying the Mississippi gulf coast with a trip to the beach then to Biloxi for a Shrimp Boat tour. Another day we took a drive (just over an hour) to New Orleans and enjoyed a quiet Sunday on the French Quarter.
The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood and a well insulated home! I was getting chilly in July inside and had a loud thunderstorm blow through that I barely heard.
The home had everything we needed for my husband, myself, 5 year old, 3 year old and our 2 dogs. We were able to take the kids and dogs to the beach for the first time in their lives and everyone enjoyed it.
Booking was super easy as well. This was a last minute booking for us since Hurricane Beryl forced us to back out of our Galveston, TX trip. The fact I could find somewhere for all of us and not have a single headache is a miracle.
The host was great at letting us know how to check in and check out and had soooo many great options for where to grab quality seafood!

The fenced in yard was great for 2 dogs. A comfortable place. There wasn't much that I wished it had but didn't, except maybe a better electrical outlet in the bathroom. Not much water pressure in the shower but one learns to adjust. Overall, we enjoyed it.

It was cute met all our needs comfortable and 90% clean. Went above in the kitchen area had disposable plates seasoning and oils. They even had a 1st aid kit and beaxh toys ect to be used.
There was a few issues like the floors had some sand and what not and the pull out bed had a few issues but it wasnt a huge concern for us. Easy fixes. The manager was super communicative and very well spoken! Truly apprricate all the help she gave us.

We came in for Christmas with our little pup. The home was immaculate and the heat worked well, considering the freezing temps. Nice kitchen, we cooked two meals there. The king size bed was very comfy. Living room was comfortable and we felt at home. Owner was fabulous and always answered very quickly and was very helpful. Nice neighborhood and great location. The yard looked really cute but it was too cold to enjoy it. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Stayed here a few times. Fenced in yard perfect for guest like us traveling with dogs. Short walk to beach in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to catch a show at one of the casinos. Many restaurants to pick from. We like visiting the local Coffee Shops. The Christmas light display in Gulfport was very nice. Hope to be back soon.

The fenced in yard made the vacation so much easier with our small dog. Communication with the owner was awesome. Would highly recommend this venue! Loved the beach which was extremely close. The neighborhood was quiet and people were super friendly. Will definitely stay again!!!

We choose this location because of its proximity to New Orleans and Biloxi, as well as it was pet friendly. It was the perfect size and perfect for us. Only problem was my girls complained that the twin beds were too hard, but I think they are just used to softer mattresses. Our king bed was very comfortable.

Easy booking and good communication. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is in great location, between Bay St Louis and Long Beach. House is dated but has all necessities and kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Kitchen has everything you need. The yard is in need of straightening up as it is very overgrown, bikes had flat tires, grill not in good shape, and patio furniture is not as shown but all easy fixes. Thank you.

Beach Within Walking Distance
This property was a short walk to the beach. It was a good stay for us overall with plenty to do on the coast and day trips to New Orleans. Managing our dogs on this property was a plus with a fenced in yard.

The cottage was clean, neat and well equipped. The outside yard has storm damage that was mentioned in a previous review and I was just hoping that it had been taken care of. That said, it is a great property and I'd certainly go back.

We loved the proximity of Cocoa's Cottage to the beach and the quiet neighborhood just off the coast highway. The house was very clean, and so well equipped with extras! I need not have packed as much as I did. Lauren was prompt to answer any questions! Hoping to visit again next year.

Traveling Dog Lover
The cottage was perfect for what we needed for our visit home. We have 3 medium size dogs. I was pleasantly surprised to find the yard fenced in. It is also split into 2 sections front & back. The back had some damage (assume from the most recent hurricane) but we were able to keep the dogs in the front yard w/o worrying about them getting into the back yard!

Lovely location
We stayed at the cottage while waiting for our new hone to be completed. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. The fenced in yard for our fur babies was a bonus!

The house was immaculately clean. Since the Covid pandemic this was very important for me. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was wonderful. Walmart was right nearby for grocery shopping.

Cutest Cottage with everything you need
This was the cutest cottage! It had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had room for the 4 of use to be cooking together. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced-on yard was perfect for the dog. We had such a great time and would highly recommend.
