Couldn’t get any other the tvs to connect with cable. Not the cleanest facility. Some broken items that clearly are not fixed between renters.

The shower was dirty tried calling them, but I guess being a holiday, we just cleaned the shower ourselves then we also had to clean the silverware and glasses! The sofa was so bad we couldn’t sit on it we had to sit in the chairs.

None at this location. Close by restaurants though. Recommend ACME restaurant
Room was not the cleanest. Hot water pressure in kitchen is terrible. Mysterious lump in center of the bed was unbearable.

Was given the door code by email. It was the wrong code! Had to call your office, while standing at the door with luggage. Your office gave me another code to try. It didn't work!! They gave me a third code, and it worked. Inside your paperwork gave me the code. It was the third code your office told!!!

The cabin was clean and very nice with wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The balcony and outdoor furniture were a plus.
Due to flight delays, we were late arriving to the property. The code for the lock box did not work and the code for the cabin did not work. We called the help number in the email and finally got a door code. The code for the gate to the ocean was not provided. A neighboring vacation person provided that. We had an early flight and there was no where to drop the parking pass. While your process for checking in probably works well if you arrive between 8 and 5, it was poor for someone arriving and leaving at odd hours. You need to work on the process.

Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! Just what I wanted.
No elevator. My guest was recovering from a long term illness and the hike up the stairs was a bit hard for her.

The room was clean and the view was amazing. Great place to take small children not alot of refraft or drunks.
If you are on the third floor you have to climb stairs. No elevator.

location was good. What I didn't like getting a scratch on my car door, even I have parked perfectly.
All wood- or laminated floor was very much appreciated.
A long mirror somewhere behind a door or in the hall way. And why a hundert pillow????Where you put them if you don't need them???????
