The house was very clean and had everything you would need and then some. Great game area for kids/teens. Walkable to Clemson campus. Will definitely try to stay here again for future visits!

We loved everything about this house. It was very roomy, has a pool table and games so the kids were entertained, and check in/check out was super easy. Check out was not as “involved” as lots of other vrbo’s that I have been to (aka cleaning the entire house even though you pay for a cleaner when booking). I loved the sunporch nook for quiet reading or just chilling out. The location was great, close to everything in Clemson and not far from surrounding areas.

This house had everything we were looking for during a weekend stay. The proximity to campus was great. The house was very clean and the communication with the property manager was excellent. We also loved all of the Clemson decor throughout.

We LOVED this location. The house was set up perfectly. We traveled with my parents, and my 16 y/o and 18 y/o to visit our son who attends Clemson. Walking distance to campus. We used the game room downstairs and played pool. It was a perfect fit for us. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay

I cannot say enough good things about this rental! It was equipped with all you need for a great stay. The game room was amazing and we had a great time watching the NCAA tourney there at night. We were in town to visit our son and I would highly recommend this property as it is close to anything you need in the Clemson area. Quiet and peaceful, yet right near it all! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous long weekend visiting our son at Clemson. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The property manager was great, very responsive! The added bonus was the amazing game room! I look forward to staying there again sometime!

The location was pretty good and the process was efficient. However, this place was in very poor condition. I have pics of everything - water stains on ceiling, torn and stained carpet, broken and unsafe stairs, the poker table with one broken chair, a gutted electrical fire place with no heating element and wires coming out, a desk with no knobs so you can't open drawers and a mismatched pile of poor quality cookware, to name a few of the problems. The manager was responsive until we complained and then went radio silent. All at a pretty steep price. Would never stay here again, and may never trust VRBO again.

Perfect for weekend at Clemson. Conveniently located in the heart of town. House has plenty to do in the downstairs game room. Great amenities to relax and enjoy family time. Would definitely stay again!!!

We spent an extended weekend for our daughters (who is attending Clemson University) birthday, and this rental made for the perfect stay. Fun, comfortable, clean, and convenient. We will most defiantly book here again for future stays!!

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Clemson. We had three generations and members from my side of the family and my husband’s side of the family. With that mix of people, we had plenty of room to spread out and we spent hours playing all the games! The location was quiet and we walked downtown a few times. This is an older home and isn’t luxury lodging, but it is a comfortable, fun, convenient place for a group!

College buddies trip for a Clemson football game and it couldn’t have been better. Short drive to the stadium and east walk to downtown for night life. Jill was east to communicate with and made everything easy for us. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This house was a great spot for a Clemson Football weekend. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Clean house, sleeps many. Ping pong, poker table, corn hole all there to enjoy. We had a blast!!

We had a total of 6 couples, alumni reunion and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was centrally located, easy to find and yet still felt secluded. We walked downtown, enjoyed the grill and the game room was a huge hit! Loved everything about our stay and we are already planning our next yearly trip at this property!

Fabulous house for a Clemson game or any occasion you need a lot of beds. There are seven in the house and plenty of room for air mattresses too! Great place for kids to hang out away from parents (peace and quiet). We had a great time and will be back for next years clinic!

Plenty of room for a Clemson golf outing for a crew of 12. Jill does a great job making sure all is in place and keeps it simple and easy from start to finish.

We brought our whole family to Clemson for our daughter's graduation from Clemson University. We were so happy with this house. It had everything you would want to feel right at home! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the owners even left a basket full of snacks and drinks for our stay. The location is great! It is so close to campus and downtown. All the bedrooms are very large and beautifully decorated. The kids really loved the Clemson themed game room! It was just the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to everything and still have the comforts of home. We highly recommend this house to others!

Great house in Clemson that makes getting to campus so easy! Jill thought of all the little things to make our stay a great one. The house was stocked with snack baskets, bottles of water and a big bag of ice in the freezer when we arrived. We really appreciated that as we had a long 8 hour drive to Clemson. Jill was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She kindly accepted our last minute reservation and quickly had the house ready for us after just having renters the day before. The teenagers enjoyed the bumper pool, poker table and the ping pong table as well. We would definitely stay at Jill’s house again on future trips to Clemson. Thank you Jill for your hospitality!

We had an awesome time at this house! There is ample space inside for everyone to spread out and the kids enjoyed all of the game options. Perfect spot for families. We would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't any heat down stairs

We had booked this home last Spring/Summer in anticipation of my niece's December Clemson graduation. The home is an ideal location and is roomy. It's set up is perfect for a young group with game rooms, etcetera. It appeared clean and lovely. Jill was very responsive in all of our dealings until the very end. I had a family emergency and was unable to attend my niece's graduation but I gave Jill my sister's contact. My sister was the Grad's Mom. I had indicated this to Jill way back at the time of booking. Everyone arrived Wednesday evening. My brother in law killed a single cockroach in the kitchen but never said anything as not to up set my bug phobic sister. The next day - Thursday - everyone was gone all day for the Graduation and Dinner. In the evening, everyone sat in the living area for quite a while enjoying each other's company. My niece was the first to see a live cockroach run under the sofa. Everyone jumped. Over the period of the remaining evening and the next morning a few more were found - some dead and some alive. My nieces refused to stay in the house due to the roaches. Everyone else had no choice. My sister notified Jill immediately. Afterwards, my sister asked Jill for some compensation for the issue. Jill ignored her. I stepped in after the holidays since I was the contact. I initially asked for the Cleaning fee to be returned. I would definitely have been willing to negotiate but Jill never even considered that. In the end - several emails, Jill said that due to the location of the home, bugs were a given. Eventually, Jill went silent. I have stayed at various online home rental places for various reasons - work and pleasure, for years. Never have I written a bad review. I may not have always been in love with the property but oftentimes, it is just a matter of taste. Every property I have stayed at was clean. Clean is the most important of all. Cockroaches, however, are unacceptable to me. Jill said there were no signs of abnormal pest activity before or after our stay. In the end a two night stay, per Jill's silence, includes rooming with cockroaches as normal activity. .
